This particular plant seems to be growing well! Has been defoliated over the week and toped a second time! As well as mainlining her! Looks very healthy and happy 😊 🌸💕

Day 7 i I transplanted the seedlings in jiffy’s to the DWC basket water level was “just” touching the bottom of the basket which meant there was 1mm- 2mm air gap between the water level and the jiffy’s. The high pressured air in the water to spit when air was released at the top which kept the bottom of the jiffy moist which had minimal roots showing to the exterior of it. Day 7-13 I originally had 7.5 litres of water that was to the bottom of the basket. I replaced the water on the 13th which meant the water was changed after 6 days at such an early stage I will regularly change the water in the buckets. You can change every 7-14days but I am taking no chances. I refilled and added nutrients on Day 13 which was yesterday. And the plants are doing really well and are a nice VEG green colour. Hard to tell on the pictures with the light colour but you can see their progress. When I replaced the water this week I put 6.5L of water in each bucket With nutrients PH’d as close to 5.8 as possible. Some varied from 5.72 - 5.9. I have noted these on each bucket so that I can check if one does better than the others or shows deformities or stress I can amend it to match the others but hopefully not in such a close proximity of 5.8ph with an EC of 700+- The roots are now showing in every pot with the longest being some 6inches. The new Wakyme grow light is top notch so far with VEG button on only. Anyone contemplating buying one it cost me £99.00 from amazon and so far is performing just how I would like. Humidity has been taken care of with a cold air intake fan which is pulled from another area of the building of a cooler environment. Temperatures are spot on where I want them but I do allow a 2degree +- allowance but it does change back to its original temperature quickly enough. 5 more speed bud germinated and 2peyote critical feminised photoperiod germinated. Crystal candy XL auto ordered x10 Gorilla glue, Pineapple Express and Cali Kush waiting in the wings. I have these already If I can be anymore help to anyone let me know. Shes growing great Still mad at myself that i topped her early Shes growing thick long colas that are gonna look better than i expected She smells soooooo loud. Super chemical and narcotic for sure. Unreal smell and frostiness. Cant wait for this one to finish up

######################################### HARVEST (Day 93 / June 4) ######################################### ----------------------------------------------------------- GROW SUMMARY ----------------------------------------------------------- Grown in 4x4 tent - but I only used 2x2 space because of heater and dehumidification and other plants (Outlier Z). This plant used a dedicated CMH 315 light. The plant was grown in hydroponics using a custom single-site PA hydroponics clone RDWC system with Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco line, Microbial Mass and Orca for beneficials. I also experimented with Rapid start in the RDWC system, but I didn't see explosive root growth relying on Rapid Start as an additive to the system verse using it when starting in rapid rooters which worked well. All around a pretty easy grow and things went very well. Topped twice for a mainline structure and she really spread out. Sparkling golf ball size nugs down the branches and spaced out nicely. The scent off her was like burned rubber/tires or maybe fresh blacktop. A single water change which was only performed when switching to bloom nutrients around week 7. ----------------------------------------------------------- HARVEST ----------------------------------------------------------- No dark period and no flush. On day 93 she was chopped and hung to dry. ----------------------------------------------------------- DRYING ----------------------------------------------------------- Entire plant hung upside down for 15 days. The temps were dialed in at 60F by using the S6 intake fan pulling air from the AC through intake vent on side of the tent. Humidity was dialed in at 63%/60F for 24hr, 62%/60F for the next 48hr. Then 60%/60F for the third day and onward. AC Infinity T6/S6 exhaust and intake fans were on the setting of '2' during drying until day 7, then I could turn down to a setting of '1' once the plants were not transpiring excess moisture. Trimmed on day 18. Then the jars were left open in the tent for another 12 more days for a full 30 day dry at 60%/60F while rolling the jars frequently. Also ran dehumidifier in the tent but it only ran for 1-2 minutes every hour because the AC was doing most of the dehumidification on the intake. ----------------------------------------------------------- TRIMMING ----------------------------------------------------------- Trimming was an absolute breeze. All swelled nuggets, very little sugar leafs left to trim. ----------------------------------------------------------- CURING ----------------------------------------------------------- Flower product was transferred to 1L mason jars averaging 35g of product per jar. I added a mini hygrometer to each jar and chose not to use a boveda this time. The RH averaged 62-64% when trimmed flowers went in jars. Jars were left open in the tent for a total dry time of 30 days from harvest keeping the tent at 60%/60F. Once closed, the jars were burped once a day for the first seven days, once every other day for the next seven days, rolling jars often. The burp was only for 3-5 second for air exchange until a. 62% was maintained in the jar. ----------------------------------------------------------- YIELD ----------------------------------------------------------- * Weight calculated at 62% humidity after 30-day dry and 14-day cure. ============================== FLOWER PRODUCT ============================== 180.41g (6.44oz) ============================== TRIM PRODUCT ============================== 57g (2.03oz) ** All major fan leaves, stems, and branches removed from trim product. ============================== TOTAL OVERALL YIELD ============================== Total: 238.41g (8.51oz) ============================== SPACE YIELD ============================== 238.41g / 4 sqft (2x2 canopy) = 59.60g per sqft ============================== WATTAGE YIELD ============================== 315 Watts / 4 Square Foot (3x4 canopy) = 78.75 watts per sqft. 238.41g / 315 watts = 0.76 grams per watt ----------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT TEST ----------------------------------------------------------- Bag appeal is top-notch. Trichome covered, with aromas of that unique 'kush' you can quickly identify based on experience. Best OG Kush I've ever tried, hands down! The flavour is kushy, smoke is smooth and definitely my favorite strain in my tote of cured harvests at the moment. I can't keep my hands off of the jars. Definitely not a daytime strain, even for experienced users, although I'll use it in the afternoon when life is throwing curve balls. The effects rise you up, then sets you right down and will wash away all that anxiety after a long day. Put it this way....if I puff a few hours before bed, I still feel it the next morning when I peel my eyes open. No joke. I'll definitely be growing this one again, maybe even next run because I'll be sad when I run out. ----------------------------------------------------------- REGRETS ----------------------------------------------------------- Not running more of this amazing plant. ----------------------------------------------------------- NEXT RUN ----------------------------------------------------------- This was the first run at my new residence so it will take some time to get it dialed in. I had some calibration issues which are now fixed. I'm going to be shooting for 1gram per watt on the next run. ----------------------------------------------------------- FINAL THOUGHTS ----------------------------------------------------------- DarkOwl is the best autoflower I've grown yet. At the start of week 13 she’s looking great removed Some fanleaves last week and she recovered nicely from that Buds are fatning up beautyfully and smelling very citrus like mixed with something pine and fuell I’m bending her down day by day so she opens up a little more i’m doing this for the past week so air can flow better arround her leaves cause was transpirating more since about 10 days but now with opening her up her condence between the leaves is gone i’m so happy with that cause i was a little worried about mold or rot

Day 43 this orange is running absolutely faster than the last I did. Every day flowers are getting bigggers and resin is awful to be at 42 days. I’m really loving aptus product, but I really can’t ell what’s is pushing her so fast. Behind, in the video, you can see another auto is a strawberry banana and germinated with just 24 h difference but is starting just now to get into flowering, same soil ‘, same feeding.. incredible Let’s see what s happen

Day 28 to 35 26C 65%RH 32DLI Girls going crazy, cant say much, just did some defol of old leaves, LST with topping on day 29 they got Vita Race spray started doing dipping of pots into water 2-3 times a week so they dont dry out on outside so quickly (big problem of textile pots) Will post more videos on day 34

04/01 - Both took a light PH imbalance due to user error - Since they both have been flushed and are rebounding accordingly - Will continue clean water feed only until numbers have stabilized accordingly.

Had to rearrange everything and start using the 5 x 5 tent for all the flowering. Put the 11 Timber Grow Vero cobbs set up in the tent. Had to customize the frame to fit it in. Customize is code work for cut up. Did not change the cobb spacing at all, just trimmed the overall frame so it is slightly smaller. They fit good. The tent is bright. Had to install a 6" exhaust fan to the tent to suck all the warm air out. This gets dumped outside without a charcoal filter, haha. I can smell it in the backyard, I wonder if anyone is going to say something. Who cares though, haha. Installed two small fans above the lights to cool the cobbs and a larger floor fan to keep the air moving around in the tent. The end result is good however the temperature is still slightly higher than I want. I will work on ways to lower it. Plants are doing good, smell is stronger now. The smell is great too. Buds are bulking up and really frosty. The silicate seems to be working fine, Ifeed this every watering. The plants seem to love nutrient, I keep adding it and watching this closely. The one plant is starting to get orange hairs, this is the one that was always under the cobbs. The other two are a week or two behind. Cheers.

LaFanta seemed stucked comparison to early skunk plants, that evolved well this week. Some leaves presenting very light spots, looking as they recieving foliar feed/ipm however last foliar application was on Sept. 30th.

All trimmed up and on the rack for drying , wasn’t a difficult trim but still took 6 hours . She’s dense as , sticky as and smells phenomenal. Big shout out to Weedseed express for coming thru with another banging strain , this one was sentimental to the Mrs as her fave strain ever and Weedseed express done us proud . Looks to be about 12 oz of the absolute fruit .

Rempotage

Selectively defoliated 1 or 2 large fan leaves on each plant that were blocking direct light to the nodes growing . I REALLY need those secondary branches to elongate so I can begin training them down & out towards the other rim of the 5 gallon pot . Each plant is getting a little over a half of a gallon every 3 days currently I’ll set my goal to have my canopy structured & fabric pot filled out rim to rim by the time I need to amend & top dress for the flowering feeding in 2.5 wks . I feel if I can fill my pot with healthy veg before the onset of flowering I can definitely get 4 ounces per plant . Still racing against the clock here 6/4 lost control of temps tent went to 89F after AC went out. Raised light , decreased dimmer , & increased the exhaust fan to 100% after seeing leaves begin to canoe & wilt . **Noticed just the slightest nutrient burn on a few (not all) of the girls so I definitely won’t be upping the ppm yet & since there still a solid 2 weeks worth of dry amended food in this soil so just water will do fine for the next watering . The girls this last feeding from the compost tea are drinking slower it seems. Though this feeding did include almost 1 gallon more of water & the lowering of the light intensity as well as loss of control of Air Conditioning they are STILL noticeably wetter than normal . I think at this rate from the last watering on 6/2 they won’t be dry again until 6/8 at which date I’ll decrease the amount of water I’ll be giving them substantially.
