I go into the local Hydro store and the previous owner happens to be there. We talk about my novice grow and I mention the "Calcium" issue as I show him a photo.... He immediately asks me " Are those pots on a concrete floor? Because if they are, your roots are getting cold making it look like a calcium issue".... The new owner gives me a nice slab of styrofoam from an old box to put on the floor of my tent as I go home. I sick my BlueLabs PH soil pen in a drain hole at the bottom side of my pot and HOLY CRAP its only 17c and the PH is 5.2 !!!!! I take the plants to the bathtub and flush them with clean water PH'd to 5.8, about 8L of rinse per pot. I check initial run-off and its a whopping 2300ppm/50!!!!! I also remove some of the effected fan leafs in hopes I dont get some sort of plant illness. A day later I do the same PH test, PH is 5.8 and temp is 22C...all is well again. I should have paid attention to growing saying...make sure you get run off checks.

Those were the last ones. So I'm done with my second grow. I should have left out the two Hulk Berries here completely. I had this space problem anyway and, as I said, they were seeds from a hermaphrodite/crossed grow. They have the most seeds. I think I'll make oil out of this. Let's see. My conclusion: a great pleasure to be here. Many thanks to everyone for help, encouragement and criticism. I'll bother you some more. Nice weekend @all

FBA2502 Week 3 April 13-19 Veg 2 This week I introduced nutrients to the watering schedule. My planned feed schedule will be to feed, feed, water each week until the time to flush. , adjusting nutrients per the growth cycle. Hopefully this will keep from overfeeding and reduce salt build up in the soil. Nutrients: I will be using General Hydroponics Flora line at ½ feed rate and Cal mag throughout this grow. My tap water measures 8.3-8.5 so even after adding nutrients, I have to PH down my feed solution. Regarding nutrients, I’ve tried Fox Farm, TPS1, Plagron and now General Hydroponics. What I am looking for is organic, ease of use, minimal individual bottles that will yield large, dense sticky buds that hit hard in effect. Plants range in height from 5-7” except #1 which has been pinned to the soil. I will try wrapping her around the perimeter of the pot. Since she leaned over, I pinned her down and have been anchoring along the rim, twisting the stem so the node is on the side or top rather than underneath. I don’t think she likes training since the stems are a bit floppy. They are all still in veg, bushy with large indica leaves. I’ve been tucking the large leaves under the bud sites to give more light under the canopy. I’m tempted to top one of the bigger plants to have a comparison on resistance and final yield. This week I made a short video for each 2502 tester and a pic or 2. GH Flora Micro ½ tsp /gal Gro ½ tsp /gal Bloom ½ tsp /gal Fox CalMag ½ tsp /gal PPM 573 & 715 when I added Plagrons Royal Rush 4ml. This is a fastflowering test strain and I have no real information on the genetics. I flowered her for quite a while to get the lowers that lacked the light develop more. I trimmed her after 15 days of drying and got 31g of decent buds and 12g of larfy buds that will go with the trim to make some hash. Power used for whole grow in 114 days. Lights=201.7Kw (201.7×0.25)(=£50.42) Rad=212.23kw (212.23×0.25)(=£53.05) 201.7÷114=1.769kw per day light average. Average 100w for veg Average 150w for flower. Light average for grow 125w. Stats for the grow. FFNA2410=42g FFNA2411=45g FFNA2412=43g Acapulco Gold=44g Expected hash from trim 28g Total=174g 174÷125=1.39g/W

GENERAL COMMENT The SKR is dry and starting the cure in jars, and the NL is done. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO COMMENT. This is the final week, next time will be the harvest, this girl just got mature from a day to the other, lost 70% of the top bud due to rot i haven t seen. So i could get virtually 30-40% yield from this girl Without the locks or rot, anyhow still looking ok as far as harvest, quality will be a bit compromise, not the end of times though lol! 🙃👊🏻👍🏻

Week 4 / Day 28 Flower begins today - 8/12/2021. Runoff EC has been a little high on both girls but not enough to give them any burn or anything thankfully. They are both beginning to pack on frost early on the leaves and buds are certainly getting bigger. Average of about 1.5 EC with a 1.2 inflow. Getting this back down and under control over the next couple days. With having weeks mixed up at start, the C4 was started a week early, so therefore I am going to be carrying on with C4 for this next week, then introduce the Ultimate PK. This is also going to be a week early but I’m sure it won’t be too bad, live and learn for next time. Smell is certainly increased, as soon as I open the tent there is a nice fruity/orangey smell that only gets more intense as you sniff the leaves with frost and buds that have formed. Smells unlike any other strain I’ve smoked before! LST- although stretch is now ending, the string will be left on just to allow plant to stiffen up in that shape over the next week or so, so I won’t be covering anything in the middle of the plants when the string is removed. It seems to have worked well as the stuff on the lower of plants that last time came to nothing, is already larger than what it was last time and they were a week ahead of these. Still using less than half of what mills suggest for A+B, but full strength stimulants. They don’t seem to mind as I haven’t had one piece of nute burn this run, or any signs of deficiency so I think the way I’m doing it is the way to go. Can’t wait to see these all finished up in about 4 weeks! 🙏🏻

The strain is not the biggest yielder but its quite promissimg,the smell is top and the effects are a very mellow creative smoke,tastes like sweets,will grow it again ✌️✌️

So where do I start they are both the same strain but just growing completely different. The first picture is super frost growing strong while the second still seem to be in the beginning of flower stage. We will just keep an eye on it from week to week

Boy this plant has been going a slow and steady race so far I can't wait to see how reacts to bring put into a bigger pot. The growth is a great green colour and she hasn't been lacking anything . Everything is OK. They appear to be very healthy. Some with more strength than others to grow. Looking forward to seeing how they will be in 1 week. 4 strips of LEDs with 48 watts ( 40cm) each will arrive in an order to include in the grow. Should I include them as soon as they arrive or just in bloom? also with veg and bloom and full spectrum options Sorry for the photos with the light on. I just had time now to take the photo. Plants got a surge of growth over the week, lookin forward to a decent canopy come flower. Switched to 12, keeping MH bulb going until i see flowers. Slowly beginning to wean off the calcium nitrate as well. Also have begun to do some light defoliation and pruning where necessary - best to nip it in the bud as they say - before the energy investment grows. Gotta be careful with your girls though, don’t get clipper happy. Cheers Late week update: Actually probably keeping calcium nitrate steady since it'll need more for the stretch, after which I'll quickly decrease and change my nute schedule.

03/01 - (M) - Currently in pre-flower - She is growing amazingly - No deficiencies, wilted leaves or visual que's - I have changed her feeding program to daily micro-dosing between clean water and nute feed alternating days - She will be transferred into the 4x4 flower tent within the week. 03/01 - (C) - The clones are coming along nicely - Transplanted the 7 into 1 gallon pots last night - The substrate is the same as the mother with an added top dressing of worm castings last night - Increased feed formula on some of the nutes (Nitrogen/Silica and Cal-Mag) - High humidity/High heat is the name of the name the game - Specs to follow Clone specs - Week 2 Height - 13 Inches Temps - 82°(f) Feed Temp - 65° (f) Humidity - 79 - 81% Watering Vol - 2 cups every 3 days Nutrient Feed - Nitrogen - Silica - Cal-Mag - Microbes - Kelp - Horti Grow - Myco 03/04 (M) - She has been transferred into the 4x4 - Her setup run is identical to the 3x3 setup with the difference being the 4x4 has 2 AC infinity fans and a 6 inch carbon filter - Her nute feeds are twice a day running of the drip emitter (9 drippers) watering for about a minute. 03/04 (C) - The clones have transplanted without any issues into their 1 gallon pots - all 7 will be transplanted into 5 gallon pots in about a month - They are running alone in the 2x2 tent until next transplant.
