First week of flowering went good, had some trouble with my ph meter again, so I ordered a bunch of ph equipment and I’m gonna start fresh with everything new. Lol sick of second guessing my crappy pens. Plants are staying pretty compact so far, they have started to stretch a little bit but we have only done a few tucks on them. They are either gonna stay short or haven’t started there main stretch yet, but we are 10 days into flip so they should be stretching by now. Time will tell I guess. Lol I removed a few of the larger guard leaves up top to open up the middle of the plants more to the light. I have around 40000 lux at the top of the netting and they seem to be taking it fairly well. I’m yet to get my water chiller installed as I’ve been very busy this month and haven’t had time to finish my DIY video for it. Lol hopefully this week we will get it installed and get our water temps down a little lower. I got some more H2O2 coming soon too so can’t wait to get using that again, plants just haven’t been the same without it, but I haven’t been able to find it reasonably priced anywhere near me in a long time. I am using UC Roots now in its place to keep my res/water clean, but it’s not as good. H2O2 has extra oxygen on top of keeping things clean, so can’t wait! Well that’s it for this week, Cheers💨

Day 64. 9weeks and 1 day. Defoliated 2 days ago. Still some white pistils on buds. She looks ready, however trichomes are all milk with very few amber. Will continue monitoring before chopping.

Since I'm playing catch up with documenting my first grow cycle, I'm going to combine weeks and just give updates. I mentioned in the last weekly comment about adding the wicking bases and how that can be potentially problematic. Well here's where I noticed the issue but mostly with the Orange Sherbet sativa. I started noticing changes in color and leaves that didn't look good to me. Fortunately, I have a couple of great friends who also grow and have been able to take advantage of their knowledge and experience along the way. I highly recommend doing this if you have friends who also grow. Anyway, I had one of my friends come over and it was determined that the issue was due mainly to overwatering. We decided that with the wicking bases in addition to the humidity level in the tent, that the plant was staying too wet. Catching this quickly and addressing it is huge with autos since they tend to be more delicate that regular plants (as I understand things anyway). To address the overwatering issue, I immediately stopped using the wicking bases and let the plants dry out for about a week. I did no watering at all for the week but kept the humidifier going. That really helped correct what was going on. I then decided that I was no longer going to use the wicking bases at all and only do top watering. You'll see as I move forward with documenting this grow cycle, that I changed my mind again on this once the plants went into flower. But hey, what do you expect, this was my first ever grow.

Hey ihr Grower, sind am Tag 79 angekommen. Den Mädels gehts super! Blüten werden immer größer. Temperatur noch bei 23C und die LF habe ich etwas runtergedreht und auf 45% gestellt. 2.5L Wasser mit Hesi Bio-Bloom bekommen sie alle 3 Tage, mit einem Ph-Wert Zwischen 5.5-6.0. Die Lumatek 200W Pro ist nun 30cm entfernt und auf 100% gedimmt.

Wir sind an Tag 82 angekommen. Den Girls gehts bestens! Blüten werden immer noch größer. Temperatur bei 23C und die LF ist auf 45% gestellt. Der Heizer von Spider Farmer macht eine super Arbeit - Temp. und LF noch konstanter. DDD bei 1.5.
2.5L Wasser mit Hesi Bio-Bloom bekommen sie alle 3 Tage, mit einem Ph-Wert Zwischen 5.5-6.0. Die Lumatek 200W Pro ist nun 30cm entfernt und auf 100% gedimmt.
