Double Grape - New Beginning

I always germinate directly in the medium which has both always worked for me and been very hectic. My anxiety kicks in because the full germination usually takes about 2-3 days. These popped 3/26 and I always dig to make sure the taproot is taking hold properly. If needed, and it breaks ground with the seed shell still intact, I will soften it with a few drops of water and remove as gently as possible. The day after when the cotyledons are fully open is when I do a full water through with minimal nutrients to help kick start root and plant growth.
