Week 10 Flower — The Beauty Before the Finish This week marks a very special chapter in the Eternity Grow Cup. As we approach harvest, the garden is simply glowing with beauty. Every corner, every canopy, every branch tells a story — and this week, I’ve taken the time to slow down and capture that story as best I can through the lens of my camera. All the photos you’ll see in this update were taken with care and intention. I use my Sony camera in full manual focus mode, and I don’t just snap and go — I spend time with each plant, each angle, waiting for that perfect moment when everything aligns. These are not just photos to document — they’re my attempt to reflect the feeling of the room, the energy of the grow, and the soul of each plant. Just like with the videos, I don’t shoot randomly and decide later. I record what matters, and what I record, I use. It keeps me focused, organized, and deeply connected to the process — and I believe it helps me tell the story more clearly, whether through stills or moving pictures. All five Runtz phenos are finishing beautifully. Each one expressing unique traits, but all carrying the same stunning quality — dense, clean, colorful, resin-rich flowers that fill the room with pride. But for those who love the details, the full spread of pictures is right here, as always. t this point in flower, the girls are not eating — they’re just drinking clean water with nothing but System Clean in the reservoir, at a rate of 0.25 ml per liter. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. For me, the trade-off is worth it — the plants are expressing themselves beautifully, finishing strong, and packing on the final magic. Now it’s your turn — I’d love to hear from you. Found a male in the garden, and removed him. Wish I had the set up to try breeding, I would love to put some of these boys to use. The other 4 phenos are expressing female.

Last few weeks have been fantastic and I can't wait to see how they all respond to the first big stress event. Topping any sites that are at canopy while letting the rest develop but keeping the best 6 primaries and keeping it nice and simple. 3/9 ok so I kept more than 6 on these, I think there's one of them that has 7 but the rest all have 8-9 main branches, if they were within 3-5" of the top of the canopy I just kept them, that much variation will even itself out with just some slight bending. 3/12: So I've topped all primaries once now, should be 14-18 new tops on all of these, I'm hoping to top again next week assuming they can keep growing 1" per day, that should give me an excellent structure for a big fat canopy in the flower room.

she's grown so nice ...topped her at the third node...spilled a little bit of nutes on one of the leaves any suggestions on what to do? cut it off leave alone? fan leaves are really nice and big..i also have a container with eggshells and banana peels fermenting in water that i mix in with her nutes..

2nd topped on day 20 and she is reacted well to HST, she is too busy with growing, there is no time to get stunted. I give her 1/3 of the feed schedule’s recommendation. Soon I will switch to bottom feed. DLI has been set to 30. Day 26 - today I installed the Megapot system. She has been transplanted from a 5 gal bag to a 6 gal one, it was quite a torture I must say. More stress for the plant. I had to do this for the better drainage. Was it a stupid move? We shall see.

Continuing LST and FIMING, was gone for a week so they were hungry. Alternated a few days later with boogie brew. Topped a few times ans really getting a flat bushy canopy. Excited to see the yield on this pretty lady.

Flowering in full effect...still no need for watering because of rain...found some molasses so it a sweet treat today.

Ah, another week gone by. Not seeing the kind of growth I'd like to out of UKBS this week but hey, it's all free seeds to me. This week's timelapse is also out. The plants will be transplanted sometime this week, perhaps tomorrow or the next day. Going to update throughout the week, as usual. -3/4/2021 - Repotted and topped all 4 ladies, used great white myco and remo's nature's candy to try and lessen the stress. - (As of now all nutrient concentrations are PER PLANT as I've switched to individually feeding and watering each plant.) -Carl 1 now in 5 gal fabric -Carl 2 now in 4 gal peat pot -UKBS 1 now in 3 gal fabric pot -UKBS 2 now in 4 gal plastic pot Hoping to see some explosive growth after the top recovery out of the 2 carls at the very least, and the UKBS would be a nice bonus to see booming. -3/8/2021 - Turns out the tops were more of a FIM, save for UKBS 1 which was topped properly.

Moved to a bigger tent. My intention is since I have this tent for sawing aluminium, and not using it at the moment, that id see how a space would reduce my need to dehumidify (since i am using co2 - fans are on only at night). Its now at a stable 1.1 without a need to de-and humidify. going to finish off this week and then start to flower next week. I plan to have 32 total apical tips. 4x4x2 = 32. and letting those grow out to about 3 nodes b4 flipping to flower or maybe in a week. we'll see.

pretty bummed out the other 2 plants that are flowering in the same tent as these mixed autos both might have hermed on me so i had to chop them early. the 2 mixed autos are looking a little droopy / sad so i really hope they didn't get pollinated. we went on a trip to colorado this week and i didnt have anyone to watch the plants or water them but i figured they would be fine being as we were only gone 3.5 days. well when i got back they looked fine and i only had enough water for the mixed pack plants. i waited until morning for the banana pp and regular purple punch and then they both started feeling almost crunchy on top so i did some investigating and i found a few nanners . i chopped right away and am praying for the best. one of these has some copperish hue to the tips on the newer growth? im not sure what that means im seeing maybe too much iron? i really need to calibrate my ph pen so i can pay more attention to it. i have been getting disttilled water jugs so its usually at 7 and im assuming the nutrients bring it down some but i rarely check because i never trust if the pen is on or not lol. thinking about going organic to avoid dealing with ph at all.

Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. This plant streched a lot the last week, she's showing quite some 'white hairs' already and she's nice and green, the weather has been good these days, hopefully it stays like this 😁
