July 11: hail storm went through and did some damage. Small leaves are fine but the big fan leaves are shredded. She will recover but this is a bit of a setback. July 15: after a few days of recovery I removed more of the hail damaged fan leaves. New growth is coming in nicely. July 16: late start and hail storm means this one is still only 8 colas. There is not enough time this grow season to get to 16 so I’ll just stick to 8 colas, or 7 actually after losing one to the hail storm.

Merci à tous pour votre soutien ! ​🛠️ Configuration Technique (Ajustement final) ​Éclairage : Lumatek ATS 300W Pro (réduit à 75% pour préserver les fins de fleurs) ​Distance lampe/canopée : 50 cm ​Climat : Jour : 25°C / Nuit : 21°C ​Humidité (HR) : 50% (gérée par le déshumidificateur) ​Tente : 1m80 de hauteur ​📅 Évolution & Rinçage J+7 : Des couleurs superbes et fin de floraison en douceur ​Hauteur actuelle : 84 cm (parfaitement stabilisée). ​Structure des têtes : Les buds sont vraiment bien gonflés et compacts. On observe de légères "queues de renard" (foxtailing). C'est le résultat d'un petit stress lumineux, la lampe à 100% étant un peu trop près de la canopée la semaine dernière. Rien de bien méchant ! ​Action éclairage : Pour calmer ce stress et aborder sereinement la dernière semaine (ou presque), j'ai redescendu le Lumatek à 75%. ​Couleurs & Trichomes : Babouch affiche une couleur superbe qui tire sur le violet / gris sombre, un effet magnifique accentué par la quantité de résine. Visuellement, les trichomes sont majoritairement laiteux, mais il n'y a pas encore vraiment d'ambrés à l'horizon. ​Rinçage & Sénescence (À la diète !) : ​Suivi de l'arrosage : Voilà maintenant 1 semaine complète que la plante est au rinçage à l'eau claire et en mode manuel. ​Évolution : Babouch commence à peine sa sénescence. Les feuilles vont doucement commencer à se décolorer dans les prochains jours au fur et à mesure qu'elle puise dans ses dernières réserves. ​Résumé : Tout va pour le mieux dans la box, la plante est tout simplement superbe. Les têtes sont lourdes, la résine est omniprésente et l'odeur est à son maximum. Le retour à 75% de puissance lumineuse va lui permettre de mûrir tranquillement sans faire de nouvelles excroissances. On surveille les trichomes de près pour le moment fatidique ! ​Le contraste entre le violet très sombre des calices et le blanc des trichomes sont incroyable à voir. C'est tout à fait normal que la sénescence mette un peu de temps à se lancer : les Biotabs nourrissent tellement bien la terre en profondeur que la plante a beaucoup de réserves à consommer ! I love Poundcake; I wish I'd discovered it earlier and grown it in an 18-liter pot right away. If I could have an autoflowering mother plant, I'd choose this phenotype. I mean, look how wonderfully wide and evenly it grows without me having to do anything. Simply a dream of a plant, only available at Fastbuds.

Hola chicos aquí vamos en nuestra segunda semana de vegetación aprendiendo cada vez mas del arte en cultivo indoor con respecto a la temperatura y humedad, una tarea difícil cuando te consideras un principiante. Esta semana que viene voy evaluar si ya es necesario cambiar a una maceta de 5.5 Litro. La idea final es dejarla en una maceta de 11 litros.. Bueno muchachos cualquier recomendación será bienvenida. Que pasa familia, vamos con la cuarta semana de floración de estas Gorilla cookies Auto de FastBuds. Por el momento todo va bien tienen buen color, van ahí formándose esas flores y empezando a tricotar guay. Alimentamos nuestras plantas con Agrobeta. Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2 y riego en intervalos de 48h. La temperatura está entorno al 22/24 grados y la humedad anda sobre el 50%. Las plantas en si ya están bien sanas, tutore la rama principal para que no se fuese de madre, y así controlaré la altura. probably won’t work with these for a bit. BUT was fun to grow something out and soon i’ll be able to try it out.

🌱 Harvest & Cure Begins Harvest is complete, and today marks the beginning of the curing process. This run taught me a lot about Fruity Durban. From the very beginning, it showed exceptional vigor and recovered incredibly well from topping and training. Its strong sativa-like growth and rapid flowering make it a very interesting cultivar. Looking back, I think I initially evaluated this cultivar from the perspective of a home grower running a single large Living Soil plant. After discussing it with Simon, I realized that Fruity Durban’s greatest strengths probably lie elsewhere. Its speed, vigor and growth habit make it particularly well suited for commercial SOG cultivation, where fast turnover and plant uniformity are major advantages. Seen from that perspective, I understand much better why this cultivar deserves its place in the Serious Seeds catalogue. The drying phase has now been completed, and the flowers have entered curing. My first impressions are already very promising: 🌸 Pink pepper 🍊 Fresh citrus 🌿 Herbal notes reminiscent of sage The effect is already clear, uplifting and energizing, making it a great daytime smoke. I’m very curious to see how the aroma and flavor will evolve over the coming weeks, as curing often reveals the true character of a cultivar. A huge thank you to Serious Seeds for giving me the opportunity to test and document this variety from seed to cure. 💚
