🍏🍌 Apples and Bananas – Harvest Update Two beautiful, healthy plants with very dense, chunky buds. I did run into some bud rot, but humidity wasn’t extremely high — it stayed around 60%. Most likely the issue came from insufficient air exchange, combined with how tight and compact the buds were. This has already been fixed with a ventilation upgrade, so the next run will have proper airflow. 🔥 Effects A very pleasant smoke overall. For me, this is a perfect afternoon/early evening strain. You come back from work, take a shower, relax on the couch, roll an Apples and Bananas… and everything just flows. It can easily pull you into a long gaming session — it takes you along for the ride. 😋 Flavour & Aroma I didn’t get a strong aroma from these phenos. Flavor-wise, one pheno gives some sweet touches, while the other has a slightly green/unripe note. Still, I can definitely imagine what this strain can become if you hit the right phenotype — there’s something promising underneath. Things are looking good. I started counting Day 1 before the dummy leaves even shed the seed, also, I think the 3 gal pots are probably holding back the above ground growth a tad. Been watering about .5 gallons each in a ring just outside the plant every 2-3 days. They look healthy and I'm sure by the end of the week, they'll be screaming along. Not sure if I'm more excited about the ganja or the melons. Lol. Can't wait to enjoy both ☀️🍉💨

**Fast Pic in growbox this week working on various harvest I thought so when I transplanted it from a 6.5-liter pot to a 20-liter pot: Our Zamnesia Tropicana Cookies had roots I'd never seen before in such a short period of growth, which made me think this one would become a monster, and indeed...just look at it for yourself. Truly large, immense, with mostly aligned flowers except for the crazy one. It's also very suitable for scrog, and it's a plant with large flowers in all phenotypes that will give you immense satisfaction. I have difficulty handling it; it's truly a monster, too big, but I also managed to flush it well and cage it well to ensure it finished well and photograph it well. It's truly beautiful. I must say that it vegetated for 10 days after transplanting, the others less, and I regretted this; they should all have vegetated a bit longer after transplanting and before flowering, except for a couple. Our Zamnesia Tropicana Cookies #2 was super cute from the start, but after transplanting, it became a monster that wanted to grow out of control. To be honest, I noticed a particularly strong root system when I changed the pot, and I sensed its potential. This potential has since been confirmed by another plant grown without techniques, with a magnificent cola. We transplanted it from 6.5 to 20 liters, let it vegetate as best we could, and the plant seems to be growing beautifully. We only removed a few small growths that hadn't seen the light of day and pruned the tops that seemed to be slipping. This one, which only lasted about 10 days after transplanting, is a monster. We're in a standard 20-liter square plastic pot. Techniques chosen: The plant was pruned 16 times, which means four times more pruning and a couple of extra toppings on the tops that seemed to be slipping: a real beast. We're 100% organic and 1000% Plagron, as always. The soil we've chosen is the recently launched Plagron Bio LightMix, which will allow us to get the grow started more smoothly and reliably, without the sudden changes that liquid fertilizers can cause. Here we go! All three Strawberry Gorilla's continue to flower away with the #2 pheno still in the lead and looking the best of the bunch. The other two phenotypes have struggled constantly, but nevertheless have survived and I'm curious to see how they'll turn out when finished! I'm continuing with running the AirCube reservoir for 5-6 days between drain/refill, only topping off with well water and checking/adjusting the PH. The beginning strength of the added Plagron nutrients is 800ppm, and over the course of the 5-6 days it has only been dropping approximately 150ppm's. 12/8- Yesterday I removed the other three plants that were growing in this run with the Strawberry Gorilla's to get finished up. Now the ladies are only sharing the nutrient solution with each other, which hopefully will have positive results... time will tell. I'm continuing to monitor the AirCube reservoir, maintaining the solution level and PH twice daily. I have the HLG 650R set to 100% output now and have it hung 28" above the canopy. 12/10- Yesterday I went through the #1 and #3 plants and removed a bunch of shade leaves that were either blocking light or were damaged looking. The reservoir is beginning to stink so, tomorrow I'll be doing a drain/clean/fill on it which I'm sure the plants, and my nose will appreciate! 12/12- Now that I have removed the other three plants from their pots, I went ahead and pulled the #3 plant and placed it in the center empty pot giving everybody way more room to spread out. After moving the #3, I did some more LST on all three plants. Well there goes the 5th week of flower for the FastBuds Strawberry Gorilla's. Start of week 3! All three plants have had great bud site development during the last 2 weeks. The Super Lemon Haze is a bit thirstier than the Blueberries, so the Slh got and extra 2 liters of feed during week 2. The Slh is also showing deficiency, hopefully with the addition of B52 to the feed cycle, she'll come around. On th blueberries, there has been some rust spots appearing on the largest leaves, I removed the worst one's and will monitor more closely this week, if that issue continues or not. These babies are very bushy, they take up 80% of my grow room space, very excited about this grow and these plants.

So these Jiffy peat moss pellets are the absolute worst!!! I usually use rock wool cubes but I ran out and decided to try these stupid things again. They just get so water logged or so rock hard dry. It’s hard to keep them in the middle. I had to remove them from my cloning machine because they where just to water logged compared to when I use rock wool or clones in it. 2 of the 3 seedlings came up no problem after they dried out a bit and the third one took another day longer and needed so help getting her shell off. For watering, I’ve just been dunking them halfway into my cloning reservoir and letting them soak up water for a second then pulling them out. This seems to get them wet enough but not soaked. 24hrs or so later they are almost completely dry and I repeat. I’m afraid to let them dry rite up cause they get so rock hard, I can’t see that being good at all for the newly developing, delicate roots being formed. I will update some more pics later in the week when I get my starter 3gal DWC buckets built and going. Cheers 💨

It’s not quite week 3 flowering, more so 2.5 wks. I had no choice but to remove a dozen of inner shoots because of how dense the canopy is. Should be it for defo until harvest. This weekend will mark 4 weeks since the last top dress so it’ll be a nice mix included in next wk update. I transplanted into bigger pots with a mix of glacial rock dust, 2-8-4, Kelp Meal.

18/09/2023 I'm very eager to harvest, especially since they all seem ready for harvest except for number 3. Like in the previous weeks, I'm hardly cutting anything, just removing the yellow/brown leaves that come off easily when I pull on them. Regardless, I think I'll harvest next week because the small buds in the lowers parts of the plant and not just the sugar leaves are starting to turn yellow/brown. I forgot to take a picture of the main cola of number 2. I still can't upload great quality vidéo idk why sorry for that ridiculous amount of pixel in the video. 20/09/2023 I was watching a guy on Youtube talking about harvesting when this idea (See the last picture) came to me... I feel so DUMB for not doing this WHEN I did the LST... SEVEN WEEKS AGO, and right now I would not be struggling with the little delay on number 3.

Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

with some problems with them 2 ... one of them has fungus again and the other lack of nutrients ... waiting for her evolution to be good ... she gives off a nice smell ... and hoping to try it ... and waiting to see if it takes its purple color

Que pasa familia. Noticias buenas y malas, de 3 ejemplares, uno nos salió hermafrodita. Empezó a formar plátanos esta semana y al estar tirándolos en ramas distintas, cortamos por lo sano y ADIÓS. Quedan 2 subimos cantidad de comida, pegaron buen estirón, y las flores están formando sin problema alguno. Dejo muchas imágenes y vídeos de esta semana, y ya deducen ustedes.

June 7 - We ordered some new lights last week, they are 240w kingbrite samsung lm310h with uv/ir, 3000k, and meanwell drivers. We setup the new room and moved the girls into there. After a bit of LST and a watering (with nutrients) at roughly 7ph, they were ready to go under the 2 new lights and the same SF-1000 we have been using in this grow. The new room is a 12 ft enclosed trailer. I moved everything from the small tent into this. I put clear poly on the walls, floor and ceiling. I put poly on the shelf I am going to be keeping in there as well. I bought 50ft of 6mm mylar and lined the floors, roof and sides with it. I plan to get some reflective tape to seal everything and to cover the wood. I did not get much of a chance to watch temp's today as they it was later in the evening after all was said and done. The inline fan blowing in air from outside. June 8 - 9 AM i checked the plants, they were at 25.2 and 50% RH. Late through the day I had checked and we had gotten up to around 32 degrees. So I moved the inline fan to the closer vent, hooked up to that, and had the air blowing out of the trailer with the inline fan sucking it from above the lights. I then added oscillating fan and had it blowing air on the left side of the room so it would somewhat circulate once I closed the doors. I then checked at about 9pm and we were at 22 degrees. Definitely noticed a decent amount of growth already. I have the lights on a 22/2 cycle as I was worried about the heat at night time. June 9 - Some great growth from the girls, still having problems controlling the temps in the afternoon. I decided to prop the door open a bit to have a constant breeze throughout the day while I am at work. Decided to do some more LST and also a bit of defoliation. I took about 25% of the leaf's that were blocking the new growth as it was getting a bit bunched up. I was then told the leaf's are almost solar panels for them. So from now on I will be trying to just do some tucking unless needed. The leaf's I removed were most of the damaged leaf's, I am not to sure if that makes much of a difference. I gave them a watering with only water as there is a potential I am getting a bit of a nutrient buildup along with the PH problem. Or potentially the reason for the ph problem is nutrient buildup. After watering with A PH of 7 I got some run off and tested it. The smaller plant gave me a PH of about 5.5 where the bigger one is around 5.0. June 10 - Plants are looking happy and showing tons of growth. Seems to be trying to stretch outwards. Not a ton of sign of PH issues showing so potentially getting it under control. Still a bit of damage to previous leaf's but it is what it is! The last few days I have been leaving the door open a bit in order to keep the temps down. I decided to test something and turn the lights off (automatically) at 11AM and back on at 5PM so light schedule has now changed to 18/6 and it seems I may have figured out the issue. We haven't had lots of sun the last couple days so it hasn't been to hard and I have yet to know if it truly fixed the heat issue for now. (I will be looking into a ac unit as well since it typically gets to around 30-35 around here. June 11 - Pulled some of the branches back down and added a few more LST spots. Seems we have a good amount of growth from the smaller plant out of the 2 topped spots. Unfortunately it looks like I fucked up on the bigger plant and only one of the nodes seems to have new growth. I will continue to monitor that but I think I cut the node to low and also to soon. Other then that, the girls are doing great. They seem to be absolutely loving these new lights. I gave them some nutrient water today as well. roughly 3L each. They seem to be A hell of A lot more thirsty under these new lights. June 12 - The girls are doing great , they are still just doing growing away. Lots of progress everyday. I am going to be getting a go-pro so I can set-up a time-lapse for the rest of this grow. I received my new inline fan, I got A ac infinity CLOUDLINE T4 with the temperature humidity controller. I am going to be having one fan pushing fresh air in and one fan pulling out the hot air. I will be doing that tomorrow since I have to work today. June 13 - I ordered another 50ft of mylar and that showed up today. I have decided to remove the shelf and add another 3+ feet to the grow space. So today I installed more poly, mylar, the ac infinity fan. I have it set-up to pump in air if it gets to warm. I am thinking of switching it to the output that way if it gets to hot or to humid I can have that air pulled out of the trailer. Right now my other inline fan is the outtake and I just have it set on full. Overall I think everything is set-up a bit better and more accessible. I will be putting my 2x2 tent in there at the left of the doors so I can have a veg room when these 2 are in flower. I plan to have 4 in veg and 4 in flower for the next grow. Still waiting on JOTI seeds, ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not been shipped. I will be getting those going the moment they arrive. The girls seem to be happy still, did a bit more LST to try to keep everything even, mainly I'm just pulling down on the spots I already have tie wire on.
