Skunks were happy when last Cheese was done, so i think/hope - all will go smooth. This time i really cleared them a lot, maybe the most in my career ... Cheeses performed thicker and more stacked branches . Fun is starting !!! Day 66. Got my last puzzle of protection against thrips. I think i beat them already, yesterday haven't noticed any thrips on leaves, but i am old and blind ;))) They where ordered a week ago, so just in case ... Girls look just fabulous !!! I think it will be very nice harvest by bag appeal, hopefully weight will make me smile too ;)))) I still think to strip them hard at the end of week 5 or week 6 if they will delay in progress .... The plants have grown very fast this week, easily doubling in size. I moved them closer to the light to 90 cm from 110cm. Watering as needed and I am keeping the soil surface moist with light watering twice a day. I have fed the plants twice this week. First with a half dosage humic + fulvic acids, microbial inoculant and Seagro. The second feeding was half dose Seagrow and Biobizz BioGrow with some CalMag and Silicon. I am preparing a compost tea with some added kelp meal, insect frass and worm castings for the next feeding before I start LST.

Just tucking away 🤣🤣🤣 Last weeks feeding was slightly too high for transition. I am realizing that the amount of fulvic/humid acid reduces the need for full strength ratios. This week we are going to feed 800 again, as the need for ppm’s has increased, but I am going to stay under 850 unless I see deficiency in leaves. The photosynthesis plus has been added to the mix. I know, I have recharge. However, there are certain strains in PP that recharge does not have. Specifically there is a strain for absorbing more from the lights. I have some purple stems from the light being a little to intense. We will be adding a little more cal-mag to the next feeding also. Looks like feeding will take place Tuesday/Wednesday this week. All plants are female and no Herms present for the party 😂😂 10-25 did a pre-feed of cal-mag, 8 oz. Later this evening I will do the main feeding 3 cups. The ratios are still 8-8-8 at 800 ppm’s. The extra ppm’s come in the form of extra cal-mag. Did some tucking as I am in stretch phase. So I work with a grower who is 76 years old. He has some old school techniques that make sense. He pre-waters his containers with 25% water. The remainder 75% is either nutrients OR additives that need to be added to the water. I took it a step further. I added cal-mag to the pre-water stage. Then I fed the nutrients second stage. Cal-mag is the “carrier” for nutrients throughout the plant. “Adding the nutrients after, makes it easy for the nutrients to fully saturate the soil and reach all the roots. This also prevents salt build up.” Ron’s Words. I will say my containers held double the amount of water using his method. 10-28 added some reflective material around the sides. My Growmie at RedmanFarms suggested I add it to the room. I am inside of an open air room for flowering cycle. Today was watering day. First watering was a light dose of cal/mag. Second watering was kelp, seaweed, photosynthesis plus, monk beans SST, fulvic/humic acid. One of the plants ( top left) seems to have a sulpher/magnesium deficiency ( it’s also the one with the soil I don’t like). I made some Iron/Tone tea by Espoma at 200 ppm’s and did a foliar feed. So far I see some progress on purple recessing and the growth has started to match the other 4. I have 1 more week of tucking to do and then I do a HEAVY defoliation on day 21. After than I won’t touch the plants other than feedings and water.

Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive.

Day one of Early Veg For these Hydroponic systems. . . . The water pump for the aeroponic system was blocked from running. . . We adjusted some materials for the system to work more effectively. . . . Due to the water pump running without a chiller, the water temp was at 33C which is much too high. . . . We set the pump on a timer that will turn on for 15 minutes every hour. . . . We also turned on the AC to cool down the room. . . . Hopefully with all of this, the aeroponic system will be running with little to no problems . .

Plants are growing great. There is a little yellowing occurring. Right now, not sure if it is the plant(s) wanting nutrients already or if it is because of me getting water on the plant(s) when watering. Not gonna worry about it. I'll probably be turning on the AutoPot system in the next few days (with nutrients), anyway. Topped on day 15 (today).

At the beginning of flowering, spots and burns began to appear on the leaves that were very worrying, and at the same time I noticed that the plant was not producing almost any resin, in the end, after leaving it without nutrients in a couple of waterings and watering A little with fish mix, the deficit was solved, which following the indications of Jorge Cervantes' book, seemed like Boro's deficit. In the end the resin appeared although not excessively, but it was compensated with large batons that, being not too tight, were more airy and did not rot as much as they could have done. My best harvest to date! 86 grams of peeled flower for which I am more than happy, and a good amount of sugar leaves with which I will make some kind of extract later. The taste of the cured herb is quite mild (I guess because of the lack of nutrients in the last phase of the crop), remember something fruity with strong touches of wood, nuts and some citrus. Es la planta que más tiempo he tenido en la terraza hasta la fecha, si miramos atrás, empecé con ella hace 5 meses y al final se les coge cariño😅...Desde el principió creció muy bien, con la ayuda de mi amigo @Vilahaze y las técnicas que he aprendido en estos años que llevo cultivando, la he ido domando poco a poco para conseguir esta forma definitiva de la que estoy muy orgulloso😋! Combiné el Mainlining con un poco de LST para ordenar las diferentes ramas para que no se tocaran ni hiciesen sombra unas a las otras, y más o menos lo conseguí. Al inicio de la floración, empezaron a aparecer manchas y quemaduras en las hojas que eran muy preocupantes, y a la vez noté que la planta no estaba produciendo casi nada de resina, al final, después de dejarla sin nutrientes en un par de riegos y regar un poco con fish mix, se solucioné el déficit, que siguiendo las indicaciones del libro de Jorge Cervantes, parecía déficit de Boro. Al final la resina apareció aunque no de forma excesiva, pero se compensó con unas grandes porras que al no estar muy prietas, estaban más aireadas y no se pudrieron tanto como podrían haberlo hecho. Mi mejor cosecha hasta la fecha! 86 gramos de flor pelada por los que estoy más que contento, y una buena cantidad de hojas de azúcar con las que más adelante haré algún tipo de extracto. El sabor de la hierba curada es bastante suave (supongo que por la falta de nutrientes en la ultima fase del cultivo), recuerda algo afrutado con fuertes toques de madera, frutos secos y algo cítrico.
