Alaskan purple auto is growing great under the Medic Grow mini Sun-2. She should start bulking very soon. I have not done much, but add a little solution or water at times. 🤞🏻 for some nice flowers to form. It was poured once with about 200 ml because it is still under the hood with very high humidity that is enough :-). Next week the hood will be opened bit by bit so that it can get used to the surroundings :-). Otherwise the tent was cleaned and the humidifier refilled every day this week. Our sweet lady survived a week of raind and intense wind, the golden rope you see was helping the buds to stay still and to help save branches from breaking. The lady is super sugary and sticky right now, but the buds seem like they are not gonna thicken more than that. This plant has been stressed multiple times during her lifetime, from broken branches to light overdose, she has been kept away from direct sunlight since than, so this is the cause we attribute to this slower growth. Our biggest doubt is about harvest time. The buds do not seem big at all, but they look very orange and the breed's harvest is said to be in mid October, so we should start flushing! While I think we should wait untill the last week of the month, F. says i's almost time for drying. 😵😲 Looking at some pics of last year's harvest I am afraid this lady is not going to produce as much as we tought, maybe because this is our first experience with so many nutrients. Hope someone can help about harvest and buds overall look 😬😬

Hi all! This girl does not even think of maturing yet .. the buds are getting fluffier and denser! the leaves began to slowly turn yellow and turn purple hues. I really hope and want that she would show 100% of her goetinics expressed in colors! in other aspects, I believe that I was able to achieve the maximum and grow a plant that fully reflects her genetics! I am 100% satisfied with the result! I hope that @GreenHouseSeeds will appreciate my work.

This grow was pretty simple ! They went a total of 103 days from seed! Very trichomy dense buds with the smell of Berries vanilla and skunk ! This is a must try for you all Fastbuds has the greats!!!

This strain is very forgiving to say the least and would definitely grow it again. Only 10.5 grams away from 2 oz. I could’ve definitely gotten more out of these girls if I didn’t have two other plants jammed in a 2x4 grow space. I’m happy with my results. This strain is very loud with hints of lemons and gas. Highly recommended!

7 months after planting her from seed the day is finally here. A little earlier than I would of liked due to insects (crickets/grasshoppers eating buds) but she's thereabouts finished. Probably lost 1/3 of buds from the chewing insects but still a big yield and my drying room is full 😊 She survived two rainy season's and some serious wind from a tropical depression back in September. I have kept this grow completely organic so no pesticide or chemical fertilizers used. Apart from heavily amending the soil at the start I mostly fed her crabmeal once a month and seaweed and molasses in most waterings. A few of those waterings were diluted with my urine 😆👌 NPK right!? Why not.. then at the end I added a cultured pro biotic yogurt to the soil 2 days before I harvested. (Tip from a fellow grower @med_in_tropic - thanks bro) Not sure if it made any difference as I cannot compare with another plant but, the plant starting smelling like lemon furniture polish.. like a lemon scent with a fuel undertone. Almost menthol like 🤷‍♂️.. smells amazing. Me and my wife drank tea from the trimming and the citrusy flavour came though into the tea which was nice. Weather wise the temperature is down now to around 16c at night with RH around 50% so the buds should dry much slower than the last harvest so I should get a better flavour profile. Smoke report to follow after she has been in a jar for a week or so.. I did try a bud sample a few weeks back and the taste then was already pleasant so for sure this will be fire... 🔥 Thanks for all the kind comments, this was my first ever grow start to finish. Sticky, strong smelling and starting to frost up some...

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week and staying safe. It was a nice week for the Glueberry OG as she grew to her 7th node on day 26 and I just popped off number 7 gently so she will end up with 10 main chutes from 5 nodes as i also removed the bottom node which typically is larfy popcorn buds. If she had not reached node number 7 by day 28ish I would have just topped her above the 5th node as I have had great yields that way as well. Dutch Passion says she takes 11-12 weeks but autos usually start preflowering/flowering between days 28-35 depending on strain so I try to complete all toppings by day 28 or so with autos because if you top them after they start to flower they will suffer. I have topped above the 3rd (for mainlines and mainifolds) as well as the 4th, 5th, and 6th with great results from each. As a general rule, the longer the autoflower is expected to take, the higher up I top her as she will have more time for more colas to develop. Some people think that topping stunts an autoflower, however as long as you allow her to grow a nice ball of roots and she is healthy, it only stunts mine for about 30-45 seconds. Glueberry OG Auto is absolutely loving this Medic Grow light so far, and I am super impressed with how tight she is keeping the nodes. I am running on 60% power in the V1 or vegetative blue stage. I will start working the UV/IR Spectrum into the mix as soon as my 2 seedlings go into coco coir and can handle some more light. The Glueberry OG Auto is currently 6 inches tall and was topped above her 6th node, and since the first node doesn't start until 2.5 inches from the coco, that is a tight group! I will start LST tomorrow on the two top mains, as it has only been 48 hours since topping and they are growing fast. I see alot of growers tie down their entire plant to the ground for LST and that is ok but not beneficial imo. My goal is to keep her nodes tight, and then just LST the mains from the uppermost nodes, as to allow the lower nodes to catch up., while I typically clip the bottom most node as she typically only produces larfy popcorn buds. These are certainly usable for bubble hash/edibles/cannasugar etc. but they do drain some energy from your top shelf colas. The goal of LST should be an even canopy as to minimize apical dominance. This will allow the plant to better utilize the existing light and limit wasted light that converts to heat. Tying a plant down restricts the airflow from the plant and impedes the growth of the lower mains. LST does not require pinning a plant down to the ground with staples, and although a cannabis plant will bounce back from this, it certainly will not reach its full potential. As far as nutrients go, I feed veg nutrients until my auto is almost done stretching then I transition to full flower nutes over about a 6 day period. The only exception is if my plant is growing out of control and I am unable to slow it down through topping, LST, super-cropping, etc. At this point I would make the switch to flower nutes slightly sooner. So she will be feeding on silica, cal mag, and veg nutes for at least a few more weeks here and just some LST.
