This week I’m glad I’ve spent time looking at my plants every time I cypher blunts w em because I wouldn’t have spotted seeds growing since their sacs are soo green it hides em pretty well. As you probably may have guessed I banished it from my tent & have cleaned my tent thoroughly to ensure there are no chances my females can get so much as get a whiff of it. Now as I said in my diary last week I was kinda bummed out that I couldn’t at least benefit from one plant giving me seeds but now I have been given a chance to reap something I had no idea I’d been sowing this whole time least of all the strain that wreaks of a very sticky & bubbalicious odor even with the most minimal contact. I must say it was a blessing in disguise cuz tbh them seeds ain’t cheap & as much as the wait may be worth it any & every grower novice (myself) to pro needs a stash on hand at all x to be able to grow or experiment with. It get cold up here in the winter so I be bored in the house on em snow days. As always there’s always something new each week & this week I’ll have to say the terpinator has not disappointed. I have been using far more little in terms of nutrient doses through out this grow as I realized the automatic spray bottle I have is nearly 3 liters & I've only been administering the minimal doses/liter as instructed in the grow diary nutrients chart into the near 3 gal bottle this whole time!! Not going to go crazy & double up but before I up the dosage I’ll perform a very thorough flush from rain in the forecast to reset its Ph. Can’t wait to see how both male & female turbo diesel strains differ in development in the 8 remaining weeks.

Week 16 (Harvest) 1-2 Drying day 1 Temperature: 24.5 to 19.5 degrees Humidity: 65% to 50% The girls are ready to be harvested! Before chopping them down, i took a lot of pictures. I was able to remove most of the soil from the Biscotti #2 to see the rootball. I hang the plants as a whole to have a slow dry. The exhaust fan is on setting 4. 2-2 Drying day 2 Temperature: 19.1 to 17.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 57% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 2 because setting 4 was a bit high in my opinion. 3-2 Drying day 3 Temperature: 19.9 to 18 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% Today i checked up on the drying plants, and i see there are some buds touching other buds, so i chopped the plants in half. The buds are still to the main stem for a slow dry, but are hanging more spreaded out to prevent any budrot issues. I changed the exhaust fan to setting 1, as someone told me that it was enough air movement for drying. 4-2 Drying day 4 Temperature: 19.8 to 18.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% 5-2 Drying day 5 Temperature: 19.9 to 18.8 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% Today i checked on the drying plants and the buds are shrinking a bit, they are getting a little bit crispy on the outside aswell, I hope they wont dry as fast, and i aim for a 12/14 day dry. For the next grow i already germinated 2x Chemdog (GreenHouseSeeds) 2x Gorilla Kush (GanjaFarmerSeeds) and 1x Deep Candy CBD (GreenHouseSeeds) And I have some upgrades planned aswell! I bought a autopot kit with 4 15L pots, this way the plants will have water and air 24/7 whenever they need it. I have seen alot of great results using autopots so i am very exited to try it out! Plants are looking good overall, screen is in place and plants are being weaved through for Scrog. We are waiting to fill the screen a wee bit more before we flip. Being RDWC these girls will definitely get much bigger through there stretch so we will probably flip to flower next week but we will see. They are starting to suck up the water fairly good now and I’m adding about 2-3 gal of 3/4 strength nute’d water every 2-3 days now roughly.

Nuevo cultivo, volví a plantar Jamaican Dream, está vez solo se hará LST y defoliación, nada de apical(Main Lining). Se ha aprendido de errores y atrasos del cultivo anterior, esperando no cometerlos en este cultivo. Para este cultivo de usarán los nutrientes de la línea Grotek(mega pack), además de micorrizas great white. Las semillas germinaron al tercer día de plantadas en el sustrato, al igual que el cultivo anterior. Esperaré a que crezcan hasta unos 3 nodos para hacer transplante a maceteros definitivos de 18 litros. Germ2, han estirado suficiente para remover el plástico, se regaron con agua de osmosis con CalMag a 0.6 EC y pH 6.5, se espolvoreó great white en el sustrato. Se instalo un humidificador en el indoor y se bajó a un 70-80% la potencia del LED. Germ3, se mantienen en 80% de humedad a 23 grados, se humedece el sustrato. Germ6, están creciendo al ritmo esperado, se humedeció el sustrato, los parámetros están correctos. Germ8, primer riego con Vitamax Pro y SoloTek Grow de Grotek, 0.8 EC, y un poco de great white en polvo al sustrato. Creciendo bien.

Week 3 - Transplant to fabric pots Transplanted the ladies in to 17L fabric pots. Used GHF BioGrow and BioBloom in a 2:1 ratio 1g per L to unamended coco-perlite (70/30) mix with extra worm castings. Turned the wattage up on my ballasts to 400W each. The ladies have finally settled in their final pots and the are happy in their new environment. I also performed LST by tucking fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the bud sites.

Ya entramos en la 4º semana y que feliz estoy😃 A pesar del mal tiempo, la pequeña Zami aguantó bastante bien y con muy buenos resultados para lo que cabía esperar 💪 Ella ha estado dentro de casa cada día de lluvia y cada día nublado pero con su aporte de luz correspondiente 😎 Tengo que decir que cada día leo más y más sobre el cultivo de estas bellezas y cada vez estoy más enamorado de ellas y con muchas ganas de comenzar diferentes proyectos 😍 Como digo, estoy aprendiendo muchísimo sobre este arte y poco a poco vamos a ir aumentando la información a medida que vaya aprendiendo cosas 😎 Esta semana, tuve la suerte de comprar un termo-higrómetro para controlar tanto la temperatura como la humedad y un medidor de PH y EC para el control del agua y los nutrientes 🙌 Por suerte, esta nueva semana vienen buenos tiempos y mucho sol, con temperaturas en exterior de 25-28ºC (77-82,4ºF) y HR de 40-60% 👏 Sus noches, ella duerme en un cuarto totalmente a oscuras durante 10h sin ninguna interrupción de luz y con una temperatura controlada de 20ºC (68ºF) y HR 50%. No puedo darle más horas de luz porque no puedo controlar el sol 😅 cuando pueda controlarlo os lo comunico 😆 Por otro lado, su PH Sigue correcto, por el momento PH 6 así que intentaré mantenerlo por ahora. Contiene una EC de 1.4 (700 PPM) por lo que también estoy feliz. Iremos aumentando esta a medida que vaya creciendo y pidiendo más. Por el momento va perfecto 👌 Siempre me gusta comentar que “Zami” escucha música todos los días y se la ve muy contenta y agradecida. También la cuento historias aunque no estoy seguro si me viene mejor a mí que a ella 😂 el caso es que tenemos muy buena relación, yo hablo y ella escucha 😊 Esta semana la toca cambiar a la maceta geotextil 11L de Zamnesia. Es cierto que a ella no la gustan los trasplantes y puede que se estrese un poco, pero su casa ahora es demasiado pequeña (3-4L) para crecer fuerte y sana 😕 Esperemos que responda bien al cambio y no sufra mucho. Hemos aumentado de 0.3l/día a 0.5l/día dándola un pequeño aporte de nutrientes 2 veces a la semana en cantidad de 1ml/l 💪 Día 23: Hoy se ha levantado mas contenta y bien espigada, lo que me hace madrugar y levantarme de muy buen humor cuando la veo 😍 es una maravilla. Hoy el día se presenta muy bueno con temperaturas entre 18-30ºC y HR entre 30-70%. El sol a salido desde las 7 a.m y durará hasta las 9 p.m (14h de sol). Día 24: He regulado el pH del agua a 6 exactos para tener una mejor conductividad de los nutrientes ya que hemos aumentado el PPM a 800. se la ve muy sana y feliz. Hoy a empezado a oler muy muy rico, pero todavía muy suave. Está empezando a dar sus primeros pasos de adulta 😄 Día 25: La pequeña Zami crece sin parar y parece que responde bien a la subida de EC. El tiempo esta jugando a nuestro favor con unas temperaturas bastante buenas que se mantienen entre 25-30ºC. Ella comenzó la semana con 8cm de altura y en mitad de su cuerta semana tiene 12cm 👌 Día 26: Es increíble el crecimiento que esta llevando a cabo. Acaba de sacar sus primeros pistilos con lo cual parece que esta respondiendo bastante bien a su cuidado. Una maravilla 😊 Día 27: El ritmo de crecimiento sigue siendo muy bueno, los pistilos siguen aumentando. Me preocupa unas manchas que le han salido en las hojas inferiores que no se muy bien como identificar, esperemos que no sea nada 🙏 Día 28: Parece seguir creciendo sin ningún tipo de problemas y las manchas no van en exceso. Todo va sobre ruedas y el olor es una auténtica maravilla. Deseando ver de lo que es capaz esta Gorilla Glue de Zamnesia y con muchas ganas de empezar su 1° semana en floración. Espero que siga portandose como hasta ahora 😊

Day 105. I do not have enough experience to tell if that is a long time to finish for an autoflower. 2 Days ago I added 8 liters of water pH'd at 5.9. I'm also curious of anyone knows if this strain produces amber colored thrichomes. I've read some stuff on the internet that certain strains produce almost none at all. I can't tell of people are telling the truth or I just should have more patience and wait for them to show up. The close-up pictures you see are from day 105. Almost all her sugar leafs are yellowish or completely yellow btw. I forgot to make recent pics of the cola's. I'll add some of day 103. On a sidenote, by the looks of it, the buds are still gaining some nice mass and density. The runoff had an us/cm of 4500... Like I said before, my meter must be broken, right? After 48 hours of flushing I'll just change the water for pH'd at 5.9. Does anyone know what kind of bugs are in the runoff? The video is of the water that came out of the bucket. I've seen them before for did not capture them. Girls are stretching 4-6 inches daily having to bend some to keep them from light burn.I cant believe the pace they are stretching almost double any other strain ive grown .this strain is awsome 5-6 more weeks till harvest

👉The daily routine of twice daily fertigation has given me a small insight as to what Phil Conners may have gone thru. There has been promising changes however that re-assure me that the plant is indeed maturing and will finish soon. The top leaves are starting to fade, and a couple of amber trichomes have been spotted! So far the amber color is light, almost yellow, and should darken up a bit by harvest time. At the rate they seem to be getting cloudy/milky I could be harvesting in as little as 3 days, but that is just wishful thinking I'm sure. I'm hoping no more than 10 more days. But I will let the plant decide...as long as there are only a few clears and the rest cloudy then I will harvest. 👉I took one small cola tip bud from an upper level, secondary branch. It weighed 30g with leaves, 10g trimmed and when dried to 20% should be 2g. I did this to be able to inspect the buds with a little more stability when using the USB scope. Those pix are the first 6 on this page. 👉Nutrient mix is the same recipe: week 11 on the General hydroponics flora series drain to waste chart. I reduced the concentration to 1ms from 1.3. The saturation level for the pot is averaging around 1lt per fertigation. I give it 2.5l at lights on, and 2L 1-2hrs before lights off. For some reason this grow session there is a persistent/prolific algea growth on the outside of the pot (cloth pot). I have the same fan setup Ive been using all year. It may be that when I didnt spray the pot off for a couple week the algea got a firm hold on the pot. I use a pressure sprayer with a H2O2 solution (1gallon water with 60ml h202) to spray off the exterior of the pot every couple days. THis keeps it at bay somewhat. After harvest I will cut open the cloth pot to see if the algea extends inside the pot any and if has affected the roots. 👉 While trichome hunting is very kewl if good pictures are taken, its very frustrating to get a decent pic due to any slight shake causes the pic to blur. When doing daily eye loop inspections I dont turn off the grow lights or fans. But when trying to get pix I turn off all the fans and both grow lights. This helps a little when trying to take pix with the USB scope.I have the small scope mounted on a tripod and that eliminate my own movement, but just trying to focus proves to be tedious because any touch causes the image to shake wildly, which results in very slow progress as I search around the plant and try for decent pix. Today I got a tube extension set for my 35mm DSLR. It turned my regular 55mm lens into a macro lens. While its not the same as a regular macro lense, its way cheaper....35$ for the tube set as opposed to 300$ for an actual macro lens. THe high resolution allows me to get sharp images with a deeper feild of focus than the scope. I still need lots of practice and need to work on lighting. I included some cropped and un-cropped macro shots done with the camera. The other macro shots are the USB scope. You can see its still got plenty of clear, lots of cloudy, and an amber here or there. The areas that I have touched have strands of resin that look almost like spider silk. SOOOOOO frosty! Santa is going to really enjoy his milk and cookies when he visits my house.
