These girls are a pleasure to grow. On total auto pilot. Just water daily and pull dying leaves off the bottom of the girls. You get heavy tones of blueberry muffins when you open the tent.

Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. From week 1 and 2 i thought betty was going to be a non starter but at week 6 she is 2/3 her ideal indoor height, 1m, and looking strong, healthy and green.

The bud sites are just covered in tricomes, I had my magnifying glass out to check the colour and most are milky but not as much as I thought by going by the pistol coloring, as they are mostly brown. There is a more of a spicy dank smell to her now and the fan leaves have mostly died or are close to dying. Hopefully I can start the flush process soon but will not do this till I'm happy with the tricome colouring.

Weekly update: August 6th Looking great, major spurt of growth on both girls, #1 (sativa leaning girl) had major final stretch to end off stretch in 3 days (hopefully). And #2 (stockier indica leaning pheno) has had a big increase in flower size in 3 days which is promising, and is also producing a very sweet and tropical fruity gas smell, this is TCP after all! Oh yea and I’m running about 1700 center 500 outer ppfd and tapering down if I see anything but nothing so far all good nice genetics, may drop in the next week even if no signs or symptoms, to prevent and not be too greedy. Now for the not so good… been getting 10% runoff almost every feed, but my runoff of #1 was 3500ppm and pH 4.5 and #2 at 5000ppm and pH 4.5. Been giving around 850 ppm input at pH 6.0, never went over 1000ppm input. So I have to correct with 25% increase in feed volume, 300-400ppm input at pH 7.0 for what I infer to be 2-3 feeds until runoff ppm is significantly lower, and pH is at least 5.5. UPDATE Aug 8: To address the toxic/locked-out root-zone I did a regular feed with runoff (1.5 gal total volume per pot @ 820ppm bloom focus), runoff consisted of pH 4.2-4.5 and 4000-6000ppm... OUCH. I then fertigated with 0.5 gal plain pH 6.5-7 dechlorinated tap water each. I repeated this a total of 3 times, to which the last flush had 3 ml/gal cal-mag. final runoff ppm @ 1000-2000, pH 5.3-5.5. To conclude, I more than likely wasn't achieving enough runoff per scheduled feed, and did not cycle a few plain pH adjusted waterings. I had almost the same thing happen last run with autos, except they were showing signs of lockout, these photo girls are not. I must do a regular watering every 3 feeds, achieve 20% runoff with high ppm feeds, and 15% runoff at least with mild to moderate ppm's. Lesson learned, I hope I get a full run in the future without hiccups like this. UPDATE Aug 9: Big thanks to @00110001001001111O for suggesting i omit the light hanger and hang from the carabiner, I thought I was out of vertical space until this was pointed out. Require regular trimming and maintenance to keep them healthy as much as possible so the girls can thrives…. Take up a lot of water for sure. But will update on the way and picture . Other than that I’m happy and satisfied and will look into Cereal Milk from Premium Cultivar as well. On day 12 will take it down from hang drying in 3 b 3. I will grow 6 plants from here on out instead of 12 . Give room for plants to space out.

Week three and new space is set up. Much more room for activities! Decided to go with 6 plants and get rid of the two stressed ones, but going to wanted to grow them out in veg just to see what they'd turn out like...

After a two day heat wave it’s rained for 4 days…. So we are well flushed ☔️

Week 7 of Flower going well, plants seem to be stressed a little bit though I believe it's either some slight nute burn or a nute lockout caused by overfeeding. Runoff EC coming out about 200 higher than the input also runoff ph is around 5.4-5.5 which to me indicates slight overfeeding. Going to feed one more week every other day with a watering in between each feeding ph'd to 5.7, than I will start my 2 week flush using clearex by botanicare and plain ph'd water. Some nice purples have also started to really come out this week and the trichomes are constantly packing on.
