She’s still stretching! This week I removed Voodoo Juice, Tarantula and Piranha, and added B-52 and Bud Factor X (never tried this one before). Since the princess loves this 2ml/L dosage for NPK nutes, I’ll not be touching that for the moment. That seems to be the optimal dosage for a sativa like this. Very nice!

Day 40-47 (May 31st- June 7th) (Day 41) For the first time in this grow these plants are looking halfway decent. Smell is ramping up too. I finally feel optimistic about this grow. (Day 42) The two jacks and the chunky blueberry are showing early signs of N/Mg deficiencies. I know it’s late in flower but since I’m experimenting with this tent, I’m going to give them one final feeding of nature’s pride 2-5-5.5 (tbsp) along with a teaspoon of oyster shell flour and some rock dust. Everything else I’m going to give a teaspoon of rock dust and oyster shell. There is no way these amendments will fully break down in time to be used by the plant but they could at least use the pH buffering and trace amounts of minerals after their recent leach. Everything but the BAOGC is covered in pistils that don’t really match their bud size. I hope they fill into their pistils because an over abundance of hairs drops the bag appeal like crazy. Over the last few cycles, indoor and outdoor, I’ve definitely learned that different strains and phenotypes mature at different times. Sometimes really radically too. (Day 43) None of the plants are fading at all but they’re still looking good. Black garlic I know should be fading but remains dark green and toxed. I popped a developing seed out of the main bud too. I wonder if that blueberry herm branch pollinated it at all. It seems like plants don’t really like that Destiny dark matter soil by itself. I find it works better mixed with coco or promix 1:1. (Day 44) I’m starting to think I might be mixing up the TWOG and BAOGC. BAOGC took forever to fatten up last round and the 2 phenos I suspected already look done. I was thrown off by the similar terps. The beauty phenos are definitely TWOG (Day 45) God these Jack Herer’s smell good. Nothing but fruity funk. Almost like a vanilla or blueberry yogurt. I would say this stuff has the most overpowering smell in the tent now. I’ve noticed they’re starting to foxtail like crazy. Blueberry#1 too. I’m watering a final low strength feeding of seaweed extract on everything. (Day 47) Everything really fattened up this week. Even at the beginning of the week I was saying I didn’t think they would fill out. Jack Herer and BAOGC specifically made some big gains and nearly doubled their density and still have quite a way to go on them too! The smell has ramped up and finally, everything is looking happy and healthy.

Its finally harvest day. It seems she would need 4-5 days more until harvest but she is to small and she cost me too much so i harvest her with the other small ones to get space for another plant.

11.04 Day 22 Plants are looking great and healthy. 12.04 Day 23 Upped the nuts slightly, plants areloving it! Ordered a Mars Hydro Ts1000 should arrive by the end of the week hopefully. 14.04 Day 25 Gave a little bit a plain water. Tallest plant at 20cm-sweet cheese, also the most indica looking auto although they all look pretty indica heavy. Six shooter is still lagging behind, maybe it will have a crazy flower stretch? 15.04 Day 26 Sprayed with evolution after lights out. New light came so installed that at 20 inches full power for the moment and we will see how they react. 16.04 Day 27 They look so much healthier and happier under the new lamp! Started Training Late! Was on summer holiday for a week and only started training now. Above are the plants during training as well as a few hours after training. Autos are definitely more delicate and the two runts are growing slow but yet still showing some progress. Changed my bulbs back to the CMH set to 400w each (2) Also gave them a good amount of water as the FloraCaps aren’t covering the whole pot I felt like it was necessary to wet the entire grow medium well for a change. Some of them were a bit far along for training but I did the best I could. Also the Purple Lemonade and 2 other plants are showing signs of flowering.

FBA2502 Plants 1-6 Week 7 May 11– 17 FLOWER 3 Nutrients : Micro 25 ml Gro 10 ml Bloom 30ml CalMag 30 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 16.5ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/11 PH 6.56, PPM 1560, temp 69 2ltr each 5/12 PH 6.31, PPM 1120, temp 68 1 ltr each 5/14 PH 6.66, PPM 1280, temp 70 1 ltr each 5/15 PH 6.66, PPM 850, temp 72 1 ltr each 5/11 Defoliation, feed, pics & videos I made 4 gallons, used 3 to water then poured the runoff back into the rest in the bucket. The next feeding, I added a gallon of tap water to residual and ph to 6,31 temp 69 & PPm 1120. Did the same on 5/14 and 15 using up the remainder of the feed solution. I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. I have been giving good reviews on the AC infinity system. However, during the time I’ve owned this tent (2 yrs), I had to replace the lights twice, fans, humidifier and now the vent twice also. Everything but the tent containment has been replaced. AC infinity does stand by their products, but they are in California, and it takes at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. This is extremely frustrating at the critical transition to flower for my equipment to fail again. For the time being until a replacement arrives, I pulled the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3 and hooked it up. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This should create a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. I do have 3 circulating fans in the tent to move air around the plants. It looks like growth spurts have slowed and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All of them (6) are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. The tallest #4 &5 and #6 have very light leaves and appear nutrient deficient compared to the shorter phenotypes. Pictures taken later in the week show fading on a few the older leaves. All are receiving the same solution and are in the same soil blend. Moving the gals in and out of the tent for their glamor shots, I bent one limb and snapped another. The bent one I taped with a splint and the snapped one I medicated manuka honey and wired it back to the main stalk. Leaves look like sativa leaning. I hope FBA2502-2 is a good daytime. I’m getting excited to see what develops in the next month or so. News Break: I’ve been informed that 2502 is FastBuds New Frostbanger and is indica for nighttime. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a sativa to test because I really need a daytime strain. The 2 Blue Cheese plants I just grew are also nighttime. Upon opening the tent, a faint odor was detected, and some stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. Pictures of the puffy buds even show differences. #4 &5 buds hairs are different from the others being crinklier and the others are straighter. Some like #2 &5 are showing frost on the leaves. Wow at the beginning of flower to have that much frost. They are living up to the new strain’s name. I’ve noticed that when I water, sometimes water shoots out of the side holes I the air pots. This week the plant gets swapped to bloom nutes but no until the end of the week so the next week will reflect that set of nutrients. Sunday Res testing at 320ppm, 5.8 PH. Growth is looking great, with more tops forming near top node as plant is forced down. All new growth is deep green. The lower leaves are still spotted but have not progress nearly as much as they have been recently. Adjusted PH to 6.0 to help with calcium uptake. Monday Res ppm 320, 6.1 PH. Plants new growth is healthy. LST'd top node so newer lower nodes can catch up for a day or two. Plant is starting to smell. Will let it the plant correct itself, then perform res change by the end of the week, to swap to bloom. Tuesday Res: 320ppm 6.1 PH. Lower nodes have filled in more, top node has mostly corrected itself. Calcium deficiency has slowed greatly but still present want to give another day or two of recovery from lst then will do the res change. Removed lowest leaves. Wednesday Res: 320ppm 6.1 PH Plant growth is excellent. Largest leaf is slowly showing more calcium deficiency. Flushed and swapped to bloom, orca, silica, cal-mag. 450 ppm 6.2. moved leaves around and rearranged so lower nodes get more light. Thursday Res: 420 6.3 adjusted to 6.2. Plant and root growth are looking great. Friday Res: 420ppm 6.18 ph, adjusted to 6.25. Plant and roots are blowing up with some stretching beginning. Smell is intensifying but still no pistils, yet. Saturday Res: 470ppm 6.3 ph. She's filling out really well. Daily photos show just how quick everything happens.
