Week 8: The Bakery is Open! 🎂👃 The Update: We are officially in full bloom mode! If last week was about the frost starting, this week is all about the bulk. The Wedding Cake is living up to her name the smell is getting sweeter, heavier, and definitely more pungent. Bud Development: The PK 13-14 is doing its magic. The colas are visibly swelling day by day, and the calyxes are stacking up beautifully. The "popcorn" buds lower down are hardening up thanks to that defoliation last week. Most pistils are still white, but I'm spotting a few starting to turn amber/orange as she matures. Nutrients & Care: Continuing with the "heavy hitter" mix: Bio-Bloom & Top-Max: keeping the sugars high. PK 13-14: pushing that density. Environment: Temps are steady at 25°C. I'm keeping a very close watch on humidity (aiming to drop it slightly below 65% if possible) to keep mold away from these chunky flowers. Next Steps: Just letting her bake! The structure is set, now it's just a waiting game for them to ripen. ⏳

Fighting the crazy humidity 😵‍💫 I had to cut away 1 second node bud because of mold😔 I checked everything very good after that and luckily it's the only one. I'm running two dehumidifiers in a small room at the same time it still wasn't enough. So yeah little disappointed but it is what it isssss let's continue. I still have a lot beautiful ladies going on I think so let's just focus on the positives💚💚💚

Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

Welcome to GhostGrow Chapter One by PoshGrow! 🌳 Week #9 6th week of flowering. Humidifier was raplaced with dehumidifier to maintain 50% rH. Still fighting some high temperature problems, it was very hot last week and this one so far in my city and the temperature in my grow room(not tent) is high 30s 32s... So i keep my tent open and ventilated with additional standing fan. All strains look healthy, happy and stacking up some nice weight, except 2 strains, Alaskan #2 and Alaskan #5. Alaskan #2 Looks good but still falls behind in flowering time, also looks abit streesed out and with smaller budsites, dont know what to expect to be honest. Alaskan #5 As mentioned last week got some serious Nitrogen deficiency to fight with. No results at this moment... Alaskan #4 Seems to be fastest strain so far, stacked good buds, hard as rock top ones. Started watering only with pH'ed water for flush before harvest, because it seems to go down first of all this grow run, also I started to check its trichomes with mini digital microscope. 90% are cloudy, other still clear. Gonna wait till 10% amber & 90% cloudy before chopping this girl down. Lemon and Blueberry doing perfect, stacking up well, all trichomes are crystal clear☺️ Watering when needed(2, sometime 3 times a week), every other watering I used Fox Farm Big Bloom, Grow Big & Tiger Bloom. It was a pleasure to grow logendary strain such as Franco's Lemon Cheese.. sticky buds and grat aroma is what i love.. effect is so strong and euphoric.. i reccommend this strain to everyone.

I estimate another 2 to 3 weeks. Then I can harvest. I'm really looking forward to my 2 ladies 🤩😎

È appena cominciata la 3°settimana, le mie bimbe crescono molto bene😍.. A breve comincerò con LST! Aggiornamento: Ieri sera ho effettuato topping su tutte e tre le piantine, in giornata inizierò LST per riuscire ad esporre il più possibile alla luce le foglie tra gli internodi! Ultimo aggiornamento: Ormai e quasi finita anche la 3°settimana, ho iniziato LST da un paio di giorni, ho notato che le prime foglioline presentano delle piccole macchie marroni ma credo che sia normale considerando che si tratta delle foglie più vecchie.. Per il resto le piantine sembrano in ottima salute!💪

I would definitely recommend this strain to everybody. After 7 days of drying i was able to taste the buds and i'm very satisfied so far. Cant wait to taste them again, after some curing in jars.
