Well we started flushing the day after we updated the last diary, so it is our end week for our first grow and I must say, it's been a roller-coaster but we made it there in the end lmfao! Critical kush has been amazing to grow, she has stood strong throughout all the stress I've put her under with my learning mistakes and she has still turned out superb, I'm looking forward to smoking her if she smokes as good as she smells then ill be amazed! The smell she gives off is a fruity, sweet smell with a strong undertone, hard to explain but it gets my taste buds going! 6 hours later and hella sticky fingers... not my usual type lol... We have the girls down and trimmed, the wet weights are below from each plant and we have separated them in different tiers in the drying net so we can show an accurate wet and dry weight from each plant, intrigued to know how much we will loose once dry as the wet weight is a whopping 1,405g!! Plant one weighing in at 261g Plant 2 is weighing at 242g Plant 3 is weighing at 236g Plant 4 is weighing at 321g Plant 5 is weighing at 345g 51 ounce wet weight with slight stems. The first week of flowering went well, no defects or anything. I put up a second trellis with small compartments. And a dehumidifier to keep the humidity between 50% and 60% I have also started the flowering nutrition , including the New 'powerbuds' from plagron. Does anyone happen to have any experience with that? Now it is waiting for the plant to stop stretching. Around day 20 I will defoliate the plants one more time

All those colors

I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. Edit: I came home from work after making my weekly log entry yesterday and I could smell my grow from my driveway... so I asked for help. THANK YOU OOZLEFINCH FOR THE HELP.. THIS IS WHY WE ASK FOR HELP... I left a question on here stating that my new canister wasn't working and asked for generic advise. He left an answer that pointed out the fact that my exhaust fan might be set waaaay to high... and it was! It turns out there's a limit to the amount of air that filter fan 'scrub', and my exhaust fan goes way over that limit even on 6 or 7.. I turned it down to 3 and the smell got better immediately. ☮️ Still on auto pilot at this point... I'm really close to harvest.. and I'm not even on day 60 😲. I created videos this weeks, they capture the plants in ways that a still picture just won't. My entire house stinks.. my neighbors are looking at my funny, and my wife thinks a family of skunks is hiding in our walls... I've never had this problem.. I even got a brand new carbon air scrubber and its not helping 🤣 Process/ Environment changes since last week: - To help preserve the terpenes I've been trying to lower my temperature, which is hard without an AC unit I'm not plugging in an ac just to grow some plants. I'm at 24- 26 degrees C (75 - 82 F). - I've been lowering my humidity accordingly to keep VPD in a good range - I lowered my lights closer to my plants, turning them up would just add to the heat. - I'm defoliating as much large fan leaves off as possible - My watering pH is at around 6.7 to 6.8.. I will not be flushing these plants - I rotate my plants every day to make sure I'm getting light to hit every node it can This week I'm pulling out the digital scope and doing the first trichome checks for these babies. The cheese auto is going to get the chop by the end of next week.. I hope you like the video I added of it.. it's the easiest plant I've ever grown and she's going to be FIRE. The blackberry auto is giving off a gas/berry smell and is very sticky to the touch. A beautiful triploid... my first and I hope to get many more. The Forbidden Runtz smells just like a zkittles does, it's bang on. Very dense very sticky buds. I almost tossed her during the seedling stage too due to her mutation. WEEK 6/3F // D36/15F - D42/21F Das Wetter war in dieser Woche ein Traum. Es waren Tagsüber 25-30°C, 10-14 Stunden Sonne, kaum Wolken und kein Regen. Besser hätten es die Guava in dieser Woche nicht haben können. Nachdem ich im letzten Jahr schon dabei war von einigen Ladys einige Triebe wegzuschneiden weil sie durch das Nass/feuchte/neblige Wetter von Mehltau oder auch Schimmel in der späteren Blüte betroffen waren und ich letztendlich über die letzte Outdoorsaison bestimmt die Hälfte vom Outdoor-Grow in die Biotonne geworfen habe, bin ich zurzeit einfach nur happy wie die Outdoorsaison 2025 beginnt und verläuft. Gegossen wurde an Tag 38/17F, an Tag39/18F, an Tag40/19F und an Tag42/21F. An den Tagen gab es ca 1L. Der ph-Wert beim gießen wird aufgrund des hohen Anteils vom Cocos im Substrat (50/50) nicht höher 6.3. Höhe 80 cm

End of week 5, repoted this week, can't wait to see how they grow in these pots! I installed a heater and the temperatures are much better now. Only watering for now, was watering with just a little water before transplanting. The big pots I watered weekly with ~2L water and spraying the top layer every now and then to keep it moist. I gave a little more water today as they moisture probe was telling that it was still dry after 2L. So ended up watering each pot 4.5L of water with the plan of not watering for another 7 days. I think all this much is affecting how much water is flowing down (or my probe is broken :D ) We have an aloe vera plant which I am cutting leaves from and squeezing some gel out into the water. Hopefully they will get over whatever caused these drooping leaves quickly. They seem to be on the mend.
