Topped this girl this week. Growing pretty good so far. I’ll be potting up to 3 gal pots next week sometime. I also have a Bison Brew that I’ll be using sometime after transplant.

This increase is designed to optimize the light intensity during this critical phase of growth, catering to the heightened demands of our flowering beauties. Our nutrient regime has been meticulously fine-tuned to accommodate the changing needs of our Epic Buzz varieties. The switch from Alga Grow to Alga Bloom signifies our plants' transition from vegetative growth to flowering, ensuring they receive the ideal nutrient profile for bud development. This, paired with our steadfast mix of Sugar Royal, Power Roots, and Orca, is dispensed religiously every four days to maintain optimal health and vitality. The controlled conditions within the Tent-X continue to be monitored with precision, keeping the VPD levels within a desirable range, despite occasional deviations due to manual fan adjustments. However, the imminent arrival of the Prima Klima EC fan is set to revolutionize our environmental control, promising seamless day-to-night transitions and a well-deserved retirement for the Mars Hydro fan. I used a macro lens from a fish eye kit you can buy for any phone to make that macro video, i highly recommend them it’s so easy to see when i can harvest , these are also very cheap but you do need a steady hand haha. I smoked some smaller buds about a week after harvest & it already tastes amazing almost like a reaalllyy sweet banana haha & the burn is good also i was suprised it was smokeable so fast. Fat banana is one of my favourite strains from now on! I also had 1 Sour Diesel in the tent but i’m still curing that one

I never thought I'd say it but i think when it comes to my indoor C4 vs my outdoor C4 Indoor takes the prize, I mean that's only for now lets see what happens in the upcoming weeks. I'm sticking to my bat turd mix and all sun, I shift her around during the heavy showers, yea it rains out here. I don't feed no store bought nutrients all from nature same goes for my indoor ... if you look closely you'll see that I lst her it's only because of her mutation.

Explosive growth after one week! Looking to do a topping and starting some LST next week. Things are looking great and going pretty smooth. The clones are still recovering from the deficiencies they came with.

Today I harvested after about 24 hours with lights turned on. The smell is strong lemon with a hint of mint :) I cant wait to taste her when its dry, and in my opinion it smells and looks good :) Had some problems with temperature, but with some gear improvements I think I got the right solution for it for next time. I recently just realized that my experiment was successful, before fill these buckets with my grow medium I drilled less holes than all the other plants buckets… turns out the fewer holes the the medium becomes swampy, however my gorilla is doing great, she flowering with grace.

9.26 - The Dumpster Queens is really starting to stank good. Very diesel and earthy! The buds are still putting on weight and are dense, very little squish or give when I give em a moderate pinch. I am imagining I have ~3 weeks left before chop.

Flowering day 11 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The first days of this week it looked really terrible for me because it was much too cold because of the unusual temperature. The heating mat has now also arrived for the big tent and lo and behold the plants have been developing really well since that day ☺️👍. The temperature doesn't keep quite as well as in the small box, but at least I don't get below 18 degrees in the pots at night anymore, even though it's only 16 at the top 😅👍. Since I switched to flowering, it was time to rinse off a bit with Clean Fruits :-) . Did them a lot of good. You have already received the first watering with Grow Liquid and the next in a mix with Bloom Liquid 😀👍. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. so i put a screen down. the light can only concentrate power in such a way that if i let them grow tall i will just have a huge central cola that stretches, which this was. i trimmed off some of the lower shit and everything that is more than 8cm below the top... would love to get a proper tent, im sure the reflection would boost my lights usefulness.. i persist..nutrients are by feel at the minute.. following bio canna guide but still adding a couple things like a drop or two of calmag or whatnot... now drinking a litre every 3 days. nice buds forming now. switched to flowering nute cycle now.... sort of... mad scientist shit. keeps me occupied. TENT

It is an excellent variety, with two different phenotypes, one more elongated and the other more stocky. The flavor is reminiscent of Tangilope and King Kush (smells like the urine of a green bug). The production in dried buds was 125 g per plant and pots of 20 l / 5 gal).

Hallo liebe Gartenfreunde, Ein aufregendes Tagebuch geht fast Glücklich zu Ende. Alle eigen erwarteten Ziele wurden zwar nicht vollständig erreicht, Strainbedingt werden wir aber nicht noch mehr Energie dort hineingeben egal in welcher Form. Die Buds sind zwar schön fest und ansehnlich groß (hier bei Höchstleistung 400 Watt) aber insgesamt nicht ganz unser. Die Buds sehen fast identisch aus wie bei der crop Mutter aus dem letztenJahr. Die unterschiedliche Anbaumethode lässt jedoch keine genauen Schlüsse zu, was das vergleichen betrifft. Das Autopot System hatte jedoch zu anfang Probleme mit der Kappilare, wahrscheinlich daher da der Pott erst verspätet in das Autopot System kam und auch etwas zu trocken war. Sie sind ja vom Balkon draußen, in den innenbereich gezogen. Ja ansonsten haben wir sie schön über 7 Tage gespült und über Kopf aufgehangen. Die Trichome sind von der Reife her soweit akzeptabel. Wir konnten einige Erfahrungen gut schreiben. Wir wissen jetzt was bei nur 400 Watt circa rumkommt. Da es ein auslaufgrow ist, haben wir Absichtlich aufgrund der Strain und vorereignisse nicht soviel Energie in sie investiert. Wie schon mal angemerkt, hatte sie auf den letzten Metern durch Stress angefangen ab und zu ein Samen zu produzieren. Wir haben nie einen Pollensack gefunden. Aber sie genau wie die Haupt- Mutter hatte diesen Mangel in der Blütephase aufgezeigt. Aber wir hatten durchweg kein Stammschimmel, was aussagt, das wir sie vegetaionsmäßig ein stückweit regenerieren konnten. Augenscheinlich sind auf manchen Mainbuds 4- 5 Samen verteilt zu sehen. Hoffen wir mal, dass es nicht schlimmer ist wie es gerade den Anschein bis hierher macht. Hätte aber auch definitiv noch wilder ausgehen können über solche ein Zeitraum. Ein paar andere pflanzen hatten wir ab und an mal betreut 😅 Ein bissen haben wir noch mit der Kamera einfangen können. In diesem Sinne pünktlich gestern zum B-day (des männlichen parts) geerntet. Week 1 of the latest cycle and starting out with some new hardware and an expanded grow print👍. We’re running 4 autos via a recirculating Dutch bucket system. First time on a dutchy so it’s gonna be interesting to see how it stacks up against DWC. I’ll give a full rundown on the system I’ve cobbled together on the next update. So far - all seedlings have germ’d without issue using the standard p-towel method. Why more people don’t use this method on GD is beyond me. It’s so reliable that some breeders even warranty your seeds if you use this method and more than 1 seed fails to crack. We’ve got little sprouts coming up now and it’s all just waiting for those first couple fan leaves to come out and those roots to run to the bottom of each bucket. They’ve been placed in root riot cubes (essentially a version of rapid rooters) like most of our runs and I’d recommend their use with all autos. Time and stress on young autos is key so they need the absolute best start you can give them👌. End of week update - looks like we got 4 quality little seedlings here👍. Alls good other than battling a ph issue for most of the week. Keeps spiking overnight for no real reason - hopefully it’ll even out and isn’t the early sign of a major problem🤞. Background The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru.
