Week 7 Flower With this week being her last week of nutrient feedings before flush, I've reduced the overall strength and stopped feeding bud explosion as she doesn't need such high amounts anymore. Nature's candy and molasses are still being added at the same amounts, for optimum nutrient uptake and to also carry on feeding the microbes. They also help with trichome production and increase flavour/aroma. Her buds just keep on growing and growing and she's forever getting taller and taller, to the point where her tallest cola's are extremely close to growing taller than the light! Only an inch or two to go and she'll surpass the reflector! Although this doesn't bother me in the slightest, because every inch below that, all the way down to the net is nothing but flowers! She doesn't smell too strong at the moment, especially with other strains in the tent giving off different scents, but she's unbelievably huge. She has arm length cola's filled with buds. The fattest parts of a few of her cola's are almost coke can width! She's not going to stop putting on weight and swelling just yet, so I've tied a few more branches up similar to how the yoyo style strings to keep them from flopping all over the Surf Purps. A couple of branches at the back corner are getting pounded by the fan; their flowers aren't showing any damage but there's a few wind burn marks on some fan leaves. Of course this isn't ideal, but I'm unable to move the fan at the moment with another plant being in the way, and there's also no better position in the tent for it currently. It's not doing much damage so I'm not too worried at the moment. Next week she starts flush! 🚽💦 Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

They are growing fast! Damn I was not ready for this and I did wait too long to proceed to LST. I broke one of the main stems on OG_2, shit happens...lesson learned. Still, very happy with these babies, 28 days old now.

Flowering day 11 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The first days of this week it looked really terrible for me because it was much too cold because of the unusual temperature. The heating mat has now also arrived for the big tent and lo and behold the plants have been developing really well since that day ☺️👍. The temperature doesn't keep quite as well as in the small box, but at least I don't get below 18 degrees in the pots at night anymore, even though it's only 16 at the top 😅👍. Since I switched to flowering, it was time to rinse off a bit with Clean Fruits :-) . Did them a lot of good. Hello. This is the end of week 1 and the beginning of week 2 of flowering. Everything is going well this week. The plants drank up all the nutrient solution and had about 3 1/2 gallons of rainwater each and I see the soil is still a bit damp today. As I walked around the tent I had just closed for the night, I saw where some of the stitching had stretched a bit and was letting in a bit of light. Got the duct tape out and fixed it so it's very dark in here now. This is the 4th season for the tent and it's starting to show. I've had to sew up some seams where the zipper is tight and broke the stitching. But I think It's worth it. I'm finished before the powdery mildew starts here and I get to flower under the full strong sun, rather than in the weaker fall sun. I traded 2 clones of of mine for, I think he said Double Chocolate Chem. I'll have to look on seedfinder.eu and see what I got. He said it was indoor stuff (I think he meant it gets powdery mildew outdoors) and it's really good!!! I'll do a final trim/prune at 2 1/2 to 3 weeks into flowering. So nothing planed for this week except for lowering the bamboo cage/net so it will hold more buds up. Be Great. Chuck.

Beautiful genetic, she is 4 days younger than the rest of the plants in this run and she has the same height as the rest of the ladies, beautiful stretch, the flowers are coming very nice and strong and I cannot wait to see what type of flowrs awaits me as I have never grown this genetic before however I'm starting to feel some sweet smell I don't know how she's gonna smell yet but I'm so excited, let's see how this lady perfoms! Rough week, underfed & plants got real hungry, cannibalized like crazy, fed & clipped the worst leaves, they look real droopy as pics were taken just a few minutes before lights out but should recover I think. I hope to flip in a couple weeks so I added a little Bloom in the feed cycle.

Fed her some more fish fertilizer and bat guano for the slight yellowing pre flower. Her green is coming back. This will be my first skunk without seed.

An Tag 43 und Tag 48 wurden beiden Pflanzen nochmal großzügig entlaubt. Viele Leute sagen "Mach das bloß nicht" und viele Andere sagen "würde ich auf jeden Fall machen". Grade bei den beiden +Speed Auto´s, die sehr klein und buschig wachsen, hielt ich dies für förderlich. So konnte ich sowohl die Lichtmenge für die wichtigen Buds erhöhen als auch gegen Schimmel vorbeugen. Viele LST Schnüre konnte ich bereits entfernen und alles wächst ungefähr in gewünschten Bahnen. Bei der höher gewachsenen Pflanze mache ich mir etwa sorgen wegen den hellen Spitzen der Blätter. Ansonsten entwickeln sich alle 4 Pflanzen ohne weitere Probleme.

Forgive me AGAIN I have started logging this actual journal several weeks after I have started the grow, but never the less, I still have dates on photos to help me track the growth so far. I decided this grow that I would try reusing my dirt from the last grow and was able to sterilize it by cooking it in the oven🙌 I did loose a little bit of dirt but decided I would just combine coco coir that I had around with the soil 1:1 to even things out. Week 1 wasn't particularly interesting. This time around I choose to only plant 2 Super Skunk (fem) seeds because I needed have a "do over" with this strain. Last grow (mid flower) I lost control of my plants and I am looking to redeem myself because this strain grew beautifully up until that point. I went ahead and germinated seeds the last week of October and had sprouted seeds by Oct. 31. The first week was pretty typical with the exception of one seedling who's shell was causing the plant difficulty in releasing. For several days I tried to just allow nature take it's course but, then I became incredibly impatient and attempted to remove it myself (BAD MOVE). The whole head snapped off of the fragile seedling and I had to immediately start over. Also the humidity in SOCAL has extremely low (in the teens) which made getting regulating humidity even more challenging. *P.S. I only gave my plants distilled water from a spray bottle to ensure that there was no over watering*
