Lowered the feed this week to 700 ppm then just plain water with no run off for the last 3 days. Two of the plants could have done with going for another week or two but time constraints mean I had to chop now . There very frosty and smell like gelato with funky gas hints , I have 6 phenotypes so I'm expecting some variations. There now hanging at 18°c and 60% humidity . Hopefully I can get some nice dry nug shots before the judging , there close but not dry yet ..

Start of week 6 now, Not sure if this is technically in the flowering stage yet, but def seeing more of the white white pistils. Accidentally overdid it a little on nutrients so had a good flush with some ph balanced water and all seems good, just 1 or 2 burn spots on a leaf here and there. Dialling it all back to keep it safe at the moment. I've had to bend the tallest plant over and am using my tent net to secure it for now. Included a few vids this time, so feel free to let me know if you spot any issues. Smell is now noticeable if I leave my grow tent open whilst watering, so glad I got a carbon filter. :D Also had to get a bit inventive to shift the LED lights up a bit as Im using a 160 CM tall tent. I am planning to bend most of the tops down to the net hight, so hopefully this will keep things from getting light burn as still have about 25 inches of space from the net to the LED its self. Watering is around 600 Ml per pot per 24 hrs just now. Edit: 04/09/18 Added 2 more pics, mostly on some of the lowest leafs, noticed some marks, thankfully just 1 or 2, so not widespread and could equally just be a bit of nutrient burn, but thought Id post to see if anyone notices something I dont.

Everything is doing good despite me not having ac at the moment! House has been staying at 85 degrees so the plants are happy at least. Plan on solving the ac issue by next week to start possibly flowering soon 🤞🤞. No health issues to report, just added another fx3 to the 3x3 to have 2 different phenos!

Gold Sativa is doing well. I increased nutrition, and I may of been too strong. Been following the routine I been doing through grow with solution changes. She looks pretty happy, and the Spider Farmer SE5000 light is at a good sweet spot for her. She is in a New Level Hydro bucket. It was a easy strain to grow and was happy with the several watering she needed! I was feeding her every couple of days and she rewarded me with some immense dense buds! I have one more of this strain that might be heavier! I just got done with my 2nd plant and she was a big one! Got 792grams or 27 Ozas Wet weight! My best so far with a 5 plant limit this is the weight of only 2 of the 5 I grew..

We start growing again, next a really hot summer!! Peace!

She grew 17cm this week. Over doubled her height. Lets see what she does in the next couple of weeks. I note she got a LOT bushier. Also her leaves are VERY broad and indica like for such a sativa strain! 😶

Hello and welcome to week 8. Enigma is on day 53 now and has partially recovered from the burn. Hopefully she will steady up as she goes. I thinn 3 or 4 weeks is what we can expect. The Plants are healthy

Week 3 update, so far so good. Observed both plants have shot up in height exponentially roughly 4 to 6 inches between both of them. The larger one has essentially taken 3/4 of the tent surface area and is growing rapidly with tons of bud sights appearing. the smaller one is showing good growth as well but has essentially been outcompeted overall. both are growing tons of hair and there smell characteristics are pretty different overall. I'm sure they'll only get more pungent. the one on the left has more of a catpissy lemon thing going on and the big one is like pine, sweet, limes. Pictures will show smaller one appears more green. I've noticed yellowing on the lower foliage of the one plant around mid week and after speaking with a fellow companion I've decided to stop dropping ph to 5.8 and really just focus at 6.0. I've also started using sturdy stalk after considering the benefits and raised the light around 4 inches. No complaints so far

Germinated went well both seeds germinated in abt 3 days in Water ac infinity tent coming in soon so I’ll be transferring it to the tent around Wednesday.

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. It has continued to be Too Hot here in the UK, so in an effort to mitigate further foxtailing (and after a nine-day flush) I think we’re ready to harvest!

Introduced low stress training to the plants. Notices some nitrogen toxicity so cut out the gro to utilise the nitrogen from the micro & bloom. Spray the canopy lightly with the canna cure.

Aug 9: defoliated again to remove lower branches and shaded fan leaves that can prevent air circulation. She is doing great with the buds thickening fast. Starting to get smelly too. Got the UV lights out today. This helps Edmonton in August or September be more like California in June or July. Maybe not that effective but that’s the idea. Second year using the UV lights and worked great last year. Aug 10: UV lights going again today.
