Performed a final defoliation along with the usual LST. Tried watering with only 1L to bring the watering down to every 2 days, but they started drooping a bit, so decided to stick with 2L every 3 days. Seems to work best. Not much else to report, growing steadily and buds starting to form.

Day 72 - 07/01/20 This one was the only survivor of my 4 x RQS diary. my blueberry auto, jack herer auto and GG auto didnt sprout but the diesel did and here is her harvest! I added some nice photos of the plant and the yield was 325g wet weight. Should be over an ounce once its dried. Update - Dry weight was 30g although much of the bud is small :) Ive been curing for a few days and its insane how the flavour and burn changes throughout curing :) Update - Day 78 - 13/01/20 The sweet diesel smell and taste is coming through. buds are becoming more and more enjoyable to smoke as days go by. :) il post a few pictures later tonight! Day 86 - 21/01/20 I finally finished the NYCD after about 2 weeks of curing. It smokes fairly well and is definitely the best thing ive grown so far :) Buds developed quality and a sweet earthy diesel flavour/aroma over the 2 weeks of curing. one major improvement i would make is to source high quality soil as i really struggled to flush this properly. even still without lab quality conditions ive never felt so depression free since ive been taking this medicine regularly. to finish up i will say that I liked the NYCD diesel taste but i still preferred sour diesel. The plant grew to a reasonable height around 60cm and produced an ounce of average bud. and I might not have won any GD competitions, but im still a winner! :'D Lucky for us I just started an Sour Diesel Auto from fastbuds so you can check that out to see what i thought of it compared to this one :)

Early morning day 1 we got a good rain. The girls loved it. This week has cooler night time Temps, storms, and low 90s upper 80s f day time Temps. Plants are getting into the super soil and out of the safe zone of plain organic soil. Next time I'll use a stronger mix of liquid feed for the safe zone. The plants didn't get enough nutes to grow fast. I'm still dialing in super soil/organic so there's a learning curb. I'm a little worried about topping these as I got a late start outdoors. I topped the biggest this week. The smallest got ravaged by an insect so I'll just let it grow out naturally.

Day 43. Queen is reaching sky, had to move lamp one more time. Margaret is getting fatter, loads of mini colas and buds, really compact version of that strain. Today - plain water, next watering they will get molasses tea. Then plain water and at the end of week - full blast of nutes ! To me it looked like top leaves of Queen getting bleached lightly, think i have just 30 cm left of height, let's hope she will be massive , while staying low ;))) Her structure is very stretch out, a bit too big distance between nodes compared to what i like or would want to see from perfect plant. Day 46. Queen still has obvious light bleach, quantum boards makes your plants hungry for cal mag. Hope it and later silica feed will bring all to normal. Both girls pack like crazy, really fun to observe. Both looks to be not so far from 1g/W ;))) No third needed !!! Hopefully ... ;))) Tomorrow they will get only third feed in theirs life ... Nutes companies would hate me ;))) Day 48. Queen is super sensitive to Mag, second Cap-Mag feed and she burns again ... Will go water, water, silica, water now. Will see how they look after this. Girls still drink fast, there is no lockouts, but rusty spots tells everything. I noticed that this strain don't need big feed, she grows nice when hungry. Happy Growing !

Tenth week of flowering started. I went out a week and at my return I discovered that the #2 is sick. The plant doesn't drink anymore and a lot of branches are falling down with limp leaves. I think that the missing defoliation, the height and the poor ventilation caused that. At the moment I removed her from the tent moving her out to the balcony. I did a huge defoliation to the #1 and a massive LST in order to low the height of buds that reached the lamp that is at its maximum height. So far I gave to the plant only water. I think that the cause of plant disease is the high humidity level (at least 90%...). Tomorrow I will buy a dehumidifier hoping that this will help the remaining plant. D63: changed the water into the pot. Added 15 ml grow, 30ml micro and 40ml bloom. [email protected] EC 1.2 D64: after the defoliation the plant seems to be healthy. The humidity into the tent is still high, tomorrow I will install the dehumidifier. D65: I've put a dehumidifier into the tent, I've added 3 liters of tap water to the pot; the plant is drinking a lot so I think that she is fine. Temperatur noch bei 23C und die LF habe ich etwas runtergedreht und auf 45% gestellt. 2.5L Wasser mit Hesi Bio-Bloom bekommen sie alle 3 Tage, mit einem Ph-Wert Zwischen 5.5-6.0. Die Lumatek 200W Pro ist nun 30cm entfernt und auf 100% gedimmt. ------ Tag 80 angekommen. Nachtbilder. Den Mädels gehts super! Blüten werden immer größer.
