Hello Diary. The second week of flowering is behind me. I did a little defoliation this week, I honestly didn’t dare remove more leaves and branches, I didn’t know how they would react to it. Maybe I needed more? The temperature is still high, sometimes rising to 29, 30 degrees, but mostly around 28. Humidity in the air is an average of about 55% but sometimes rises to 60%. The problem is frequent rains this summer which creates high humidity in the air and this affects the humidity in the box as well. But plants tolerate these conditions very well. The flowers are developing nicely, and they have started to smell as well, but let the pictures speak for themselves. Green Gelato is twice as small compared to her roommates, but there is still a big crowd in the box. Gelato grew with very dense branches and spread more than it grew in height. The 120 x 60 box size is perhaps too small for three plants (two Hulkberries and one Green Gelato), so the real jungle is in the box. Due to the height of the Hulkberry in the box, and the spreading branches, it has become difficult to take them out every week for photography, but I am extremely careful with them. The Green Gelato has grown to 48 cm and does not look like it will grow much in height. Probably due to the excessive distance from the light, which I had to raise because of the Hulkberry which reached a height of 1m. 18/07/2020. - Day 30. Defoliation. I removed the leaves at the very bottom of the plant to make it easier for me to water them, after that I watered the plants but this time I didn’t put BioBizz, I just watered them with clean water. 21/07/2020. - Day 33. Watering. This time I gave them BioBizz, on schedule for the second week of flowering. I also added CalMag 1.5ml / L, preventively. While they don’t show they’re missing anything, I’ll keep adding CalMag. 23/07/2020. - Day 35. Photography and height measurement. What a fun experience! This was my first time trying a mixed grow style of synthetics and organic. I think I may have found my new go-to strategy. This definitely wasn't a perfect run by any means - as a matter of fact, I botched the feedings earlier in her life. However this grow definitely taught me a lot more about how to treat this strain properly. Now I'm running her clones in the 3x3x6. So the legacy will continue! The Afghani x Mac1 auto from DNA recovered well from the training and is in full bloom. Bud sites are looking great. Had an issue with humidity this week and the leaves started looking rough. She got a dose of Recharge this week and drinks about 8-12oz of water throughout each day. All in all she's trucking right along. Very happy with how smooth this solo cup grow is going.

Great start for week 8, did some defoliation and removed some low leaves, did not feed Floragro since I don't want them to grow more ( No space ) after stoped feeding them Flora grow, they focused on blooming. Interesting week so far.

Just waiting for some of the flowers to fully mature . she's swelled nicely now most of the hairs are light brown some deep red, some white. Smells diesely yet fruity. Should harvest by next week.

Start of week 8! 2 more weeks according to the breeder, but if i had to guess I would say 10 or 11 weeks. I absolutely love the way this strain smells, like gym socks but in a good way.

Yesterday I finally managed to flush. I used Advanced Nutrients' Flawless Finish for the first three rinses, then just plain water. I still couldn't get it below 250 ppm. The buds are doing well and are using the last bits of nutrients very well, in my opinion. I plan to continue with it for another week, still using plain water, and then harvest. 🖖

Mantengo la cúpula casera de humedad Día 11 (04/05) Hace muchísimo calor.. 30 °C. 8/2: Started new batch of nutes. a repeat of last weeks nutes but with more CaliMag this time. Wednesday we will be bumping Rez to 6 gallons this week. Depending on how she is looking throughout the week we may start transitioning to Bloom nutes. Mixed as usual nutes in gallon jug of water. Transferred half to half gallon jug. Topped of Rez with half gallon jug of treated water. 8/3: Fed her today. Gave her the rest of the mixed nutes from yesterday’s feeding and also a full gallon of plain water. Filled rez to 3rd line today due to roots coming from bottom of bag into rez. Now that’s 6 gallons in the rez now. 8/4: Topped off Rez before bed with the half gallon of plain water. Started transition nutes this evening. Mixed nutes in gallon jug as usual. Poured half into half gallon jug. Filled rez to 3rd line using half gallon jug of nutes. Still some left over in jug. 8/5: Topped off the Rez with the rest of the nutes from half gallon jug. Split gallon jug of plain water into half gallon of water. Poured some of the half gallon of plain water into Rez until it was a little over the 3rd line. Bumped light intensity to 70% This evening topped of Rez again with the rest of the plain water from half gallon jug from earlier today. Then poured in SOME of the rest of the transition nutes left from mixing. 8/7: Mixed another round of transition nutes and fed from half gallon jug split. 8/8: Topped off rez with remaining half gallon full of mixed nutes for the week. Will need to water another half gallon of plain water before starting new nute batch tomorrow. Topped of rez to 3rd line with some of the plain water in half gallon jug. Topped of Rez again late tonight with the rest of water from half gallon. I can now start new batch of nutes tomorrow.

Ehi ragazzi come va tutto bene? Questa settimana la crescita è stata davvero esplosiva!!! La genetica XL della sweet seeds nonostante io l abbia toppata al 4 internodo è già 70 cm!!! Spero nn cresca di più xké ho paura poi di bruciare le foglie e i fiori come mi è già successo anche con l ultimo ciclo, apparte questo sta evolvendo tutto bene ,grandi foglie a ventaglio si moltiplicano e le cime iniziano già a intravedere il colore ,per fortuna,viola di questo splendido fenotipo!! 😽😋💪🍀 Che piacere vederla crescere e che la mia piccola grow box con pochi accorgimenti si è riempita di verde ! Forse grazie alla magia che fa la luce FC E3000 che diffonde la luce dappertutto uniformemente e si vede che le piante ne stanno beneficiando come non ho mai visto in vita mia !
