Was a good learning experience. I'm not going to get near the weight I expected from these, and though the bud turned out really tasty, I don't think I'll grow it again. I'm not sure I would recommend to a newbie. It was in some awesome living soil, but some deficiencies crept up in flower, and I wasn't impressed with the roots upon post mortem exam. On second look, even the photo on msnl's site shows some spots that looks like deficiencies. Definitely some grower errors here, but all of my ongoing grows faced the same challenges and these just seemed less adaptable. Anyhow, I've been graced with some clean meds for now, and I'm a happy growin hooman. 👽 I also probably won't do any more autoflowers moving forward. Just not my style. There are some great peeps doing outstanding work with autos though. Best to them and all! :) D82 - 12.12 - cut the second auto cheese yesterday. Let her go as long as I was comfortable. Think her run in with the gnats resulted in the the deficiencies. Awfully covered in trichs, so it should make for tasty smoke after dried, trimmed and cured.. Shall update

Nothing new this week.... See a bit of growth but not a lot.... Gave some nutrients and normal water... Looking good and healthy. Very excited to see how these 3 ladies turn out, that's if they are females, I can't see yet. There's a vid if you want to watch.

It's the same height that it was last week but I did top it this week. So she did grow I just cut her back down. I topped and defoliated every plant. I'm trying to form them into canna-bushes. Hopefully I'm doing the correct training procedures to make them all grow that way both indoors and out.

Hi everyone! Sorry for the late post I've had a lot of personal crap holding me back but I'm on the bounce back and trying to catch up with everything. Couple lessons learnt on this one. I'm going to run this strain again but a little differently based on experience from this grow, the plants were ready at week 8 barring flush so I reckon I can cut away two weeks of flower time and start my plain water flush at week 7 and chop at week 8 instead of 10 which will be great as I will be adding at least one but most likely two of those weeks to the veg time so my turnaround will be the same but my end yield should hopefully be much better. This grow is by far my best quality end product, hard nugs, caked in trichs, stinky as hell water and strong as a Russian circus freak. Yield however was not as expected from 2 meter squared using a 600w hps and 450w Ied I wanted 20-25 oz and I got 15 but I know where I went wrong as previously mentioned and I have set a challenge to do it again hitting 25oz, same strain, same system, same nutes, 1 extra plant, 1-2 weeks extra veg time and 1-2 weeks less flower time. Week nine all of the girls are doing very well continuing to have a very fast growth no problems so far I had leap leafhoppers that were giving me some trouble early on, but they seem to be all gone now so that is great. The girls should have about 4 to 5 more weeks of veg so expecting another foot or two of growth before they hit that bud They’re all larger than the plants I grew in 2023 and the smallest plant was 4 pounds so still expectations are high excited to finish out this season

Just to see what's different. ) There all showing great progress!! Divine seeds - auto Overdose, the main bud is so compact and dominant it looks great! The rest are performing well, did a decent fanning of lower two fans that started to turn in colour. Apart from that left them to it ✌️💚 Day 59 28/08/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today, 400ml with little to no run off. Day. 61 30/08/24 Friday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with Plagron products. Picture and videos coming tonight 🤯👀✌️💚 Day 63 01/09/24 Sunday (End of week) De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with calmag. Notes on plant structures , bud structures, leaf density. - Auto critical orange punch - Xmas tree shape, main colar nice and thick. Side arms - doing with LST next time would provide more decent tops. Strong structure, big fans, but bud to leaf ratio is high! Compact ball shaped buds so far. - Orange Bud - she Climbs! Tall, Long structure, I would top this strain next time, with LST next time again she would provide alot more tops. She has an even leaf to bud ratio, but the buds look fire already and there only just forming! Getting hues of blue on calyxes. Taller buds. - Auto Melonade Runtz - Another Xmas tree shape, ideal for LST, main colar bud is impressive, she just wants to stack. Leaf to bud ratio is even again, bud the buds are forming tall, with pistils firing everywhere. - Auto Overdose Wow, compact short autoflower, with a powerful punch! She is dense!! Fanse are even, thick, and balanced. Leaf to bud, even. Bud formations - dense boulders already, like mini hedgehogs. I would definitely do a SOG with these 🤩

🌱 Grow Journal – Week 8 This week, the plant kept growing steadily and looks healthy overall. She gained almost 8 centimeters in just seven days—that’s more than a centimeter per day, which is a great sign of strong development. I’m planning to work on her structure a little: probably a topping in the coming days, along with a light defoliation. The goal is to open up the canopy, improve airflow, and make sure the light is distributed more evenly, while guiding her growth in a balanced way. The main challenge this week has been the pH. This morning, the reservoir measured 4.8 while the tray was at 5.2, a 0.4 difference. I honestly don’t understand why the drop was so sharp. I had added Athena Balance, which should stabilize the nutrient solution. The only explanation I can see is the heat—we hit almost 31°C this weekend, and I suspect the nutrient solution was heavily affected by the temperature rise. If anyone reading this journal has insights on why this happens, I’d be glad to hear them. It’s a bit frustrating, because Autopots are supposed to make things simple. But in reality, I still need to monitor closely, especially since the coco buffer doesn’t seem to be doing its job properly—or maybe the reservoir just dropped too low and threw everything off. Either way, I’ll stay vigilant. Hopefully, with summer ending and temperatures cooling down, the solution will stabilize and the pH won’t swing so much. On the positive side, I’m still really happy with Athena nutrients. The solution stays crystal clean, no buildup, no deposits, and that makes things a lot easier to manage. So overall: strong growth, healthy plant, but pH management continues to be the main challenge. Let’s see how things evolve next week.
