Bee pollen is considered a “vitamin bomb” due to the presence of almost all vitamins with an average of 0.02–0.7% of its total content, with a higher amount of water-soluble than fat-soluble vitamins. Bee pollen contains vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C. It also provides minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, iron, and selenium, I mixed a bunch of that with some honey and RAW cane molasses to make a nice big bucket of tea. A family friend who is a beekeeper was kind enough to share some honey. The nutritional content of raw honey is impressive and includes high levels of protein, amino acids, B vitamins, calcium, manganese, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron, as well as various polyphenolic antioxidants. I am loading up nature's finest sugars, and sweet things, Honey & Mollases. UV-B-induced DNA damage (CPDs and 6–4 PPs) can be repaired efficiently by photolyases. Pyrimidine dimers can be repaired by nucleotide excision repair (NER), or bypassed by replicative polymerases (Britt 2004). The camera picks up far more light than there is during the night cycle, camera is showing bright pink violet collages but my eyes barely see a thing, about 0.25ppfd in that tent overnight. Have been tweaking the spectrum of moonlight/intensity and watching the responses overnight. Tweak, tweak, tweak all week. PAR is 400-700nm, Overnight UVA in the tent is all 365nm and 385nm, so the meter only picks up a fraction of the light curve that makes it photosynthetically active past 400nm. Of the light in the tent, 0.25ppfd is from UVA Looks like It makes them 🕺 🕺 💃 all night. Better flower soon or ill be screwed for space, they are stretching, but is it "the stretch"? She has fire in her belly. Growing crops with insufficient light (i.e., below “optimal,” as defined here) limits the yield potential, which in turn wastes the other production inputs including labour, water, nutrients and electricity. As lighting fixture is one of the most expensive investment of the production, what is the relationship between light intensity and yield? Potter and Duncombe (2012) grew cannabis plants with varying canopy-level PPFDs during the flowering stage and found that increasing PPFD from 400 to 900 μmol·m−2·s−1 increased yield an average of 1.3 times higher, across seven cultivars, with no light intensity treatment effects on floral cannabinoid concentrations. "Cannabis will not stop flowering if the lights are turned on for a few minutes once or twice during the 2-month-long flowering cycle. If a light is turned on for 5 to 30 minutes—long enough to disrupt the dark period—on 3 to 5 con­secutive nights, plants will start to revert to vegetative growth." "Less than one half of one foot-candle of light (0.1ppfd) from sunlight will prevent cannabis from flow­ering. That is a little more light than is reflected by a full moon on a clear night. Well-bred indica-dominant plants will revert within three days. Sativa-dominant plants take four to five days to revert to vegetative growth. Sorry about the last 2 weeks guys had some issues and couldn't upload. So I flipped the lady's to flower on Sunday 6th December, added a Scrog and pushed it down so over the next few weeks while the plant stretches more and more heads should appear. Had some issues with thrips 2 weeks ago but have resolved that issue with a pesticide. For a sativa dominant strain the plants are very bushy with close nodes. Probably should add a lot of info to this week but I don't know where to start so if anyone has any questions please ask away! Nutrients are based on 15L of water currently 💚

Day 42 flowering: What a start to this update with the #3 Mango cream being ready for harvest NOW!!!. She has been maturing very quickly during the last few weeks and I have been concerned that she was somehow going towards a toxicity issue. Her buds began darkening really early in flower and I thought it looked very different to the others. As the last week has passed I have been looking at her trichrones with the microscope as they oustils had all gone majority brown too. They had mostly clouded and a couple of odd amber spheres were visible too. as the week went on I saw more begin to amber so took her out a day ago too have a dark period before trimmed for drying . She is the first I have ever had this quick in decades of growing !. The video shows her colours off well and her maturity to harvest too. @exoticseeds have a winner here. lol she smells amazing too with a really nice icky sticky feel . I will update her progress once trimmed. #1 is the smaller of the 3 remaining ladies now ansneven with the #4 beingna week behind her she is still the smallest in height. Her buds are nice and chunky and just as we hit the budswell period too , so shebshould finish with some nice sized colas. #2 Mango is a beast of a plant and by far the largest. Her main is a beast of a cola already with the side branching really picking up some size now too. A brilliant example of the strain I think. Her main is really tacky to touch and the nice smell it leaves all over my fingers is mouth-watering now. She should yield very well. #4Mango at day 35 looks very like the #3 plant for her bud appearance. slightly different pheno i think. More like a wedding cake strain but still very nice and colourful. She has been using pellets in the soil mix and just waterings but they are not good in my opinion and I have had to add megacrop to keepnher growing well now I waited as long as I dare to see if the pellets helped in flower but even using the second part of the feed has not helped. The megacrop has already begun to colour them back up to a more healthy green so i am hoping I can keep her happy until harvest now. She is pushing out a very nice fruity smell now too. I am looking forward to trying the photoperiod strains I have from exotic now and will be germinating Herz Og and Quick sherbet in a couple of weeks time for the summer run. Top genetics from a great breeder . Thank you Exotic. ###UPDATE###UPDATE###UPDATE### The Mango cream #3 has been in the dark for the past 48hrs and has now been trimmed and is hanging to dry. She will be dried low and slow now for approx 10-14 days at around 15-17°C in a large cardboard box with a steady air exchange. She has a surprising size and weight to her for such a short time from seed and is as finished as any plant i have harvested before . What an amazing little lady she has been to grow She looked a little stunted initially and soon filled the pot she was in. 20L was way too small for these genetics to flourish and at least a 30L would be my advice. Happy days , let's see what she yields dried while we wait for her sisters to join her. Be well Growmies

6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

So since I had the mold and bud rot problems I had to divide my schedule of harvest and divide the product as well. - Healthy buds are ones belonging to branches where there are no signs of rot/mold. -Mid-healthy buds are untouched by disease but still belonging to a branch where there was some disease. -Last category are the salvaged ones, where I cut them from bigger buds that had disease or they were in some part affected. These 3 categories each have their own drying space and where harvested in this order to prevent spreading of spores and stuff. For the salvaged buds every time I removed a part with disease I cleaned the scissors with alcohol. I only removed the sun-leaves + penguin leaves and will be doing a dry trim for the sugar leaves later on.

She must survive tonight and the next three stormy days unscathed, I will protect her. Then it should be sunny for the rest of the week and I hope she can ripen for the weekend. She has huge buds, all over 20 centimeters, fat, completely submerged in resin, more than a pound of weed on the plant. Her scent reminds me hashish smell of my first trip to Amsterdam, 30 years ago.
