Hey guys! Sorry for the big delay since my previous grow! Right now I'm growing some babies from Royal Queen Seeds! Kali Dog! 😃 The first week was calm! The babies broke out from their shells rather fast and two babies grew out of their jiffy pods rather fast! Also, since the strain is Kali Dog I decided to name each of the plants with a different dog name! I'm still unsure about the names but the first two are called Roko and Max! For the first time I also noticed the first buds looked... different? You'll be able to see them in the photos tho... and once again two of my babies are suffering from helmet head 😰 But eh, I'm used to it. Gladly it's an easy error to fix. I'll try to make a longer timelapse (these were bad!) but I didn't know my camera battery wasn't enough for long sessions 😝 Anyway, thanks for reading! See you all next week! 👋

These ladies continue to grow so tall with no signs of slowing down ok stress or nutrient burns. I never knew the autos would get this tall!!! Is this normal for them? Not sure they continue to grow and bud. I'm going to keep moving. I know it's too late to top them again. All is well. I just don't know how much higher my lights can go. I have a very very large tent and it's almost to the top. Can't complain. We'll see how they turn out. Happy farming

Week 4 update - through the first week of the stretch and all is developing well. It’s really only the one strong male that’s started showing significantly. Most of the females have trace pistils and are still rapid vegging as expected. Every plant continues showing excellent hybrid vigour and there are literally zero noticeable deficiencies. Currently, the count is at about 2/3 males + about 2/3 indica dominant fem phenos. We took clones of everything female this week so that we can bud em out proper in the dutchy cabinet once the pollen subsides. That’s where we’ll get a real look at the bid quality👌. They’re all quite young at only 3/4 weeks from seed but still look hardy and strong. Rigged up a new drip ring delivery system so that we could take off for a couple days and make watering easier for my mother in-law. Anyone wants the skinny on those, just throw me a dm - super easy design and save a ton of cash and time. All told - were well on our way to the final finish of this generation and the punnet squaring should be interesting once we’re done. End of the day, the grower in me is just giddy for the next cycle. Finally gonna have the option to grow a bunch of different fems for a shit ton o bud👍👌💪. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Es blüht... 09.06.2021 Strawberry Pie ist in die Blütephase eingetreten. Blackberry auch, knapp dahinter. Hat schwarze, violette Pistolen. Cool! Forbidden Runtz kommt jetzt langsam in die Blüte. Wächst sehr schön und gut. Temperaturen sind im Moment optimal. Nächste Woche soll es so bleiben... Bin gespannt wie lange es noch dauert. 10.06.2021 Ich werd sie einfach wachsen lassen und nicht trainieren. Ich habe nur die unteren, schwächsten Triebe abgeschnitten und werde sie hin und wieder mal ein wenig entlauben. Runtz scheint sich sehr gut zu entwickeln. Strawberry Pie blüht schon. Fühlt sich auch wohl. Blackberry hat sich erholt und sieht wieder sehr gut aus. Hat ein Sprung gemacht. Blüht auch. 11.06.2021 Super Wetter ist angesagt für die nächsten Wochen!!! So this is a combination of weeks 11-12 as they all went into 48 hours of darkness and cut down on different days. My got cut down on different days. Will post dry harvest pics next ;p

Week 6 went well. The buds are putting out a second wave of pistils and are starting to fatten up. Jilly is starting to smell more and put out more trichs on sugar leaves. She smells very sweet and fruity so far.

Update 20 Jan 2021 - Well starting the cure a bit earlier than I’d like cause I’m having issues getting the humidity up so she dried up quick. Working on rehydrating her a bit and have her in mason jars now. Ended of with 88 grams of rock solid buds. Still want it to rehydrate and cure a bit before trying her out. What can I say, a very simple and easy grow. Had absolutely no issues during the grow and ended up with 380 grams of SOLID wet bud. Even some of the lower buds that didn’t get much light are pretty rock solid. Going by the smell and solidness of the buds, I got a feeling this is gonna be a too 2 strain, if not number 1. Looking forward to growing this one again and as soon as I harvest another plant, I’ll probably start another one of these.

As hot weather is on the way next week, I have not choice but to harvest. With multiple humid days in the 30s forecast I know its either harvest now or contend with grow tent temps close to 40c. Definitely not going to help the terps anyhow. Honestly I think she needs another few days, but super close either way. Trichs are predominantly milky white with just a tiny amount of amber. Managed to get a 5 day flush, not ideal but best I could do before the heat comes. Will manicure really well to speed up the dry time, hoping for a 4 day dry to avoid the hot weather. 🔥

OK, it is bloomingtime. Everything is fine.... I hope.... but it seems so.

What can i say, a fantastic plant, responding well to this organic grow with no hiccup so far. This week i tied down the lower branches using LST method and also tucked in (not removed) some leaves that where blocking good bud sites Thinking i might apply a Scrog in the next week or two for added support. Again watering when needed, 2L every second day or so.

I had to get a bigger tent as these girls were pushing themselves out of my other tent. I also added another COB to the tent at the same time. The plants are doing well and are liking their new home it seems. I need to defoliate the biggest one though, too many leaves covering bud sites. Might do that after work tonight as well as water. Back ina week.

6’-4” & 5’-8” as of today, 6’-0” average height. These ladies are beautiful! Everyone who comes by the house just stops and stares when they get near my garden. So do I 👍🤣 I had to move some plants outdoors from my indoor grow due to losing the battle to high heat and humidity. Two are super close to harvest, one might get cut over the weekend. Increased light intensity to 85% Girls are drinking 1.5 l a day. Decided to go with multi feeding this time instead of crop steering. We will see the difference. At this point they are fed 3 times a day 600-450-450ml. 150ml shots every 10 minutes.

Bueno, en el inicio de la fase de floración, hemos cambiado la solución nutritiva con ml x ltr , metí la red scrog y he notado que esta cepa se estresa con facilidad, tras el cambio de agua y nutrientes y la red quedaron full stress, poverine... Empiezan el fotoperiodo con mucho olor a vegetal y esto me hace temer que tendrán mucho olor los futuros cogollos... esperemos tener suerte también en este cultivo. Estoy muy contento, no pensé que gracias a ZOE SPACECAKE me iba a apasionar tanto cultivar el cannabis.
