Day 42 - Kinda crazy how fast it's gotten to be day 42 (the meaning of life - *) in the grow. Haven't watered yet. Plan on doing that with the above nutrient schedule tomorrow or the day after. And I think that might be the last time I give any nutrients to the plant. Pistils are beginning to curl, and I've seen (just a few) amber tirchomes on one bud. I want to harvest on the earlier side because I don't want this harvest to have a big couch-lock effect. Prefer a more cerebral high, although some bodily relaxation is nice too. So I think I will be harvesting at the latest by April 10th (Day 56). Of course I will continue to watch how the plant develops and if no further trichomes are turning yellow/brown in a week, I'll wait longer. The trichomes on the sugar leaves have a wonderful lemon citrus smell by the way. Not what I was expecting, but that's fine 😛 Day 45 - Made a video of the trichomes. They definitely look cloudy enough to me. No more nutes for sure, harvest in 10 days max I think.

Week Nutrients The plant did not need any nutrition and water in those days. Last watering done on the 16th and next on the 23rd. The broken branch recovers well and with a light resin forming on the buds. PPFD avg 680 Avg temp 24ºC Avg RH - 55%

There all going steady this an aquaponic setup any questions or advise an comments would be appreciated happy growing!!

This video was taken just before the chop. It took me forever to cut the first branch __she seemed too pretty to touch with scissors. Feelings aside now. Time slipped again and it turned out to be her 9th week. Trichome checks were tricky because of the side lighting, often too close to the plant, so they were not consistently filling up__mea culpa. If I only had more space… & had not damaged the main stem… As for patching up the broken stem, I am not sure it was a great idea. She grew OK, but the stem at the patch spot looked like it had maybe 40% living tissue left. BAK__ more in a jiff.👽

Ginger Nut Cookies 23rd Jan 2020 Seems like I got another mutated plant to play with 😬 The top leaf which was the second set to appear is mutated and similiar to one of the Sour diesel autos Im growing which is apparently a polyploid. As you can see in the above pics I removed the weird leaf and I now have two distinct tops rather than the usual one forming. They do say two heads are better than one 😀 Anyway I gave this little ginger nut a weak mix of Superthrive and Seaweed solution plus a tiny bit of Great white Mycorrhizae powder. This will be the first documented grow of anything Ive created thru my "Fuck around experiments" I call them that because I really dont have any plans or goals as far as breeding is concerned other than learning how it is all done. When Australia finally bites the bullet and goes legal I want to have the basic skills needed to create my own seeds for my own use. Basically a strain that is well acclimatised to my environment with maximum potency , flavour and terpene profile. But most importantly for me is a strain that is a IBL and Homozygous, so that I get very similiar results every time I grow it. Anyway Thats enough of my rambling lets get down to the Music part of this weeks update. I hope you liked the AC/DC I played last week , This week is INXS probably our greatest export music wise other than the Beegees I suppose. Sadly Michael hutchence the lead singer of INXS died in an apparent accidental misadventure but some say it was suicide . We'll never know for sure. Que pasa familia, vamos con la décima semana de floración de estas Barcelona Puff feminizadas de Seedstockers. Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 25/21 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 75% de potencia. De momento tienen un buen color, la flor está madurando y a tricomado bastante, por el momento todo bien. Starting to do extremely light lollipopping only for leaves blocking budsites or budsites that will not get enough light Day 35: #2 is starting to smell of limonene. #1 and #3 are like 3-5 days behind #2 in terms of flowering. #3 is very slow and the runt of the bunch. Hoping for 3-5 more weeks of flowering before I cut them down. Will likely cut #2 a few days before the others.
