Great stuff, all the seeds are up. One still has it's helmet on, but it'll grow out of it soon. The Carl #2 seed seems to be a mutant of some kind as it has way too many cotyledons. Gave smaller amounts of water while they were seeds, gonna slowly increase to normal now that they've all popped up. I'm gonna start with a very light feeding of bloom ferts to promote rooting, and then use no nutes for the first couple weeks. The plan for these plants will be to try and create as much lateral growth as possible while the weather gets nice outside, then I'll transfer one of the best phenos and one of the not as good phenos to 25gal pots and stick em in the sun. I'm gonna be trying to do pest control with a combination of predator insects and deterrent plants. The main goal of the outdoor grow is to test and develop my IPM skills while trying to grow the biggest plants possible. -2/6/2021 Been a solid week so far, the growth has been fairly vigorous as of last night; it would seem that the root mass finally reached an acceptable size. -2/7/2021 Watered with a bit of bloom nutes and some VeloKelp, shot a timelapse.

Started training this week with bud clips, removed lowest branch and fan leaves on main stalk. Plant is performing well. I'll give it a final topping this week and transplant into 5 gallon pot.

Week 8 summary - another busy first few days of LST and some light pruning. Continuing to spread her out as much as we can, trimming fans where needed to get as much light to as many growth tips as possible. It's been a process lately but it should pay off. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great. I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built. Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes. I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day. Harvest report for Ak47. Breaking ground to harvest was 91 days. Wet weight was 288 grams Dry weight =49g Power used for 13 weeks. 268.1Kw used on lighting. £80.43 at £0.30 a Kw Average 2.946 Kw a day =147 Watts power an hour during lights on. Dry weight from this grow. #1 49g #2 37g #3 46g #4 39g #5 51g #6 52g Total 273g True g/W 273÷147=1.85g/W This was one great grow and there are a few strains I'm really considering running again straight away. This strain is one that I want to grow again but give her a bigger pot. She has grown decent solid buds. One thing I have learnt during this grow is that the idea of cramming 9 autos into my tent was a stupid idea and trialling it with 6 plants was wise.

Began with equal parts of GH at a very diluted concentration. This week, I increased the concentration to the manufacturer's recommended dosage for seedlings (1/4 tsp per gallon).

Gorilla Cookies is starting to bulk. She is looking pretty good considering the navy mites from weeks ago. Leaves are deep green from neem oil. Buds should be free of any oil though. So it should not effect the taste when I get there. She has about a month left to grow roughly. She is under the Spider Farmer G3000 light. It is on 100 percent, and everything is running fairly well now. She is drinking a lot each day. Week 16,.. neglected the diary but they have been tied up to hold the weight as we're falling over, fed properly, looking ok, the bigger one has a bit of yellowing not sure if that's just because nearing the end but yeah, looking forward to getting them down tbh, didn't quite expect 16 weeks and still going, roll on next week

Flower Week 5 Day 35 to 41 - 4/22 to 4/28 They both look extremely healthy this week. The calyx are swelling with maturing hairs, the pistols are orange, the trichomes are mostly white, and the leaves are fading/changing colors - still not ripe enough for me, but flushing with half nute feeds now. Feed this week was an auto pot reservoir flush feed at 400ppm total before add-ins. I used 400ppm of Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 5.8 where Io plan to maintain it until harvest. Next week will continue the same half nute feed. I will continue to monitor the signs of trichomes, pistols, and calyx for a better harvest and allow the buds to mature more.
