For the first time, I tried working with enzymes in the irrigation water. These are supposed to break down dead roots and plant material in the soil and make it available to the plant as food. I'm curious to see how it goes. After the first three weeks of light changeover the flower transformation is done. Now it is the right time for defoliation and lollopoping. ******** Week 8 - Jan 27 to Feb 2/20 (Days 50 - 56 from seed popping out) She has continued to swell this week and stacking her buds. The hairs have remained a nice bright white all week pointing up. Noticing some curling a bit of the hairs towards end of the week. They are white but there is a small red hair here and there now. Giving her a couple more days of feed no idea about flush. She has been slow going all along in her growth........at this stage I want that to continue......drag out her swelling/bud growing stage😋😋 On the down side.....I did see very small red hairs here and there.....unfortunately. Heavier leaf strip on Wednesday and have continued through out as rotating her in the tent under the light. Took off probably 25%. Took off a few more of those fan leaves down low that I when removing bud sites. She is long and lanky so don’t feel side lighting is much of an issue. She is dark in my opinion and hope she will continue to feed and work through all that nitrogen. I didn’t realize how many purple streaks she has on some stocks. She was also given a feeding this week with Epsom Salts. A lot of red on one of the the other plants so worked Magnesium Sulphate in that way. I think I could have gone harder on the CalMag earlier and/or introduced epsom salt earlier as well. Changed the light schedule this week. Moved her to 19 hours of light because she is not falling to sleep at lights out. I know that I could have the lights closer but given how Skywalker has grown I can’t lower them as much as I would like. Will try compensating with longer daylight period.😉 Worth a try! Have seen other Mephisto comments where they say run 24hrs......not my style though. Will keep up Liquid Weight and Rezin to the end and see how she is as a result. Not used these supplements before. Not sure if I will use AN Flawless Finish this run or not? Little more detail: Jan 27/20 - Day 50 - Feed: 2L - Sensyzime @ 2ml, Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml = 45ppm 6.0pH - plain water. She is showing brown spots on leaves. High Potassium?? Lots with supplimentals. Jan 28/20 - Day 51 - 2L: Rezin @ 2ml, CalMag & LW8 @ 1.5ml = 360ppm. Left a lower pH this feed. - Used heavier CalMag today as purple stems is increasing.....looking at using Epsom Salts. - striped some leaves today...heavier than normal.......think it was 5 😄 Jan 29/20 - Day 52 - full feed today as listed above. - 5L - 1125ppm with 6.2pH....low pH trying to raise it by lots of run off with 5L. - runoff: 950ppm with 5.6pH - There is a lot of branch on this girl.....continued the leaf strip though and took more today. - Evening - 2L plain water 6.4pH............figured if I am going to over water her I may as well try and raise the pH more. *******this should have been about 12 litres of water given the way I was going about it.......or let the pot dry out completely first. Jan 30/20 - Day 53 - 2L feed: Epsom Salt @ 1tsp/G, Rezin & LW8 @ 1.5ml, Dual Fuel A and B @ 1ml = 1000ppm 6.15pH - used Epsom Salt today. - They were very happy today in the morning. Swelling up. - They are not falling to sleep at night so moving to 19 hours light. First day. Jan 31/20 - Day 54 - Feed: 2L - Sensyzime @ 2ml/L - 30ppm 6.15pH - plain water feed today. Sensyzime to clean up the roots. - She keeps chugging along with growth and packing on some growth now. Looking awesome actually!! - She reacted well to Epsom Salts......or didn’t negatively react - Colas forming larger and longer. Feb 1/20 - Day 55 - dry out day. Nothing at all today. Pots felt heavy all day - She is very happy in evening. All leaves up on almost all buds....very nice! Filling in cola too! FROST on fan leafs......may have to press her fan leaves:) Feb 2/20 - Day 56 - pot nice and dry today. She was happy this morning and given a large feed. - 4L of full strength for the week. - run off 1080ppm and 5.85pH......Hmmmm, I like it:) - Pots were really light in AM. - See very little red hairs. Still mainly nice straight shinny white.....keep going girl.....no rush! Looking forward to bringing this girl to the end and watching her swell......fingers crossed😁 Hope your garden is making your smile fellow growers....cheers!

09/06/2018 The Cherry Pie pollen did not look very good however, there was some residue which could be viable. On the other hand the Mystery cookies pollen looked perfectly fresh! I would like to also mention that I pollinated Cherry Pie branch first, and very carefully so as to have no cross contamination,plant was misted with water before pollination with the exception of pollinated branch. Mystery Cookies done the same way.

It's seems that Athena finally stopped her stretch and hoping that Xena will follow her sister very soon. Buds are gaining weight and size rapidly. Lots of nice colours and tonnes of trichomes on those buds already. Week 10 Dec 18-24 Dec 18-19 Mainly observation. Xena is still stretching like crazy. both girls are developing beautifully. Dec 20 First watering for this week. 7.5 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH's Athena 6.2 Xena 6.3. Dec 21 Due to lack of light at lower parts of conopy decided for another selective defoliation, lowered a bit tallest branches with colas dangerously close to light by tieing them to netting. Couple cm will make a huge difference here. Could not clear well at the back wall of the cabinet due to limited access.I'm very happy with final result. Dec 22-23 Joyful observation of my 🍌💜👊girls development 🧑‍🌾 Dec 24 All is looking great. It's seems that stretch is finally stopped. Girls looking healthy and happy. The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Day 64 from seed Smooth sailing to the end. Edit: Day 68 from seed. The left one is almost done, the right one seems to need a little more time. Turned on 440 nm blue light for tri production. Still hoping to harvest on day 73. Gave them their last drink. Also the 440nm and the 660nm adlites + full spectrum main and side lighting looking awesome :D

1. LABS - I suggest using distilled water for the entire process ( no chlorine or chloramine). I also suggest the type of rice product shown ( 1/2 cup), it has red, brown, white, and black rice blended together. You get the benefits of each type. 2. Take the rice that was used in making the rice rinse for labs and boil it in 3 cups of water for 30 mins. Strain the rice out. Add 1 TBSP molasses per 300 mls. Use 300 mls of the above mixture during your watering cycles. It contains starches, b vitamins, aminos, trace minerals, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, and some nitrogen. The ppm’s are not higher than 200 ( if using distilled water). This is ONLY used if your plants are healthy. If your plants are sick…this will NOT help them. It will make stuff worse!!! The Hulk-Berry got a new home. 1 tsp 7-3-1, 1/2 tsp 0-12-0, 1/2 tsp Langbeinite, 1 TBSP 2-2-2, 3 TBSP 4-3-3, worm castings, recharge (1/32 tsp) into the soil ( Mother Earth). The 3 RuntZ are coming back from slow growth at the outset. I added LABS, Lentil SST, Photosynthesis Plus to the media. I did a foliar spray with recharge. 24-36 hours later the leaves exploded with growth and height. I added ZERO nutrients!!! I only used natural inputs and bacteria to get the root zone back in order. 11-3. Things are all in check! The LABS, SST’s and Rice wash have gotten the 3 RuntZ back on track. The Hulkberry is in full swing. I think I can get to 3 feet by flower time with the Hulkberry 11-5 All is well today!!! Everyone is very happy after the cal-mag, Photosynthesis Plus, kelp bath

There is little to say yet. I recommend everyone to try this technique at least once. Maximize your harvest and increase your personal experience. The finished harvest pictures come when everyone is finished together 👍. This ends the last diary that was kept with several varieties.
