Defoliated again the leaves which were growing over Bud sites The streching phase has begun. I am corious how tall the plant will go.

So the at the start of week 4 the girls have taken a beating from the pesticide that I spray on them, had to take off some dying fan leaves. the one plant is recovering nicely while her sister on the other hands need a close eye. This week the girls will get their first watering with actual noots

This week I was mostly smoking Panama Red. Hit a wee bump as it seems I never learn my lesson by bringing outside plants inside, some sap-sucking greenfly aphids decided my grow tent was a perfect new home. The thing about trying to recreate a "perfect" environment for growth, it can also be perfect for a host of unwanted problems. All the holes I've cut into the tent don't help I'd guess either. The 5 species of Clover is far more dense a cover crop than I'd imagined it would be. The chaplain overdone his blessings it seems. The blue borage companion plant was the first to be suckled on by unwanted visitors, I'd say 90+% of the aphids I found were eating on the underside of the borage leafs. I gave her a good bath and thorough scrub with some soap, just need to give her time to bounce back. If I can't beat them, I'll join them. Only I'll be the one who decides what predators lurk under the canopy! This will need time and research. Back to it I guess. This was a quiet week. The girls were recovering from their topping but were also flipping into flower. They have been getting water every two days and that seems to be an issue so I bought an auto watering drip system to install next week. This girl has the biggest comeback outta all of them. Has continued to do well and has responded very well to the topping. Day 23 - These chubby, stubble little chicks finally got tall enough that I could LST the top cola. These girls seem healthy as shit but man I'll be happier as they continue to stretch. It's been hard working in the soil because of all the fan leaves. Worried about future moisture issues. Still have no clue how much to water them. Day 25 - Gave them their first nutes. Used about a third of the recommended pair from the fox farm trio since I'm using Ocean Forest soil. I've heard it's pretty hot, so I just fed with Calmag the last ten days. Continued with training the branches and it's really helping out. The branches are easy to tie down now that they are getting some length. Lights turned down to 82% for the last two days or so. Did some rearranging since the par in the center is slightly higher. My thought is the increased distance to the center will allow me to get balance out the two Pinots since the Sammy is shorter. We will see. I may send that off to live with a buddy if I run out of space. Random - Did I mention one of my other hobbys is home automation? I uploaded a shot of my dashboard that changes every time I get some crazy idea. I have fun messing with it and it keeps me in touch with my plants. Day 29 - two are starting to flower. Removed the humidifier and bumped the light up to 90%. Finally realized what a dry pot weighs so that helps to know when they need water. Time lapses are really helpful for me because I can see how each cola is developing. I can see where I need to tuck fan leaves and focus some lst love. Big momma is complete and going to let her be since I think it’s well distributed. The other Pinot is a few days behind, as is the Sammy. Happy with all Bree so far. Work has begun on the automatic watering system for when I need to leave for a few days

Hello. This is the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of flowering. I think I'm off by a week, it might be the end of the 3 week, but I'll leaves it like it is. It's sometimes hard to tell with outdoor plants , like autos, when they go into flowering, because when the plants go into their first week of flowering they don't show anything different.. It's in the second week that you can see a small difference. But I'll leave it like it is. OK. Got these girls into the main part of the greenhouse on Sun afternoon. Bent a few branches and broke one. Put a few paper splints on a few bent branches but they will heal. Measured them yesterday to find the tallest Plant #4, at 80 inches and Plants #1 and #5 at about 70 inches. Plant #3 is definitely different looking, More indica in that one. Lots of resin and smell too. Plant #3 smell of sour and gas but I can smell the biscuit smell and it can be a bit earthy too. The others are all sativa looking plants, and will probably take longer to finish. Hoping for no white powdery mildew to show. I can see it on some other outdoor plants now but not in here yet. OK. Fruity Pebbles auto is growing great. This is plant 1, plant 2 is in a different nutrition. They are both under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 she just got her first lst, and light defoliation today. She also got her roots pruned. Everything is looking really good. ******** Week 10 - Feb 10 to 16/20 (Days 64 - 70 from seed popping out) It’s flush week so not much to update really. This week you anticipate the outcome with great hopes and also think about missed opportunities......no different here 😂 😂 😂 Last feed given last week. First good flush and finishing agent used this week. Gave her Flawless Finish in the morning and 8 hours later flushed her with 8L of RO water. Given she has been very green and tips were burnt a fair bit, I used Flawless Finish to flush the medium. The medium is pretty good with going into the week in mid 300’s ppm. She is taking the end well😀 Her stems are really pulling inward. Really wish I had a wider pot to have been able to pull out further from the centre.....widen her up more. She has started to show her purple colours this week as well. She is fading and looking more beautiful everyday! Will be pushing this girl and don’t anticipate chopping her down before next weekend.....day 75 to 77 idea.......see what the week brings. She has beautiful buds but they need more squishing and I want to ensure she can feed on herself as much as possible. I personally prefer the smoke from a plant flushed for two weeks, so that is the goal......only concern is what will happen to tricombs over the next four days or so???? She squished out bud very well over the weekend and has swelled quite a bit. She is getting fat and happy.......putting on the weight and frost this week girl!! Dropped the night temps to 60 degrees and the humidity to roughly 40% at night. Stripped more of her leaves and down to just bud, haha. Some are still left where I don’t want to remove the leaves for fear of bruising the bud trying to get it off. 😧 Mephisto.....I have seen in a number of the other diaries where the frost seems thick on the fan leaves and this strain is no different! There will be very few leaves that won’t make it into the trim bin from this girl👌😀 For me.....its not that I haven’t seen this frost level but rather, this an auto only 10 weeks from popping her head out of the soil!!!! Even at 8 and 9 weeks it catches your eye as if you see something as growing wrong or an issue.....then you look closer and go DAMN😂!!!!!! Senescence has set in and I have not seen that on many other Mephisto diaries for Skywalker and it is awesome!! Several more days to go for her to show her beauty....exciting😜 If she can keep swelling she will be a great producer!! Keep her cold and keep the density improving and she could be impressive.....for this breeders strain a good yield😀 Lets not put the cart before the horse here though and will focus on tricombs for now. Little more detail......to come Feb 10/20 - Day 64 - 2L with Flawless finish given in morning @ 2.0ml/L. 125ppm and 6.1pH - 8L water flush in evening broken into two parts: - 6L plain water, 5.4pH. Then 2L with LW8 & Rezin 100ppm 5.4pH - Runoff 285ppm 6.1pH - okay we are set now and like the numbers from the runoff. She should have lots in her leaves to keep her going.......lets flush Baby!!!👌 Feb 11/20 - Day 65 - nothing today. - more bud swelling noticed and she is squishing out😀 Feb 12/20 - Day 66 - 2L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 2ml = 79ppm and 5.95pH - Lower bud sites swelling more visible as well. Feb 13/20 - Day 67 - 2L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 2ml = 80ppm and 6.15pH - upper sites are firming up, lowers still have firming up to do yet. Feb 14/20 - Day 68 - Nothing today Feb 15/20 - Day 69 - 3L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 2ml = 100ppm and 6.1pH - Buds are starting to appear more white now. Frost building and turning cloudy. - Leaves are lightening and she is eating the nutrients within her. Feb 16/20 - Day 70 - 3L water with Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 1.5ml = 90ppm and 6.0pH - Purple really starting to come out on her tops now. - lower temps further in the tent to promote bud density and ripening. This is the start of week 6! I finally topped both the ladys ! Hopefully it turns out well and they heal nicely ! They're showing sings of going into pre-flower ! Im getting very excited to see what future has in store for these young ladies

Its been a good week they are smelling pretty strong already. Switched to early bloom feeding. They started to stretch pretty good this week and, were taking up water quicker than i realized so I topped the pots off with some extra soil and started to water heavier they are thirsty.

SCROGING is an amazing technique that I will get better at but this being my first real attempt I clearly see how important it is to get everything cleaned up under the net. I’m not touching anything now and I’ll just do better next time. Anyways my garden looks really good, and the buds look real good and my canopy is pretty even. I mean it’s 4 or 5 inches off and if I would have tucked one more time I could have got things a bit more even. The Grand daddy purples buds are definitely going to be lighter. The vanilla frostings buds are going to dense and thick. If I take what I’ve seen from the past couple harvests my light will really turn these buds into little dense monsters. The viperspectra PAR1200 is a good light and makes heavy dense buds. I highly recommend the PAR1200 for a 3 x 3 space. Happy 420! Update - I think I missed 1 week in my grow. Today’s the last day of week 4 and I gave the girls a little trim today and cleaned those big fan leaves off. What a difference a little trim makes! I took these new photos about 8 hours after their trim. All those buds sites that were being covered reached out and here’s a few pictures of what was underneath. Have a great weekend!

This plant is growing well, I transplanted them this week into 3 gallon pots from 1 gallon pots. Structure on this plant is pretty nice and visually pleasing to the eye lol.

everything is going quite well, there were problems with lack of potassium, but that error has already been fixed :) the girl has already started sugar leaves :)

I use Jacks aqua gold at 2.5 grams per gallon Epson salt 5g per gallon and jacks 15-0-0 2.5g per gallon. I ran out of advanced nutrients 3 part and will not be purchasing more. I will harvest everything on the 12th. Might pick off some of them before depending. I am not flushing but reducing ec. Currently feeding 1.2 ec
