The first week of flower!!! Bad news: DS turned out to be a male, so I trashed it last night. Good week overall, temps and RH have been excellent. All and all things look well, and I'm excited for the weeks to come. Just fed them plain water this week.

Days 49โ€“55 | June 23โ€“29 The tentโ€™s getting noticeably more fragrant - those complex notes of citrus, pine, and cardamom are now joined by a sharper diesel layer when the buds are disturbed. Buds are visibly denser this week, especially on the main colas. Stacking is steady, and trichomes are beginning to cloud ever so slightly, though most remain clear. No amber yet. Lower leaf yellowing has continued - older fans fading out slowly - but now Iโ€™m starting to see yellowing creep up into the mid and upper canopy. Nothing aggressive, but itโ€™s definitely progressed since last week. Fan leaves are still perky, and sugar leaves remain healthy, so I donโ€™t suspect toxicity or major imbalance - just a steady drain of mobile nutrients as the plant puts all energy into flowers. Fed with full nutrients mid-week (2L: 3 mL Micro / 1.5 mL Grow / 3.75 mL Bloom, pH 6.4), and removed a couple of fully yellowed fans from underneath. Soil has stayed evenly moist with good bag weight - I've been careful not to overdo watering volume to avoid damp pockets. RH is steady around 50โ€“55%, with temps hovering ~25ยฐC. VPD is within range. No signs of foxtailing, stress, or pest pressure. Canopy is even under the trellis, light at ~36 cm above tops. Still tracking macros regularly - trichomes developing well. Flush date is locked in for Week 11, based on travel plans - not trichome maturity. For now, the feed rhythm continues, and Iโ€™ll ride the line as long as I can to bulk up the flowers before transition. Final swell ahead. Holding the line.

Plants were watered on day 4 of week 9, as follows: Lucy: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.27, Height: 22 in. Herbert: 1.25 gallons water, pH: 5.77, Height: 24.5 in. ***Both fed nutrients - 5 ml/.5 gal BioVega (3% N, 1% Phosphate, 5% Soluble Potash), 7 ml/.5 gal BioBoost (1% Phosphate), and 1 ml/.5 gal BioRhizotonic (0.6% Soluble Potash) Plants were watered on day 5 of week 9, as follows: Thin Mint Sr: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.76, Height: 20 in. Thin Mint Jr: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.50, Height: 19.5 in Notes: Thin Mint Jr has nutrient burn and so was NOT fed nutrients today. Thin Mint Sr was fed nutrients at 50% strength 2.5 ml/.5 gal BioVega (3% N, 1% Phosphate, 5% Soluble Potash), 4 ml/.5 gal BioBoost (1% Phosphate), and 0.5 ml/.5 gal BioRhizotonic (0.6% Soluble Potash) (both plants still in nutrient distress - in process of recovery but have some new growth that is greener so improvement is being observed; slowly but surely!) ***Plants ideally would have been transitioned to the flowering phase this week, but due to nutrient deficiencies and nutrient burn on Thin Mint Jr., we are holding off on this transition for 1 week to give the plants a chance to recover from stress.

Weekly Update on the Runtz ๐ŸŒฑ Hey everyone! Just wanted to share how the Runtz is coming along. She's thriving under the care of the Plagron nutrients ๐ŸŒฟ, reacting beautifully to every feed. Since my last update, sheโ€™s sprouted several new nodes and is showing incredible growth! https://plagron.com/en/tools/grow-schedule-calculator Sheโ€™s definitely growing like a sativa ๐ŸŒณ, with those long, stretchy branches. To manage that, Iโ€™m planning to enforce some solid training techniques to keep her short and wide, just the way I like it ๐Ÿ’ชโœจ. Iโ€™m loving the whole experience so far, itโ€™s been such a rewarding journey ๐Ÿ’š. Iโ€™ve attached plenty of pictures for you all to check out ๐Ÿ“ธ. Please drop a like, leave a comment, and share any feedback or tips youโ€™ve got! ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ™Œ

And the winner isโ€ฆ.. Divine Kush! To say the least, she fought the most and she really shined through. If you see the video above ๐Ÿ‘† you can see how wowed we are by her, not only because she sprouted her own seed within herself but also because it shows how much moisture she had to deal with and she sort of found an interesting way to disperse of it! We did try to plant her seedling but unfortunately it did not survive but we are still in awe of it happening before our eyes. Nature is amazing and Our Kushy girl is very much appreciated, she has taught us quite a bit this year. WOW ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ’šโœŒ๏ธ Plz note, we totally forgot to weigh her.

31/07/23 Everything seems to be going really well even though I haven't added nutriments. I'm planning to use LST on plants 2, 3, and 4 this week, hoping not to mess anything up. I'll have to buy a dehumidifier too because it's very humid at my place right now, and I can't get the humidity level below 65% 01/08/23 I started the LST but only on 2 and 3, and I have no idea if I did it well, but I'm quite happy with the result. 02/08/2023 I have cut some leaves, especially on numbers 2 and 3, so that the little heads are no longer in the shade but directly in the light and I haven't touched number 1, I don't plan to touch it until the end.

~ FastBuds Strawberry Gorilla Autoflower Harvest Report ~ The Setup: โ€ข AC Infinity 4x4 tent โ€ขAC Infinity Cloudline T6 Exhaust Fan w/ Controller 67 โ€ขHLG 650R w/UVA Bar *** For some reason GD does NOT have a listing for the USA version of the 650R so I selected the closest match to it. โ€ขAirCube Active Oxygen Ebb/Flow 6 pot System โ€ขTrolMaster Hydro-X Controller for light โ€ขAutoPilot APC8200 co2 controller fed by a 50# tank โ€ข16" Hurricane oscillating fan and 8" floor fan โ€ขTent cooling via filtered outside air delivered by AC Infinity Cloudline T6 fan โ€ขBlueLab instruments: PH Pen and Truncheon Nutrient Meter ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Here we go fam!...after 13 exciting weeks this run of three FastBuds Strawberry Gorilla Autoflowers has come to an end and, despite some hiccups along the way, all three of this phenomenal cultivar delivered the goods! This was my first attempt at 'hydroponic' growing and honestly I made some mistakes along the way. In hindsight, I ran too many feed cycles in a 24hr period which did not allow the medium and fabric pots dry out enough which led to a Fungus Gnat infestation which wasn't caught until late into flower. I also think I had the nutrient level set too high which may have kept the upper portion of the medium too wet. Other than those issues the only other hindrances were related to the actual ebb/flow system itself and beyond my immediate control such as plant spacing, solution temperature etc. I will say that when using this AirCube system I found out the hard way that you really need to have all of your plants starting at the same time, and preferably of the same strain unless you're using a trellis net to control the canopy height. Lastly, I will say that the GrowAce AirCube system was very well built, used quality materials, is expandable, and was very easy to setup and get running. Now to the plants... All three Strawberry Gorilla's were germinated together and sprouted within 24hrs of one another. I did very minimal training on them consisting of leaf tucking and gentle bending of branches, then some LST using horticulture wire starting in Week 1 of flower, which all three responded well to. All three pheno's began to flower right around Day 24 from seed and continued for another 10 weeks. I kept the tent temperatures during veg and early flower between 76-80โ„‰ with the light on, and 70-72โ„‰ with the light off and the RH at 60-70%. Once in flower, I gradually lowered the 'light on' temperature to 72-75โ„‰ and 65โ„‰ during the dark period. I also lowered the RH down to 35-40% during late flower. The entire run they were fed Plagron nutrients exclusively, using their Cocos 'A' and Cocos 'B' along with Green Sensation. Power Roots and Royal Rush. I had nothing but great results from this lineup from Plagron and highly recommend their entire product line! I ended up with three distinct phenotypes, two of which leaning more to the fruity/strawberry side. The third pheno was Glue all the way, with a pungent, chem-like aroma that will make your eyes water! The #1 and #2 phenotypes took on some beautiful coloration through late flower, expressing shades of purple, pinks and lavender. Both of them also had a very fruity/sweet aroma that grew extremely strong during late flower. The #3 phenotype struggled a little bit during the run and was affected the most by the Fungus Gnats (which I'm sure affected her yield) but incredibly ended up not only being the most aromatic of the bunch, but also the frostiest! The #3's flowers were a lime green with hints of pink and lavender on some, all were covered in large headed trichomes! Once the Strawberry Gorilla's reached Week 8 of flower I began regular checks of their trichomes and once they had reached a ratio of 90% milky/10% amber I placed all three plants in darkness for 72hrs in the 4x4, keeping the temperature at 64โ„‰ and a RH of 35%. After three days in the dark I chopped and hung the plants whole in the 4x4 suspended by a wire I ran across the tent. I kept gentle air circulation going in the tent and maintained a temperature of 55-60โ„‰ and monitored the RH, keeping it at 50% for the first 24hrs, then 60% for the remainder of the hanging time. The first plant was ready to trim in 9 days, with the other two 10 & 11 days respectively. All three were trimmed and their flowers placed in Mason jars with a hygrometer inside to begin the curing process. The beautiful 'sugar trim' was sifted on my 24"x24" four screen setup which I did outside on my porch on a calm day that was only 38-40โ„‰. I got a tremendous return of 42g of some beautiful 90u sift that I can't wait to press into rosin! All in all, having cultivated this strain previously I can say that the results could have been a whole lot better, but... taking into consideration my level of expertise with hydroponic growing and the stresses that the Strawberry Gorilla's had to contend with, I'd say that it was a win and a testimony to how resilient and strong this strain from FastBuds is... It's no wonder that Strawberry Gorilla Auto is a trophy winner!๐Ÿ†

June 7: sheโ€™s doing better but still not right after the frost a couple weeks ago. Check out coyowolves howling on video. June 8: removed frost damaged colas and composted immediately with coffee grounds, peat pot bottoms, some HP Pro-Mix from a couple of failed peat pots and LAB. Cannabis was assimilated almost immediately and it looked like good compost after about two days. This was my Coffee Canna Compost which was used for some autos. June 10: gave it 2.5 mL/L of FPJ as a soil drench rather than just the usual 1 mL/L as a weekly foliar spray. Plant seemed to grow a lot in the next few days so maybe I should do that more often. June 11: looking better since the frost damage setback. Not as strong in the cool weather as the two Quebec Cannabis Seed plants but as we move into summer this plant should be fine. June 13: recovered the six inches of height lost when I removed the frost damaged colas.

Auto Purple Hulk Auto by MSNL Outside ๐Ÿ‘‰Sponsored Grow๐Ÿ‘ˆ W5F1 The weather was rainy with thunderstorms early in the week becoming hot, humid and overcast. I only got to fertilize once this week but with the super soil she doesnโ€™t show any deficiencies. I fertilized with I49 grow 1 tbsp/gal & 2 tbsp I49 Flower. I added this more as a preventive measure since Iโ€™m seeing issues with AK-47xl also outside in super soil. With the extreme heat and rain, my purple hulk is a HULK. She almost doubled height (grew 15 inches) this week and is now 33 inches tall and starting flower. She demonstrates resistance to fungal diseases and bug damage. In the background noise on the video is Cicadas. When they hatch, they crawl onto a tree or plant and molt. The adult has wings. This is the empty body casing. This year there are some but not a lot as in many years of their 17-year cycle. As always, thank you all for stopping by, for the likes and most of all growersโ€™ love and support. Week 6 Hi everyone ๐Ÿ˜€ So far this little grow it's a pure joy for me. No major issues. One of the girls aka "Nuna" it's a bit late in flowering. She was bit shy from the start and last week defoliation definitely did not helped her but I'm sure she will catch to others. All 3 looking very healthy and growth is still very fast. Still waiting for better flower development before apply any of the flowering nutrients. I have try this several times years back and results on yield were much better if flowering nutrients are applied later in flowering stage. Hopefully it works the same with autoflowers ๐Ÿคž Have a great week eweryone I will keep updating this week progress every couple of days. Thanks for stopping by Peace โœŒ๏ธ 28/08 Day 36 Changed watering time schedule for the morning to keep humidity at night a bit lower level. During the 18h schedule humidity 50-55 at night up to 68. 30/08 Day 38 So far all good. Girls are growing still in rapid speed. I can tell this girl likes grow big leaves. I have just defoliate from the big ones just over a week ago and again back to the forest :) 31/08 Day 39 This morning soil was way too dry and need to poured almost 1 liter to each pot. From tomorrow 500-600ml per 24h. 02/09 Day 41 2 of the girls developing flowers very well and still growing in rapid speed. Noticed that 3rd girl having issues to switch to flowering. Noticed some nutrients deficiency on 3 leaves. Using spring water for watering and must be to soft on calcium and magnesium. Have little hope that calmag will have this sorted. Started blooming nutrients + fish shit from today 03/09 Day 42 It's seems that slow develop girl started flowering :) not sure but possibly new nutrients and lowered humidity helped. Did some defoliation from bigger leaves on 2 better developed girls. It's the end of the week 6 Stay tuned for more updates on following week. Peace โœŒ๏ธ

The plant is doing well overall this week! ๐Ÿ’ช To handle a few fungus gnats that started showing up, I introduced nematodes into the soil and placed some yellow sticky traps, seems to be keeping things under control so far. She's growing quite tall now, definitely stretching up nicely, but not really filling out much in width. A true lemony skyscraper in the tent!๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š

Getting quite cold on a night as well but they are still coming on strong. Had a day where it rained for like 18 hours straight ๐Ÿ˜‚ not good. Flowers are looking good though and are starting to kick out more THC. Can see my topped one having some really decent sized colas by the end. Keeping the nutes as they are now. Smell delicious ๐Ÿ˜„

Germination Report: Runtz vs. Runtz ๐ŸŒฟโœจ Hey there, green thumbs and cannabis enthusiasts! ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒŸ I'm thrilled to share the exciting details of our Runtz vs. Runtz germination journey. Buckle up, because this ride is packed with fun, knowledge, and a touch of green magic! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ’ซ The Germination Journey ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿš€ Our Runtz seeds were given the royal treatment from the get-go! We kicked things off with the Cannakan method, ensuring our precious seeds had the best start. Here's a step-by-step breakdown: Hydration Stage ๐Ÿ’ง: Seeds were soaked in water, embracing their first taste of life. This process lasted about 30 hours, allowing the seeds to absorb enough moisture to kickstart germination. Watching those little seeds swell up is always a magical moment! ๐ŸŒŸ Transition to Soil ๐ŸŒฟ: After their water bath, the seeds were gently transferred to soil. This crucial step ensures they have the nutrients and environment they need to grow strong and healthy. Each seed was placed in a cozy, nutrient-rich bed, ready to sprout and thrive. Understanding Runtz Genetics ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ”ฅ Runtz is a legendary strain, celebrated for its powerful genetics and exceptional traits. Let's dive into what makes Runtz so special: Parentage ๐ŸŒฟ: Runtz is the love child of two powerhouse strains: Gelato and Zkittlez. This dynamic duo contributes to Runtz's unique flavor profile and potent effects. Flavor and Aroma ๐Ÿญ: Expect a delightful explosion of sweet, fruity flavors with a hint of candy-like goodness. The aroma is equally enchanting, filling your space with a tropical, sugary scent that's hard to resist. Effects ๐ŸŒˆ: Runtz is known for its balanced high, offering both euphoria and relaxation. Perfect for those seeking a joyful, uplifting experience that melts into a soothing body calm. What to Expect ๐ŸŒฟโœจ As our Runtz plants grow, here are a few things to watch for: Vigorous Growth ๐Ÿš€: Thanks to its robust genetics, Runtz is a strong grower. Expect rapid development, especially in the early stages. Keep an eye on those green shoots as they stretch toward the light! Resin Production ๐Ÿ’Ž: Runtz is a resin powerhouse, producing dense, trichome-covered buds. This not only enhances its potency but also contributes to its striking appearance. Balanced Structure ๐ŸŒฑ: Look for a balanced structure with a mix of sturdy branches and lush foliage. This makes Runtz ideal for various growing techniques, whether you're a novice or a seasoned grower. The Joy of Growing Runtz ๐ŸŒฟโค๏ธ The journey of growing Runtz is as enjoyable as the end product. Each day brings new growth, surprises, and the satisfaction of nurturing such a phenomenal strain.
