It became clear to me when I opened the tent two days ago. There they were, sticking out one of the main cola’s, it was almost impossible to miss them: 2 bright lime green banana’s. It was like the little dicks were smiling to me. I immediately removed them and search all the plants thoroughly multiple times for more, but didn’t found one. So, I guess I’m now a member of the ‘hermies club’. As for the cause: I suspect light stress. The light was close on the canopy, a little closer than (for example) dr. Cocoforcannabis recommends for this light. I found the two banana’s on Jannine and the bud that had them, is the one that’s almost in the middle of the tent, where the light is the brightest. The plant on the left, Kim, was also showing some foxtailing on her highest buds. Hence, I raised the lights 6-7 centimeters. Hopefully, I took away the cause of the hermies; off course, I’m keeping a sharp eye on the buds, but I haven’t found any more than those two. Also, EC of the drain tends to go up, hence every few days, I now just give them plain pH’ed water, to prevent high EC spikes. The trichomes are developing nicely. I bought a jeweler's loupe to study them, because with my USB microscope it’s almost impossible to get a clear picture (I don’t have a steady hand). The girls are 7 weeks into flower: there are no amber trichomes, but most trichomes are partly cloudy (30~50%) and a minority is still fully clear. I guess two more weeks before harvest, maybe 1,5 week. I switch to GHE Ripen later this week. I didn’t use such a product during my first grow, so I’m curious to see if it does something good. The week as all seedling wasn't quite special but I did notice alot of girls starting to display pistles very early on , which isn't a bad sign at all just hopfully they achieve a good size 30inch to 40 inch I would prefer . Watering I've got under control already with the LEDs . Temps are a different story they have been a nitemare to keep under control , two heaters full power and the LEDS are only keeping the room about 20oC at best sometimes ... I think these @VIPARSPECTRA lights are playing a good part in allowing these girls to use what light is needed for a healthy structure Runtz ZAMNESIA Girls are looking like there genicitis has lots of potential for a very vigorous plant , the last runtz I grew was very big plants hoping for the same type of growth . One does appear to acquire some molding on the frist true leaves but seems not to have slowed any growth or reduced vigorous growth so if you spot this I'm not worried , very vigorous strain Lemon haze - ETS look like they could be bigger plants hopfully they make for a nice grow and don't get out of control making me think should I top my haze ? Blueberry Headbang- ETS This has been the hardest Germination of any seeds and I only got 1 decent seed pop up this one plant I'm taking super good care of as I wanna try Blueberry headbang Headlight kush - ETS a few of these have come up in good old fashion no visible problems and look to grow pretty good I think where gonna have a couple of headlights kush . Seem to be solid and all in sync to whatever part of growth there meant to be at . All plants are doing amazing 👏 they where showing great vigorous growth and some steady growth . Planning on keeping as many girls as possible alothough 16 might be the upper limit if these girls get big as this is the frist time I've used LEDs Im not sure what to expect . The same as hps ? Definitely no the growth from the LEDs is alot better than HPS and I haven't even dailed the temps to stay super steady Going to introduce my GHE flora line at low dosage to not shock the little girls and not to stun any growth . Day 60: I have an aphid problem so im currently working on a way to get that under control seeing how my girls are in flower its kind of tricky, any suggestions please feel free to help. Other than that they are still growing good the buds are stacking on. The leafs look a little crazy but they are healing very slowly from when i didnt have any cal/mag to give them but they are getting better. She's looking really good so far and the smell she leaves on your hands after handling her, incredible! Her old fan leaves are dropping off and today is the last day I feed her nutes. It'll just be flushing from now on and checking in on the trichomes every once in a while.

Buds should be dried in the dark at 21 degrees in 50% humidity

This plant is growing well, I transplanted them this week into 3 gallon pots from 1 gallon pots. Structure on this plant is pretty nice and visually pleasing to the eye lol.

Data.... So there we have it. Another harvest in the bag and some very nice nugs of Zamnesia Biscotti to wait to dry and cure to perfection. The strain has been great to grow with no issues with anything I threw at it. I didn't see the need to use anything to minimise the iverall size of my plants but went with the nutes to see what the results would be. We will get a better idea once dried and cured with a yield per plant to go with too. I am not expecting g a huge yield based on their overall medium size bit rhe buds look so sweet amd smell amazing of a pineapple type sweet and a fuel type undertone. With our RainBow Sherbet we are about a week late compared to the others, it is now starting to throw out the first hairs that reveal the sex, this is probably the plant where the main lining has been applied in a more effective way. If you look at it, the plant has a main structure that is a perfect T, this forms the main line of growth. From here the branches start up to the third internode where I topped again. On the laterals no topping except at the two ends of the main lining. It is really very beautiful to look at and practically flattened to perfection on the ground. With autoflowering plants, topping at the second internode is advisable as I did on this plant because it is easier to keep it low and perpendicular to the ground with the main lining and above all because flowering is anticipated as much as possible. Let's say that the plant starts to flower at the 5th internode, you understand well that cutting at the second instead of the third also saves time. It is a plant that has a long internodal distance so we have more time to shape it before the woodification and it is very suitable for late lst interventions. Another one is growing straight and is still small but I will show it to you soon, I have concentrated a lot on this one in main - lining.
