July 20 - day 41 - week 2 flowering

Aug 6: Harvest is about a week away I think. Some very minor aphid appearance on lower undersides of leaves suggest I can't wait too much linger to chop. Colors remains vibrant lime green and resin is thick on shaded areas with extremely fruity, floral and pineapple aromas. Tester bud selected.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

She's getting huuuuuuuge!! Added an humidifier to keep a constant humidity level of 55% in the grow room. The temperature just outside the grow room is 10C, and even more outside is 0C!! It's a miracle I can keep a temperature over 20C inside the room ;) UPDATE: TOPPED!! In the last two days she has grown like a beast (after the ADV NUT intake), so I had to top her before the next week. HYPE HYPE HYPE! The leaves are now almost bigger than my iPad lol.

Love ❤️ my AC infinity tent! 2x4 is soooo easy to control. Just a simple humidifier, two small clip fans, and of course my AC infinity 4” fan and digital controller. All I have to do is fill the reservoir for the RH, and mist the seedlings 🌱 once per day. AC tech takes over and maintains the environment so easily. Using distilled water still, no nutes, nothing added. Just coasting and maintaining the environment for some healthy root development 🙂

Damn this strain is something else I’ve never smelt anything this potent and exotic! Ripper seeds really out did themselves with this one .. I would say that the only downside is that one of the pheno’s came out looking too regular for me .. I’m strain hunting so finding something truly perfect is my goal and in this run I can’t say I found any keepers but I would definitely recommend trying this strain ! I promise it’s like nothing you have ever tasted or smelled before!

Nice progress this past week as well. Should be ready in specified time 63 ish days. Some leaves are showing there age and possibly that the lights were to close. Dropped Root 66 and Diamond nectar thinking I am at least half way threw mid bloom. TDS = 750 , total wattage =277, 24 hr lights on.

Plants are doing well. I'm going to top them soon. I tend to wait on topping to reduce stress, you never want to remove more that 1/3 of the plant( to each their own). I'll be FIMing the Sensi Star and Topping the Peyote. Pretty sure I stunted the White Widow from exposing it to the cold snap we had back in late February. I will top it and try and clone off the topping and see if that clone takes off. In my past I cloned plants outside in Mid June back in 2012 on 5 foot Agent Oranges, those clones caught up to the plants outside and eventually outperformed them, in less than two months. Never would have found that out if I didn't try. Happy growing everyone!

First day of week 6, I will be adding content as the week progresses, have a look at week 5 as that is now complete. Status: Candy Kush #1 d36 - Looking awesome, some pistils showing. Was too bushy so did some LST and slight defoliation today with supercrop on 1 branch. Candy Kush #2 d36 - Looks like nitrogen deficiency is sorted, now I have excess? :D see the clawing tips? Gonna stick with the current feed, hopefully she'll overcome otherwise I'll flush her once if things get worse. Bubble Kush d32 - Amazing, nothing to report, some tucking done Fastberry d32 - Looking as weird as ever, some tucking done Sugar Mama d36 - growing and getting really bushy, shame about the mess I did with the roots/stem but she is doing ok now. ---- Fed 2nd day of weeks 6 (day 37), 3ml biogrow 2ml calmag. pH was at 6.5 Ec was at 1.5. New leaves are really yellow in candy Kush 2, iron deficiency? Not sure what is happening, will be monitoring. ---- Day 38, Removed the yellow leaves and a little defoliation on all the plants ---- Day 39, Raised the shorter plants so they get some more lights. All of them have finished 35 days (5 weeks from seedling today) and are looking great. Feed the same, although they still look very bright, brighter than I am used to. ---- Day 41, Feeding time, started giving them bloom at 5ml/l and the other normal dosages as in diary. ---- Day 42, End of week 6 The girls are all looking great, there is is so much hair on the buds, haven't seen so much with outdoor grows. Exciting :D Sugar mama is way too bushy and not getting taller. The new blades are too thin, maybe I'm overfeeding her (only biogrow+calmag)? defoliated her, lots of fan leaves removes, she is asking for some training, I've ordered plant tie and will do some LST when delivered. Mr Pipi loves seeing Frost. Starts to get shiny in the building. Smell was always like a fruity Whick Vaporub, but now the Menthol/Minty is not the most present and it gets more floral (kind of).

For my second grow, I am OVER THE MOON!! I just yielded 16.1 ounces (wet trimmed) from a single lady in a small 23"x19" x 48" DIY tent. The strain; Mandarin Cookies v2 from Ethos Genetics, was very easy to manage and did not have any issues even in my small space. It was really difficult to determine the run time, it suggested 9 weeks from the breeder, I ended up going almost 13 weeks!! the trichomes stayed white

I haven’t kept track of the exact number of days since sprouting. But the two oldest plants are in their tenth week. In calendar this would probably be the last week of feeding before flushing. I’ll try to keep going with these ones until the younger two are more ready too, currently only in their eighth week. The last grow had a younger plant which I cut a little early. It was a nice, bright clear headed smoke. But i think we prefer the more mature end. The white widow buds are dense in white pistols. They are smaller, but there are a lot of them. They feel more dense than any I have grown so far. Interested to see if that density is still in the dry bud. I’m sick of fluffy buds. The gorilla glue buds are dark and bulbous, but way looser. They are thick with sticky trichomes. The trichomes in the older plants are about 3/4 clear 1/4 cloudy with no amber yet. The younger ones are still all clear.
