Nine weeks since the switch and the Runtz have had 7 weeks of actual flowering. I've noticed more trichomes were produced, wich I checked and most of them were still clear, maybe 10-20% was getting milky and very few were amber. I want to see way more amber before harvest, so +/- 70 days of 12/12 will be needed. This week was the last time I gave them nutrients. That was on the first day. The rest of the week I gave them ph adjusted tapwater every other day. (ec 0.5 – ph 6.24) Next week I'll start flushing with ec levels of 0.3 For that I will use a mix of tap water and demineralized water. 3 liters(0.8 gallon) tapwater and 2 liters (0.5 gallon) of demineralized water gives a 0.3 ec level. The distance between the cobs and the plants got a bit higher, from 48cm(19inch) to 55cm (21.5 inch) and the power of the cobs was reduced to 300watt. My GG4 mother plant is doing better than I could have ever hoped for,I have never grown a plant this bushy in my entire life!!! She reeks of skunk and burnt rubber already at the end of week 1 of flower. I'm really hoping she finishes before I go on vacation october 9th 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I have been moving my plants around with my new plant dolly and chasing the sun around my entire yard daily in hopes i get some bigger more dense buds😅 we shall see

Day 43 - Starting week 7 and she’s looking good. She’s starting to stretch more every day and flowers are starting to fatten up a bit. Gonna continue with the foxfarm feeding schedule. Can’t wait for her to finish! Day 44 - The room is really starting to smell amazing. Just keeping on with the foxfarm nute schedule until she’s ready to be cut in a couple more weeks. Still plenty of fattening and growing to go. Day 45 - No major changes, she’s just chugging along. Gave a feeding of just water today and tomorrow will be the foxfarm feeding. I love her look and the smell starting to really come from her. Day 46 - No major changes, just continuing to fatten, grow and definitely getting really frosty! Day 47 - What can I say? This thing is an amazing grow and smelling amazing. She just growing and fattening each day. Still to early to really look at the trichs but wanted to look anyway. Got a few decent pics and there’s a few cloudy ones in there. Gave her straight pH’d water today and tomorrow and will give another feeding on Saturday. Day 48 - No big changes, just continuing to fatten up. Held off on watering today, she didn’t really drink munch compared to the GC. Will give her an actual “feeding” tomorrow. Day 49 - All is looking good and she’s plumping up each day. Gave her the foxfarm feeding today. Tomorrow starts week 8 so will continue with the feeding schedule until the end. She’s really starting to smell up the room in my house and loving it.

So I had a few issue. I over watered early on, took them out the seed tray early, started feeding them a week or two late, no humidifier yet but they recovered well.

Her buds have fattened up very nice!!! Almost all her pistols have changed colors and curled in. I hope im not to late, but this week will be her last feeding then good ol plain ph'd water until she is ready to chop. She smells so strong of cookies and cream and gas⛽ she is going to be a decent yielder but an even better smoke!!! Super easy plant to grow. Super stoked with 420 fast buds!!

Wish the buds would have got a little bigger but feel like that’s particularly my fault for a short Veg but overall I am blow away by the outcome for all the seeds to just be random bag seeds! 2 of the plants are drying now 3rd one will be cut tomorrow & the other 2 got probably 2 more weeks! Will do a taste & smoke report and also give a weight as soon as they dry & cure a little bit but honestly couldn’t be happier with my first grow! Extremely happy with the out come this is honestly some of the best bud I have ever smoked! Amazing to me this came from a random bag seed, it has a very citrusy flavor, smells & smokes amazing! Honestly a 10/10 in my book, wish I could knew what strain this was so I could grow it again!😫❄️✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 3 Dry weight 34g, smells & look phenomenal, the buds are much smaller & had the smallest yield so far but this is by far the best smelling so far! Hello and Welcome back 🌱 It‘s now 7 days ago since I put them in Water to Germinate and now it‘s their 5th day of growing. Yesterday, they got their first 4 hours of darkness and now i‘m slowly going down to 18/6 light schedule. I admit, the environment was sometimes very off due to experiments with VPD and leaf temperatur but I think I can dile it in correctly for this growing stage and beyond (hopefully). I was trying to see what happens if I stress them a little and hoped they would grow faster but they 100% didn‘t like it. They heat up pretty fast when the Air is too hot and dry because the roots are not developed and the plant is not established enough. An established plant can stay outside in the heat of the sun and still have cool leaves. So my environment for this stage is as above (27°C,70%RH). Light at 15000 Lux (≈370 ppfd) a little high but I‘ve noticed some stretching and I asumed they wanted more light and I really don’t want any more stretching. My media comes without nutriens so i feed little amounts of it every time they dry out enough. This is a Indica dominant strain so I asume they will stay fairly smal. Btw. If anybody wonders if CO2 bags work, check out the Video I uploaded. They are still seedlings (not really in Veg yet) and so i‘m treating them as such for the rest of the week. Root developement is now the top priority wich, if you didn‘t know, is better in a smal pot first because they are more likely to develope secondary roots but we’ll see. I heard It‘s like topping just underneath the plant. When they are ready to be transplanted I most likely will take the first three. Update: I did all the preperations for Transplant bc I was worried about root bound. I took Nr. 4 out and washed it as carefully as I could to expose the roots. Some of them got stuck on harder peaces of dirt and got ripped off. But it looks like alot of secondary roots developed instead of just one long taproot, wich is nice. I assume i can transplant them in the next few days. I rearanged the plants according to the Lux reading, wich is highest in the middle so the bigger plants (Nr.1 and Nr. 3) went to the sides. Maybe Nr.1 got the „smal“ genetics and it’s not anything environmental. thanks for following along this far and happy growing! Update: hey guys so yesterday I noticed, that the roots are coming out of the bottom. They were trying to get to the bottom of the three pots 😭 i had to do an emergency Transplant wich went very bad because they were stuck in the little pots. I don‘t think i‘m going to use these kind of pots anymore because they were not easy to get out. I even dropped Nr. 3 but luckily nothing bad happened. After the transplant both Nr. 1 and 2 were already ready to get more light. But Nr.3 was turning away from the light and the leaves were hanging down. So to lower the stress and encourage root groth I redusced the amount of light to a minimum and lowered the Temperature and highten the RH. This seemed to work well because the leaves were purking up again. The next day after 6-7 hours of darkness they are doing fine again but i‘m going to give them a little longer to establish themselves in the new pot. I changed the light schedule to 18/6 since I had to give them more darkness yesterday. I hope everything goes smothly from now on.

Colas are quite frosty now, though i hoped that they would be more fat by now. I already feed her extra phosphorus and potassium, to help the buds fatten up. Edit: on day 55 I’m beginning to see amber trichomes, so i cleaned out the tank and fed plain ph’ed water with very little nutes. In a couple of days i will give her 2 days in darkness with only water.
