Ok, so I forgot to take any pics on week two and holiday time week 3 came up real fast. so we are going to skip over any of the week two details. just watered em and they grew. This week we did a nice little transplant into their final 2gal pots. Fortified with a bunch of amendments and Acti-Sol, everything is listed in the video. Any question just let me know. I don't age my medium at all and I think I should start doing this to avoid some other things, I just find it hard to do it in winter time indoors as soil can be stinky with amendments and I like it to stay in the tent under the carbon filter. Medium I used is 40% coir, 30% perlite, 20% compost, 10% vermiculite and 10% worm castings. Then the amendments are added into that at the rate of 30-60ml per 1Gal of medium. This batch has Gaia 4-4-4, Gaia Insect Frass, Giaia Diatomaceous Earth, Gaia Rock Dust, Acti-Sol Seaweed Meal, Acti-Sol Shrimp/Crab Meal, Acti-Sol 4-3-2, Acti-Sol 4-6-8 and Bokashi. Nice little mix, water it in with a bit of magnesium and microbes dissolved into the water. The bokashi should help break everything down and make a bit of a acidic environment for all the meals and rock dust to become available. Roots looked good, not a dense as some runs but still nice. I feel the soil might be a bit hot so will expect some burnage on them hopefully its nothing to crazy. Will ph down with a mix of citric, malic and ascorbic acids. They are in a rate of something like 50-60%/40-30%/5-10%, its written down in my of my notes just can't find the pad ATM. Also more videos vs anything this week. I like em more but processing them is annoying AF. Side note, my lights timer was on 12/12 not 16/8 so it explains why they went into bloom, switch it back and will top the plants next week one they start to reverse their ways and get comfortable in the new pots. Also got ride of the chive seed start as it was looking sad, plus I got a bunch of European chive varieties in the mail yesterday and want to try them out. see if they really have any different taste and what ones I like better. they are growing nicely, cant wait for the warmer weather to set in so I can plant these girls outdoors. Had a fungus gnat issue that i swatted down with some physical traps and Raid green Earth, see video for details. Also problems with 2 spotted spider mites so I deployed my troops, predatory spider mites. They should get rid of the problem for me.

Plants growing extremely well, the only problem I think I'm having is too many nutrients. Plant A is showing some strange signs. a few big fan leaves are becoming "crispy" I can see a bit of nutrient burn, but a minimal amount I finally set up the drip system this week. I started LST this week, I bent both plants pretty hard, they are almost parallel to the soil. On plant A I did super cropping by mistake, I was tieing a branch and I put too much force on the bend, but palnt didn't seem afected at all by this. Things looking almost perfect other than INSECTS!!!!!😱 girls have been sprayed top to toe. I’ll continue to observe. But yes other than that great. The gelato are very big plants going outwards and upwards, all possible flowering spots seem to be taking and slowly covering in pistils😍😍😍 Fliwering has commenced ✌️🏻😬✌️🏻 The plants really bulking out now looking good and strong. And really are covered in flowers. They will get a new flowering light and a little more space to grow tomorrow 😍😍😍😍 hopefully great tings will follow. I’ll be using New Millennium Decision on the girls for a few days in the next couple of days, they really are as tall as they should go.🤔 New light in and tings looking good. After a couple of days under the new light the plants seem more than happy. It’s quite a slim line light too so I’m afforded a little extra room up top in case da girls decide to stretch anymore. Things seem to be settling down now and pistils are multiplying quicker by the day. Got a pleasant smell coming from the stems and leaves, very soft and non aggressive possibly a softer take on GSC coming through, but my nose although huge isn’t that good at picking up subtleties in the aromas it grabs a hold of. The girls really are looking strong and vibrant and seem to be wearing their new found flowers well.

Day 17F-24F (Day 19) Man it’s such a shame that bbb#1 stunted out. It was so damn vigorous until it’s most recent feeding. I will make sure to cut back on teas next round as they can be a wild card sometimes. All 5 plants are packing on some serious early frost. But I’m not seeing too much chunk to the buds yet. My other grow that was flipped on the same day has almost no frost yet so that’s a good sign. (Day 21) Big strip today. I will pull off as many leaves as I need to ensure nearly all bud sites are exposed to adequate light. I’m still seeing excess N so I’m going to water in 2 gallons each until I get some runoff. The plants seem to be up taking water pretty decently so I’m going to push it a little with a heavier watering. Wow do the plants look amazing after that strip and flush! Everything is praying up beautifully, including #3 in the back. Let’s hope that gets it back on track now. (Day 22) I want to give a PK boost but all my bloom nutrients have way too much N and I don’t really want to risk it toxing anymore. I could give it a little bit of 0-18-0 bat guano and some 0-0-15 kelp extract but it could be completely unnecessary. I can’t see any signs of deficiencies but a small surplus couldn’t hurt either. (Day 23) I like how the ladies responded to the thorough watering. I will up my watering to 1 gallon every 48 hours from now on. It sucks to see how short bbb#1 is. I was expecting such a huge stretch but it never came because of that fucking tea! I should have leached the medium as soon as I saw stunting. It’s too bad because it definitely had the most potential for yield. (Day 24) I’m starting to think the main problem with bud size this round is all the topping I did early on. Not to mention they were vegging for nearly 3 months. I will try to pick off most of the larf before it wastes anymore energy. I think the ideal style of growing for bud size and veg time is a semi sea of green, or 6-8 plants per 25 square feet. I’m not a big fan of these giant plants as it’s a lot of wasted veg time and smaller bud size overall. The smell is really ramping up!

Still in the HPS tent but now they are under the LED again and doing pretty well as the roots are filling the pots out they are eating faster. Did a couple foliar feeds with the Growzyme at less than 1 ML/Gal which they seem to like. Hoping to get a little more vertical growth before they kick into flower. Also been doing some bottom feeding which I have been experimenting with a little bit. It seems to increase rate of growth and the plants seem a little happier when I do a few feeds like that in a row. Today, august 4, i flush the lemons because i see some ambar trichomes but now i think that it wasn't enough because the others doesn't look cloudy, so i keep feeding them. The pictures are from the lemons and was taken with a wifi digital microscope that i bought in Amazon. August 8, second time with potasic soap (i know that i have to clean/wash the buds, if you have any suggestion, do it please 😊) August 9 flushing all the plants, except the tallest one (one of the syrups). How you can see on the video, the TGL 60 is over she. August 10 little defoliation.

.... Really good week but the work continues. The stretch is on. The 2 ladies on the extreme left has a proper stretch going on. It may be due to those are the girls I mainlined or it could be the blurple lights that both of them are under. Still removing some of the thick lower growth below the netting. its think but i remove just a little everynight for a gentle reduction in foliage. Not pictured here but on Day 12 white hairs were beginning to show. A few issues with high humidity during lights on or high heat when the dehumidifier is on. No strain specific smells as yet. Huge difference observed between the mainlined strains ( Orange Sherbert and Green Gelato) and the other LST strains in the tent. The stems of the mainlined strains tend to be fatter and there is a significant reduction on foliage on the mainlined strains. The LST strains (Blue Gelato 41 and the Vanilla Kush) are more bushy, squat with heavy foliage. Also not so much as a long stretch.

Week 14 (Apr 1 – Apr 7) April 1–3 → buds heavy, pistils turning darker. April 6–7 → macro shots of trichomes: mostly cloudy, still some clear. Aroma increasing strongly.

Ed ha raggiunto finalmente la sorella n.2 L ultima in fondo nei video invece è la numero 2 che mostra una stupenda, robusta e folta struttura a candelabro. Sono molto contento di come sta procedendo la crescita delle sorelle. Ottimo!!!💪 L odore si fa più intenso ma ancora troppo generale per definirlo. I started feeding liquid nutrients this week. Although I’m using Nature’s Living Soil Super Soil Autoflower Concentrate mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest—so technically I could water only until harvest—I decided to begin liquid feeding in Week 3 at half the recommended dose. I also have a Tray2Grow Autopot system for automatic bottom feeding, but I haven’t activated it yet. When using liquid nutrients via top feeding, I’d need to turn the Autopot system off and wait until the plants absorb all the water in the tray before feeding from the top. Afterward, I’d have to manually turn the system back on. That seems like a hassle compared to just hand-watering and feeding. I could technically add the liquid nutrients to the Autopot reservoir, but that somewhat defeats the purpose of the system. The tank holds 25 gallons—enough to last a few weeks—but if I want to change or rotate nutrients weekly, I’d have to dump the remaining water and remix the solution each time. If I wanted to feed nutrients every other watering, I’d be changing out the tank every 3 days. Plus, liquid nutrients can cause buildup, so I’d need to clean the reservoir and all the tubing regularly. For now, I’ll stick with hand-watering and top feeding. I’ll only switch to the Autopot system if I need to leave town.
