Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Olá, Sejam todos bem vindos a mais uma semana dessa maravilhosa semente Banana Purple punch com grow caseiro feito de sapateira. Comecei essa semana fazendo a primeira rega com nutrientes, coloquei 1ml/L de cada fertilizante(Grow,Micro) e reguei com 1 Litro de água. Estou achando que está começando a amarelar um pouco as folhas, vou colocar um Calimagic na próxima rega e ver se melhora. This lady has developed great! I can see long internodes on her as normal, and she has stretched a little bit looking for that light indoors, but now she has been completely moved outside as she is now a strong plant almost adult ready to give her best! Welcome 2021 outdoor season!!

Currently waiting for the soil to dry out after the flush last week so only foliar feeding . It seems to be helping, I need to put aside a few hours to give both my remo chemo and purple CBD some love. Both got lockout from salt buildup and I need to sit down and trim any dead growth, some light LST and TDS and pH the runoff. The old growth is yellowing fast on this one so it better be soon! Otherwise she will lollipop herself! Day 70 - fed nutrients and pH water 6.2. Looks like I will have to do a bit more topping, she's stretching for the sky! Day 66- no water no food, just letting her dry out a bit as I suspect root issues, she's stretching to the sky though so aside from the nitrogen deficiency we're looking good! Day 68- she had dried out nicely, gave her some fish mix and liquid seaweed, 3ml/l and 4ml/l respectively, 2l feed. Have trimmed dead and dying growth. Just going to leave her to it for a week or two
