Week 3 update and all systems go for launch. We’re flipping to flower exactly 21 days from seed and so far, the mix looks to be impressive. Counting about 4 males (one that won’t make the cut), 2 indica leaning phenos and the rest are sativa leaning. Side branching has also been impressive so we should be able to pull some rootable cuts within the next week or two. If we got the sexes right (it is a little early to be certain), then the dutchy cabinet will be full up for bud testing👍. Next week will tell the tale🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. You can see the nice healthy colour from the Seaweed foliar spray last week, Will keep that up bi weekly until first flower. Another 12 gal of water for each plant this week as there seems to be no end to this drought. Added blood and bone meal to keep the plant going well into the end of august. she's about ready to enter the flowering phase. pistils are coming out and I'm quite happy with the canopy so far. Might improve it this week.

Eventful week for the girls... threw in another 95w LED to finish out flower and to grow an extra plant or two next run. Checked the trics on the leftmost plant and they were almost all cloudy and even starting to turn amber in a couple spots, so I decided it was time to chop her. Probably gonna take the other smaller plant down soon as well. The tallest plant is still looking larfy as hell but I'm hoping she'll thicken up a little over the next week or two.

Growing's been good this week she transitioned to the outside very nicely very easily with little to no stress! She been super easy to this point

Let’s go! Starting indoors and moving outdoors in early veg due to pests

Fast Buds White Widow is a strain that is easy to grow she can handle some stress if you have issues. She makes a massive bud on the main stem mine was 80 grams freshly trimmed!! She doesn't stretch much if your growing in a confined space. I'll repost what the total is dried and cured and smoke report as well. Smoke Report Update she's Earthy, Piney, with sweat citrus flavors, smooth pull, earthy, piney up front then then that sweat citrus when you exhale, really clean and smooth enjoyably smoke hits you quickly and then mellows out she has the ability to change your motivation level but not put you on the couch the rest of the day or night for the most part!!! 70% Indica 30% sativa. The total weight of the grow of 535 grams wet weight, when dried out to it was a total of 178 grams dry. That's a loss of 67% of the weight. She's a plant with thricomes that cover the fat, stinky, and sticky buds. I didn't have any problems with her. She can take some nuts for a autoflower as she never showed any signs of nutrition stress. Easy grow, strong plant, dense sticky buds, she smells sweat with a earthy note. I would recommend to any grower new grower you really can't mess her up, advanced grower she will give you a great harvest. Continue to grow your own medicine if you can or grow for someone you know that can't continue to make a difference in lives!!! Welcome growfessors to week 4F in the 4x8. LSD, Green Crack and Divine storm are showing the most discoloration, however the bud sites continue to bulk up and frost is showing. Both Mandarin dreams strains, 4 of pheno 1 and 2 of pheno 2 all look good, with a bit of discoloration starting to show. A bit of defoliation and removal of any dead leaves. Not much else to say, they look happy and a bulking up nicely. Tune in next week growfessors for another episode 👽🌳💚

Week 7 day 3. I stopped giving soluble nitrogen today. 1/2 reduction in soluble pk. Adding solubles in water drops my ph perfect so I don’t use ph down in flower. Now today I start adding a little ph down as the 1/2 strength soluble pk brings water to about 7.4, so reduction to 6.9
