Reasonably happy with this week's progress but noticed some yellowing on the leafs on the strawberry tree. I noticed that none of the feeds i was using had any calcium. So i have swapped the old-timer magnesium for biobizz calmag. So i am hoping that the magnesium and calcium will combat the yellowing as the strawberry tree should be the longest flower period. 05/12/21 - PRE FLOWER: The plants have certainly grown in size and most bud sites are showing the beginnings of pistils. - Some leaves have purple spots - This could be phosphorus deficiency. I am feeding a healthy dose of blooming nutrients - so this could be a heat issue as the temp does get below 20 often. I have decided to invest in a heat mat. Had to defoliate some bud sites on some plants as I was an IDIOT and but a blow fan heater close to warm up - so I have lost some bud sights maybe 10% overall - lesson learnt. I hope this hasn't stressed the plants out too much. Lights are at 100% brightness.

Been a working week! Defoliated twice! First I did lower fan leaves, waited a few days and snipped the Rest to allow light to reach all news growth! Dynomyco is a banger it’s got these girls so sturdy! Just look at the stems and how much growth I have already and this is just day 28 in veg! A lot more to come! I can’t wait! Still continuing with foliar sprays a few times a day!

Hello Growmies, Just a quick update from my plant's world. I took her out of her usual spot today to give her a bit more space and a thorough inspection, particularly checking for any signs of mold. Happy to report, she's looking great – continuing to ripen and swell nicely. An exciting development: the first of her trichomes have started turning amber. This is a clear sign of her maturing beautifully. For her feeding regimen, I've switched to using only Canna Flush this week. Planning ahead, I will transition to RO water exclusively after this period. Her root ball is looking healthy and vigorous, which is always a good sign of her overall well-being. Buds a bulking up, getting sticky, frosty and stanky!! Do-si-dos is a bit behind the other ladies as this strain will take an extra week to finish, but she's also packing on size, frost and stickyness. Defoliated to improve airflow and re tied branches down to create a more even canopy. Will re ammend the medium with 2 cups of worm casting, 1.5 tbps azomite and Gaia Green 4 4 4 on the last day of week 4. Recharge in every watering during veg.

This last week has been a good one. I've been watching the girls get so much fatter, it's actually awesome haha All 3 ladies look beautiful & are starting to display signs of the end in the leaves. I imagine next weeks flush will exacerbate these signs too. I dropped my feed down slightly as per the Professors Nutrients feeding schedule & pumped up the watering to 1L per day. The plants had no issues with taking the extra water & I would imagine it's helping the buds get that much thicker. I started defoliating mid week & particularily on Plant 3 to clear out any bigger leaves & leaves gaps to hopefully be filled + give the bigger buds some air. She's gotten the least amount of defoliation this grow as she's at the back of my tent. But she also has by far the bigger buds... so a good lesson learned for future grows. I also cut all LST wires at the end of this week & now all plants are holding their own. All plants trichs are looking nice & Plant 3 has more amber in the colouring, it also happens to have the bigger colas 😏 Plant's 1 & 2 trichs however appear to be more dense. The change of light cycle from last week has seemed beneficial with no negatives sighted, which has been good. It's hard to believe that this coming week is the start of the flush & my next post will be harvest. It's exciting! Check back for the harvest ✌️🏼

Starting to get pom poms nice and early and throwing out tons of frost..had to raise light and dim to 75% was hitting 1300ppfd without co2. No good. Adjusted to aprox. 900-950 ppfd. Stretch is over woo-hooooo🙌

5-24-20: Shes getting fat! Getting close to harvest. Leafs are starting to fade to yellow. Shes getting more and more stinky and stickier by the day. Good covering of trichomes and buds aren't to airy looking. Pistils are nice and amber with a few white ones still lingering around. Looks like the lower buds are maturing at the same rate as the top, so im sure i will be able to harvest all at once. Only the trichomes will tell.
