Week 11 July 16-22 hello friends and followers, welcome to week 11. I started seeing trichomes last week on Gaia and Circe. I don't smell anything from them. Only cream caramel gives off any fragrance. After flushing for 3 weeks, I've reintroduced fertilizer. I am using 1/3 to 1/4 the recommended dosage. How do I know what is the correct range for ec and whether I've unlocked the nutritional bind.? 7/16 flushed each with 1 gallon of water. 7/17 flushed each with 1 gal 7/18 fertilized at reduced strength each got 3.5 liters. Tps1 15ml, cal mag 1 top, big bloom 6 tbsp, signal 2.5 ml. Pictures and video. 7/19 no water, tent cleaning day, vacuum, wipe up dried spills. Took the girls outside for a few hours. 7/20 reduced fertilizer in 2 gals Tps1 7.5 ml, signal 1.25ml. Each girl got only 2 liters today. There was very little run off only Gaia with EC .80, ppm 570. Their tent mate cream caramel is very sticky and fragrant. This week has been very busy. I packed up more geneology albums and shipped to my sister. I found my some of grandmother's award winning photographs and awards, certificates and brass plaques. Until WWII women did not work outside the home. If they did, they were teachers, nurses or secretaries. During the early 1920-40 she raised her son as a single mother and found work during the depression as an executive secretary. Her family men were bankers and merchants so she had awareness of business practices. During her employ, she won an award of $2 for a human resource suggestion on the proper attire for women in the offices and women on the manufacturing lines. She continued working until the 50s. Her family always had cameras . That's how i have so many pictures from 1900. But she immersed herself in photography once she retired.. So when my Dad was in post WWII Japan, he bought her a state of the art camera. I came across so many self photos. She was the queen of selfies. Interesting to see the fashions over the years. The r3cipe calls for chocolate chips but It is versatile in that you can add nuts, dried fruit, caramels etc. If you want to taste my cookies the way I make them, you have to chop Lindt 78% dark chocolate bars and use that instead of chips which are sweeter.This time I added macadamia nuts as well. Yummy. 7/22 light defoiliation , and no water or nutrients.

The colours are popping! I’ve started to taper off the nutrients, I don’t typically “flush” the plants, but rather taper nutrients down until I have been able to give straight phd water for the last 3-4 feeds, making sure to water until I get about 5-10% runoff. I’ve tried both methods , the other being that I pour like 10 gallons of water through the plant, and I can’t tell the difference with my smoke, still clean and very tasty. I did a small defoliation at the end of the week, and added a support pole for the 1 lady in the far back, she was already starting to lean… just a couple of weeks to go !

08/27/2021 Been 7 days since last pictures. Pheno #4 was eliminated do to the fact she reversed (hermied) I believe that an outside light was at fault. ( lemon Thai) genetics maybe coming through. Others have not really been affected but pheno #2,3 may have been delayed a bit but no sign of hermies just not as developed as pheno #1(Hulk). Going to mix up a flowering tea (AACT) fungal dominant. Also topdress with Gypsum, and Diatomatious Earth before tea is applied. Gypsum Gypsum is calcium sulfate (CaSO4). Refined gypsum in the anhydrite form (no water) is 29.4 percent calcium (Ca) and 23.5 percent sulfur (S). Usually, gypsum has water associated in the molecular structure (CaSO4·2H2O) and is approximately 23.3 percent Ca and 18.5 percent S (plaster of paris). Diatomatious Earth Diatomaceous earth is a mineral-based pesticide and its composition is approximately 3 percent magnesium, 5 percent sodium, 2 percent iron, 19 percent calcium and 33 percent silicon, along with several other trace minerals 08/29/2021 Posted close ups of Hulk.

7/14/23 - Day 32 - Switched to flower today. It will get its first dose of 12 hrs. of daylight, 12 hrs. of dark. This will tell the plant to start budding. I'm excited to see the bud's form. So far everything with the Leaf system is going great. I'm excited to show the next few weeks as they happen! 7/16/23 - Day 34 - The plant is bushing out big now. It's getting tall. I'm a little worried we waited for a little too long, but who knows? We shall see. 7/20/23 - Day 38 - She is a few days into flower, and she is sprouting up like crazy. I bought another Scrogg net. I'm going to try and double Scrogg? is that a thing? Lol I just know that I need to keep these buds from hitting the lights. I think I'll be able to get all of this to work well, but I am nervous about the height. I can see some pistils starting to poke out! 7/21/23 - Day 39 - The lights turn off at 2am and back on at 2pm, so right now I'm waiting to open the box up for the day. But I was looking back at the pictures and trying not to freak out about how big she is (I'm worried about the lights, they don't move, and Shes is MASSIVE already) One thing I noticed about the pictures is that I have not had a single leaf turn yellow, or get spots, or have curling leaves, or have any issues with the plant. I would expect some sort of dying leave somewhere, but no. Not one single leaf has been less than perfect, I mean PERFECT. It seems like this LEAF growing box is literally the perfect environment. Day 38 since flipping and I'm loving what I see. This girls LOVES to eat so I had to switch my feeding cycle to feed, feed, water, instead of feed, water, water. The strong orange citrus aroma is oh so lovely! In the next couple of weeks she should start packing on more weight. I can tell that they are heavy already just but the swaying of the cola from air circulation. I think I messed up by removing my scrog net but I'll tie her up and give her support as needed!

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Coop Poop, Feather Meal, and Soluble Kelp are ml/gallon of soil top dressed. Everything else listed in nutrients is ml/gallon of water fed to plants. Nutrient solution is not tested or adjusted for Ph. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 78°F. Skies were overcast with all day rain and mist. It's about as bad of weather as u can get for cannabis in flower. Let's see how these fastbuds hold up to 💯 fu weather. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 88°F with clear sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons per pot with well water. I added 100 ml feather meal top dressed. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 74°F with sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons. These girls were still a little hungry Day 4 we had a high temperature of 79°F with partly cloudy skies. Today I fed 5 gallons liquid feed mixture with 80ml of Agrothrive General Purpose 3-3-2 and 40ml of Biogreaux Molasses 1 - .5 - 5.. These are still a few days from mid flower so I didn't want to hit them with too much K. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 85°F with sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons of well water per pot. Day 6 I didn't get photos but it was a normal day. Lots of sunshine highs about 80°F. I watered about 5 gallons. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 79° F with sunny skies. I fed each a 5 gallon bucket of 120ml AgroThrive General Purpose 3-3-2 mixed in it. I treated with Growers Ally fungicide. Overall this week was a success. Their growth height has been achieved. They are in full flower and kicking up a nice sweet floral smell.

Tag 67: Letzte Woche bis zur Ernte.

Wow I love it so crazy and fun at this stage the defoliation was allot more work then I thought jeez..... but there looking beautiful but hope you like now I got to go defoliat the last 2...

Everything's fine, each one has really distinct flowers and the smell is starting to get quite strong 🤤. They drink plus minus 2 liters a day. I water them once with the pH Perfect mix, another time simply with Green Sensation(1ml/L), and once only with water at a pH of 6.5. I've been doing this cycle since last week with the Green sensation. (I think I could water them more to help them gain weight, but they seem very happy as they are, so I'll continue like this.) 😎✌️

Just a amazing lady to have grown. Very pleased with her. She has been growing a little later in the season then I planned but she did well even I’m with the heat. I’m glad with how she turned out. Very nice lady. Would grow her again. 🎂🎂

----- Week 7 ------ Still on rebound from nutrient deficiency , ( Magnesium) / Nutrient Lockout & maybe salt build up . I made too strong soil, With my additional amendments ( Which Gaia has most already ) . Basically double down on 4 of them . Working on the canopy and making sure the lower leafs are getting light , and even. It feels shes a week or two behind --------------------------------------------------------------- ----- AI Trouble Shooting ----- --------------------------------------------------------------- I use Claude AI to help with python / php programming, so I figured I'd run my soil recipe through this AI. Asked if there would be any issues, Pretty good response! Here was the response. ( I troubleshot the plant prior ) " Potential Issues: Salt Build-up: Worm castings + Bone Fish Meal together can lead to salt accumulation Watch for leaf tip burning or nutrient lockout Nutrient Overlap/Excess: Multiple calcium sources (Gypsum + Bone Fish Meal) Could potentially lock out magnesium uptake if too concentrated pH Considerations: Bone Fish Meal can lower pH over time Gypsum is pH neutral but can affect nutrient availability Deficiency Risks: Magnesium might become deficient due to high calcium levels Iron availability might be reduced due to pH fluctuations Nitrogen could become limited during heavy flowering "

Any suggestions with the Poppin Cherrys or is it just because it's two weeks younger

Hey hey everybody! We are back here this week at the beginning of week 13 and it is almost that time… time to flip? ….I wish…. No, no…. I am trying to be good but I think I came up with a plan that will give me a rough idea of when I will see that light at the end of the tunnel- or we’ll at least flip that light to 12/12 haha- No no it is almost Christmas and things have been crazy over here. With the holiday madness upon us, I can’t tell all of you how much I have appreciated the relative silence (you know how it is, there are multiple fans running) time seems to slow down and it just us and the plants. Quite enjoyable. So as you already know, we are going to be on coast until we fill out the rest of that 3x3 scrog net- however just today on my way into work, I came up with what might be my new definitive plan… I have had a bit of trouble waiting, no doubt it will be worth the wait, but the wait has been difficult none the less… so here it is.. Here’s what I’m thinking- I have this going and I also have some fastbuds growing in the same area. What I am most likely going to do- is wait until it’s time for the fastbuds to come down to open up some space in the 5x5 and the rock candy cake can have all that space to herself- I will shift the scrog into the center of the tent and then flip the light schedule to 12/12 and let it run wild- it’s at this point I will most likely employ a more hands off approach so it can focus all of its energy on producing buds worthy of such a wait. The canopy is getting pretty lush and I really need to get in there and defoliate- I really lucked out, today was the last day I had to work until after Christmas so you KNOW I will be in there tomorrow plucking away at leaves (strategically of course) half kidding I’m probably still a whirlwind compared to some, but I’ve noticed- especially when it comes to autos, that my leaf selection has become much more refined when defoliating. PROBABLY gonna see a BIT less of that tomorrow as I have to open up the canopy but I still plan on being careful. Something else that was super cool who may not be following along with the other journal, happened oddly enough just the other day when I was doing dishes- I was scrubbing away with my phone all propped up so I could watch/listen to dude grows. And I heard the dude mention a contest on their website that I had entered… of course my ears perked up, I leaned in a little closer to take a look and was thinking to myself how cool it would be, even to see my picture in the background and sure enough there it was and they brought it up and commented on the submission and seemed to be genuinely enthused by it and let me tell you I am STILL riding high off that one! One thing that was cool too was a rep at a nutrient company had seen that and congratulated me as well and it was again just so cool and I’m honored to have been on there! I listen to them practically everyday at work- yeah words are not doing it justice right now but I was stoked!!! Other than that, the holidays are practically upon us so I’d imagine it’ll be a whole lot of family activity with a side of unintentional neglect that I plan on keeping to an absolute minimum because we are right around the corner from some excitement in that tent- that thing is going to be HUGE! So we have that to look forward to! And on that note, I just want to say that from our home to yours, I truly hope you all have a wonderful holiday season and I can’t wait to come back and get into the garden talk with all my growmies! This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2.
