09/08/2021 - Fly traps collected a plethora of gnats - Had to till the first few inches of the soil while top dressing, as it was incredibly hard and dry - Fertilized with Gaia Green Power Bloom + EWC + insect frass - Carefully watered with a half gallon tea of DIY kelp extract, molasses, LAB and neem extract

I didn't train her this week, I'll do it again next week :-). It was poured twice this week with 1.2 l each time (see nutrient table above for adding nutrients). I sprayed them all with GreenBuzzLiquida Fast Plant spray. I also cleaned the entire tent and checked everyone's health. Fresh osmosis water was prepared and filled into canisters. Yellow boards against flies have been put up and blue tags to prevent trips. Unfortunately I still struggle with them but they have become significantly less pushed. Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Fruit production is well underway, and it’s absolutely amazing to watch the canopy fill out as these girls reach their potential. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. So This week was the same as the last really, It seems all I have to do is sit back and watch these ladies do their thing! Ive not gone full on with the bloom supplements or PK yet as only 2/5 of the GG are seriously flowering. The other 3/5 GG are now Finally showing some signs of flower and some tops are starting to build and lowers producing more pistils each day! The Stardawgs continue to explode, even some friends who were sceptical about the performance of the Quantum board LED's have been flow away by the results. All of the buds seem to be building dramatically top to bottom which no shortage of frost! Macro shots on the way!!

06/03/19 - unfortunately this was my own fault for being gullible with a mix of just not thinking, but I got a cal deficiency on my OG which was fitting seeing as everything was going well, but I think I have resolved the problem as I’m not see the new growth being affected but I do think it has slowed down in growth abit but I’m guessing that’s understandable, I’m really happy I’ve turned to mills as I can tell a difference from my previous grows, this slight hiccup was my fault but they were that healthy I’m almost positive it’s gonna spring right back 🤞🏻 09/03/19 - definitely looks like it stopped growing for awhile as the gelatos are a hell of a lot bigger now compare to my OG but I think the problems been solved as their was only a little progression on some of the newer leaves but the newest set of leaves seem unharmed includeding the side branches. 12/03/19 - a lot smaller than the gelatos but never the less I’ve started the LST/leaf braiding with the OG aswell to make sure the side branches catch up as they were stunted from the cal mag def

Día 15. Las plantas ya alcanzaron un altura muy buena. Ya empiezan a aparecer los primeros pelos blancos. Por el momento me ha sorprendido la reacción de las plantas al bud blood. Si puedo voy a comprar bud candy para ayudar un poco a la mezcla. Por el momento decidí mantener el bud blood a media dosis durante una semana más con el big bud. Veremos que tal resulta. Día 17. El estirón siguió y las plantas alcanzaron 51 cm. Las pequeñas directamente quedaron tapadas. En este experimento se puede ver la diferencia entre tierra e hidroponia. La verdad que estoy sorprendido. Creo que los productos usados son los que han marcado la diferencia. Las plantas quintuplicaron la altura total que tenían al momento de pasarlas a floración. Y sospecho que van a seguir estirándose una semana más. Espero no tener problemas de altura porque no lo planeaba. Creo que voy a cortar algunas ramas bajas más, dado que se están generando muchas sombras nuevas. Seguiré actualizando. Día 19. El estiramiento continua, pero levemente. Ya alcanzaron 55cm. Estuve cortando algunas ramas y hasta supongo que podría cortar más. Pero a esta altura ya todo lo que hay recibe buena luz. La diferencia entre la madre que está en tierra y los esquejes en hidroponia, es cada vez más notoria. Si bien ya la he visto, tener una planta al lado de la otra bajo la misma luz, hace la parte alevosa de todo esto. De todos modos, he comprobado que el sabor obtenido en tierra, es más fiel al de la hidroponia. En hidroponia en principio, las plantas son mas fuertes en todo, pero el sabor de alguna forma, es demasiado afectado por los nutrientes. Incluso habiendo lavado dos o tres semanas, la planta sostiene un sabor constante en todas las variedades, que parece estar atado a la nutrición. Siendo que en tierra, cada variedad tiene su sabor distintivo, siendo una distinta de otra. La próxima actualización será en la nueva semana, ya que al quedar poca solución, la voy a cambiar antes y voy a poner 12 litros en lugar de los 10 que vengo usando. Las plantas vienen comiendo mucho.

She started to flower this week and stacking quick. Still stretching and not to far behind the other olants. Quite a rainy and stormy week so did not need to water but I been consistand on the compoat teas each week. Top dressed with the spent compot tea and roots soaked with 700 pom compost tea with liquid kelp and cal-mag.

I chopped 2 guava plants and 1 pound cake yesterday. I'll add pics later 🤪

Hey Friends, I just started my very first grow. Excited to see the outcome, Its a learning process, discovering new things everyday. Plant #2 growing rapidly, seed was very dark compared to others, does that mean something? On day 4 i noticed the leaf turning yellow on the borders, currently only feeding water, will keep an eye on that and do some research on the topic.

Plants are doing and looking beautiful. Plants look like they fully recovered from the previous weeks mishaps.. Buds are developing nicely at this point And every day I notice them slightly bigger .. I'm noticing the smell get stronger day by day as well Keeping temp at 76-78 and humidity at 45% At the end of week 3 I will run 7L of pure r20 ph@6 through the autopot system , to let any accumulated salts from the hoses and roots flush out . The plants should use up 7L in about 2 days and then I will continue with my regular feedings probably on day 3 of week 4 Also the weather has been getting warmer the last few days and after adding the 2 new lights the temps are getting higher in my tent .. Added 8inch Vortex inline fan to bring fresh air from outside on a controller that shuts on or off depending on temp

Day 1: Auto flowers are getting some nice crystal. Purple Kush smells nice, Pink Kush smells like wet veg. The root mass on Purple Kush is huge! The photos were defoliated, and finally both showing flowers. pH is 6 Day 3:. Finally got to LST Red Purps, she really needed it. I pulled some of the Purple Maroc branches and tried defoliating, but it's thick in there. The previous LST still has a lot of branches bent, but a lot of new growth has popped up. I wonder if it's because I broke the main collar last week. I have to find more weights to tie down the last few branches. Day 7: Purple Kush wreaks of grape bubble gum. Pink Kush wreaks of gas.
