*Week 5 Flower 09/24* Thus far both both plants are flowering and budding nicely, Trichomes are setting in accordingly, Increase in Phosphate and Potassium nute feeds. Both plants have appeared to stop growing in height settling in at 48Inches. Top COLAS are pretty dense and the aroma coming off both of them is bright and vibrant White Hairs are starting to turn bright orange. *Week 5 Flower Mid week update - 09/28* Both plants have reached max height (48 Inches) Bud sites are filling up and have become more dense with trichomes cover through the flowered bud. 60% orange hair coverage - Nearing harvest *Week 5 Flower End week recap 09/30* Both Apple Fritter and Critical+2.0 nearing harvest Cutting back on nute feeds starting tomorrow and will increase clean water feeds Flushing will begin in a week - both will be harvested in 2 weeks.

We are a couple who decided to plant cannabis for the first time during the covid-19 quarantine, and it helped us get through it, during and after grow =] Before deciding to plant, we studied a lot and saw many diaries here, so we didn't have many surprises during the cycle, also because we were able to see, compare and know what to expect from our plant. It was really cool to see the result of what we had studied happening in practice, we learned a lot from Grow Diaries. Definitely we will do a lot of different things next time, but overall we were satisfied to be able to smoke our own weed. Grow diaries helped and motivated us a lot, both to learn new things and to organize and register our grow. Our intention is to continue growing and sharing our experience here. Hey fellow growers welcome to the start of week 5 of flower!! Things are starting to take shape after the nana scare I’ve been keeping a close eye on the lady’s. There being fed every second day and wanting more as they gain size. All plants are starting to frost up but big bud 2 is at another level with sticky stinky colas. Fingers crossed they will continue to just do what there doing gaining size and frosting up. We did get in there and do the final defoliation a week late but that’s what happens when you work fifo and can’t be here at all times. They will get another feed today. UPDATE - 24th of February 2020 - DRY WEIGHT & LOVE 56g total dry weight, after I gave them a very nice trim. They started curing in glass jars on 19/2/2020 and are currently between 63-68%RH inside. Burping every other hour for couple of minutes. While trimming some dried buds yesterday, I came across a seed, I couldn't believe it, between 😕and 😆, first time experiencing this, interesting, hopefully she didn't lose a lot of her potency and it only happened late. Learning from this: don't change light cycle. I changed from 18 to 21 hours, thought that was a good idea... All this aside, I am sooooooo in LOVE WITH HER 😍I have never grown such a beautiful plant, excuse the photo spam, she deserves a stage, at least for me 😉I can't wait to try her properly cured and get to learn her whole taste spectrum with the low and slow dried buds. Some of them will be processed to oil and edibles. If I find time, I might document some more. Until then, happy growing everyone, peace 🙏 Tried 2 different drying methods: 1. Regular hang dry: For 7 days in small grow tent, darkness at 50% humidity & 20°C/68F - she was almost too dry after 7 days. 2. Low & Slow dry: after washing & hang-drying for 4 hours, she went into the fridge for 7 days in a paper bag, followed by several jar tests until she was at a steady 68% outside; She dried like this in the fridge for 8 days. I didn't trim her too much, since I want to preserve everything for oils. More details: 16. Nov. 2019 - 13. Feb. 2020 - 88 Days - Grown from Seed Smell of Berries; Pink & Yellow tips; Lots of long curly brown hair; Pink tiny leaf tips on top of buds. I’m in love whooooooooooaaaaaaa. Chop on 13. Feb 2020 - 461g Put in vase with PH water for 2 days in Dry Tent darkness at 50% humidity & 20°C/68F 14. Feb. 2020 Darkness Day 1 - 469g 15. Feb. 2020 Darkness Day 2 - 452g Total wet - no trim - 452g Total wet - slight trim - 386g //Regular dry in tent - 50% humidity & 20°C/68F // 281g with trim went in Total dry - no trim - 43g Total dry - trim - 40g //Low and slow dry in fridge // 96g went in Total dry - trim - 16g Check 420magazine for “Low and Slow”-Dry. The plant responded very well to fim it is growing steady I wish I can leave her vegetating for another week but the other plants in my tent are growing at an incredible rate of speed so I have to rise this one in order to catch up with the rest canopy that's why I flip them to flowering schedule 12/12 I have been defoliatin in order to prepare them for maximum light penetration into the canopy for the flowering cycle . My 2 permanent marker plants they are loving the light being turned up they are praying constantly there internodes are so close together they have not stretched out very far yet. I'm thinking they are going to be on the short end but who knows some plants do complete opposite when they hit the flower strech. I still have not gotten the nutrients down for the one plant I'm thinking when I flip to flower it will it will turn around nicely I love the shaoe and look of it's leaves. The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.

Buenas noches familia, sorpresa, jueves noche por aquí , actualizamos las power plant xL. Es la última semana antes de nuestra cosecha, el tiempo se nos echó encima y las Flores ya están echas, se preparó un lavado de raíces y tijeretazo,para sucesivamente colgarlas.( PRIMERA VEZ que se me echa el tiempo encima con la floración, jurao) Me habría gustado darles algo de estrés hídrico, pero lo veremos con las lemon kush y las northern light xL. -power plant xL es una cepa con predominancia sativa, con una corta floración,es un ejemplar fácil de cultivar, fuerte, y vigoroso. Estos ejemplares se cultivaron en 7L en sustrato light MIX de plagrOn, controlando en todo momento el PH de nuestras plantas, y dándoles de comer una gama advanced nutrients bastante básica. -PROS: facil cultivar, flores llenas de resina , flores compactas, ramas laterales largas. -CONTRAS: hay que tutorar por el peso de la flor, floración demasiado rápida a mi gusto (no te das ni cuenta). *Aquí ya me despido hasta la cosecha familia.

D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 125PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7.1 and 260PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 250PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 46% light ON ; 46-48% light OFF D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. I'm checking trichomes everyday on both girls and no amber yet. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 45% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH7.4 and 200PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.4 and 287PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong. - temp: 22-23C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 47% light ON ; 43-45% light OFF

Recovered well from the defoliation on day 21 of flower. Pretty much plain sailing from now on as stretch has stopped and only need a few heads and maybe remove the odd leaf.

Not much has changed other than size. I have her locked down in a ring to direct even growth. She will stay in the pattern for another week or so before I'll release the branches and move her to the 4x4 flowering tent. I'd like to note that I have also removed the first 2 nodes on every branch on the entire plant. And cleaned up all growth for the first 5 nodes from the main stalk. As well as any branch that is facing down.

Things are looking real good now. Blueberry is in full stretch and she’s gonna be a big girl. Grapefruit coming along real nice after early struggles. I am having some issues with light burn on my blueberry, but I think it’ll be alright. Absolute explosive growth from the blueberry monster this week. She’s up to 43 inch and I’m loving the spacing she has. As you can see, not very much lst going on here, but that’s how I like it. Grapefruit has been chugging along real nice. Just starting to flower now and she’s a bushy gal. I’m really looking forward to the flowering weeks ahead. I think these two are gonna be pretty.

I will be reveging this plant, she is nearly 6wks old.Spent last 3 weeks in flower as she was 4wks behind the other 2, (had 4 turn out male😣). Decided to buy viparspectra xs1500 to veg with in separate set up will re veg her & start some clones.My other 2 in 3rd wk flower, plan is to use the 1m×1m×2m tent as a full-time flowering tent.My attempt at a small perpetual grow, veg space is about 2.3'×2'×4.5'cabinet with 150w viparspectra xs1500 led.
