🌸 Flowering Week 7 – Progress Update • Overall Development: Plants are showing signs of severe environmental and physiological stress rather than natural ripening. The "Fade" is premature and driven by nutrient lockout and heat damage. • Leaf Condition: Extreme tacoing and necrosis on the upper canopy confirm that the light/heat levels have compromised the plant's health. • Abnormal Senescence: The yellowing is inconsistent and accompanied by burnt edges, indicating a pH or EC imbalance in the substrate. • Right-side Decline: Certain phenotypes continue to wilt, likely due to localized root zone failure or excessive moisture from the dense cover crops.

December 4th:starting in the winter, veg and bloom will happen under 400watt hps to keep the grow room warm. the seeds have been germinating for 2 days with the wet paper towel technique, they got root and are now in soil and the rockwool cube. for now im just waiting for the seeds to show root coming out of the rockwool, then i transplant to the netpot with clay pellets straight in the dwc, untill then they get fluorescent light (max 7 days) these are autoflowers so they get 18 or 20 hours light. nutrients General hydroponics three part :micro gro bloom and calmag water: rainwater (25ppm) i hope the room wont cool of too much when the lights go out. Day 1 (December 5) seeds start to come above the rockwool and the soil Day 2 (december 6) stems start to stretch i give them both pure rain water with 100ppm calmag when they feel dry. Day 4 (december 8) still no root visible out of the rockwool Day 5 (december 9) root visible outside of rockwool cube and transplant to the 55Liter rdwc air pumps 10l/minute Day 7 (december 11) root comes trough netpot, i lowered the water by removing 3Liters

Bloom W6 Fastbuds Mendo Frost ❄️❄️ 16.5 Temperaturen sinken langsam wieder. Es werden die nächsten Tage zwischen 25-30°C Ab jetzt wird nur mit PH (6,5) regulierten Wasser gegossen. Farben sind im Wechsel, Blätter und Blüten bekommen eine schöne Färbung 🤗

I started picking for forbidden fruits the day after last week’s post, checking the colas with the scope and only picking tops that were approx 10-20% amber. As I snipped colas I also removed a lot of upper fan leaves, this is to allow light to reach lower buds for a final ripening. Once picked, I placed approx 100g in each brown paper bag, folded the top and sat on a rack. I slowly rolled the bags around once or twice a day just so the buds didn’t stick together. Seems to have worked well, no dreaded hay smell to note and nicely dried. I think I’ll be taking some more colas tops off in a few days time and I’ll keep the plants alive for another week or two, depending on how fast they come along. I have 4 Mimosa EVO (no diary) about 7 weeks into veg at the moment and I think it would be nice to give them another 2 weeks as I need big plants to make clones from them, ready for the next diary coming soon... hopefully with successfully taken clones 😊

Super hot the last week 32c, coming along, no issues. Some light LST using bud clips, light defoliating on growth tips below canopy. Drip irrigation, top dress of Gaia Green 50/50 AP/PB and spray of LCPT.

Vegetationswoche 10 - 12.06. – 19.06.2026 Diese Woche lief alles wie gewohnt weiter. Ich habe die Triebe weiter unter dem Netz verteilt, hier und da etwas entlaubt und das Klee-Cover-Crop erneut gestutzt. Ansonsten gab es nichts Besonderes zu tun. Die Utopia Haze wächst weiterhin gesund und füllt die Fläche langsam immer weiter aus. Im Vergleich zu meinem letzten Grow mit der King Juice fällt mir allerdings auf, dass die Utopia etwas langsamer wächst. Die Triebe sind stärker verzweigt, etwas steifer und lassen sich nicht ganz so leicht über die Fläche ziehen. Dadurch dauert das Füllen des Netzes etwas länger als gewohnt. Ansonsten sieht die Pflanze weiterhin topfit aus und entwickelt sich genau in die Richtung, die ich mir vorgestellt habe. Jetzt heißt es weiter wachsen lassen und beobachten.

I'm not sure if it's just water spots from my helper's carelessly watering causing water spots from the Nutrient solution or the start of a PM infection. I also sprinkled with a little more White Dutch Clover seed on top soil. 9/17 - Day 39: I installed the new 320w GeekLight in the 24" x 48" veg tent. GOOD NEWS: I upgraded the 24"x48" tent to Samsung LM301H boards. I ordered a 320w straight single piece heatsink with 3 boards from Geeklight. I went with the 3k spectrum and switchable UV/IR since all my autoflowers bloom under this light. $306 USD after all is said and done. After last weeks defoliation I am stoked to see the progress in their growth, opened them up nicely and exposed all the remaining bud sites to some good light 😁... I have around 4-5 weeks left from here, super keen to see what these ladies can do 😁

This week went well for the Durban Nights. Not much to report, she hit day 14 today and is working on her 3rd node, I will transplant her in 48 hours, then hopefully top her in about a week or less. I will wait for her to grow at least 7 nodes so I am sure her roots are solid before the topping, but she will absolutely explode after transplanted into coco coir so that shouldnt be a problem. I will also complete the first two sets of toppings at the 3rd node, so that should shave a little time off as well as I previously completed the 2nd and 3rd toppings at the 5th and 3rd node to further spread out the plant. Super excited for this strain as it is a cross of Durban Thai and Jack Herer which are two of my favorite Sative Strains. I hope everyone has a safe weekend. End of week 6, start of week 7 now, going to be flipping today, all the plants are very healthy, deep green with no signs of any issues, the net is mostly filled out and should hopefully get near full coverage by continued tucking through nthe stretch period. The food has been switched to base nutrients better suited for flower, will be using big bud and overdrive from the advanced line. Wish me look on the next phase 😀

16.4.25: As mentioned last week I top dressed with a mix of canna terra plus dry amendments. The soil is very waterlogged and, as a result, has started to grow some mould/mildew on the top layer. I decided to scrape off as much mould as I could, then redress by mixing in some coco and perlite. This should aerate the soil, and prevent the water retention becoming excessive. 23.4.25: I hope everyone had a great 420! HulkBerry has grown significantly since last week. She is now exceeding the perimeter of the 8 Gallon pot. The leaves are looking good to me. It's not too dark, but still luscious in appearance. I have barely given any water, as unfortunately I had overwatered when I top dressed. The top dress was not my usual substrate and, unfortunately, ended up growing mould on the surface. I removed the top soil to take away the mould. Then I replaced it with 2 Inches of Canna coco and perlite 60/40%. I did not add any amendments to this. Nutrients; Cal-Mag amino acids and Ecothrive Biosys. I watered 2 litres yesterday, and today, I am going to LST for the 1st time. It needs to be done ASAP now, before she begins to flower. I'm just aiming to open her up and keep the tops at an even height. I'm happy with this plant her structure is lovely, and uniform. Which I hope to maintain. Back from a short trip and they’re looking great! Looking ahead to my schedule, it became apparent I was going to need to harvest sooner rather than later if I wanted to be at my house for the first week or drying. Trichs were about 50% milky and maybe 5% amber on average. I decided I’d be staging th harvest over a few days. I was going to try washing them prior to drying to make sure the pm is neutralized and because two of the outdoor ones are probably covered in city soot 🙃.

6 out of 8 plants in pre-flowering, i replaced my humidifier with the dehumidifier, very present smell when I open the tent, a little early like my last crop. ⚠️ Day 26: Green gelato is hermaphrodite, destruction of the Green gelato, burial of a northern light.

Yesterday I discovered that, in order to change my timer, I didn't put the clock back onto it. Now they had 3 hours more light on the third day of flowering. Exactly the kind of oopsies this grow really doesn't need. But it happened and all back on a normal schedule, but I hope the OHS en GG4 aren't affected by it too much... One accidental re-vegging is more than enough for a year. Also, these sensitive strains can hermie on me for lesser reasons so from now on I'll be checking for male signs daily. The XTraKush is performing as advertised, with enormous stretch, these plants can go 10 ft up according to the breeder. So I'm tying them down and managing this to fill out the space. With all the stuff going on, this 'underdog' strain might even prove most resilient, when all is said and done. They seem to respond really well to the SP-3000 light and If you are in the market for a new light, consider this option from Mars Hydro.
