It's been a pretty easy week...started keeping them in the tent with the led light. But also letting them catch some rays in the window. I always think they love the sun and the warmth.
For the most part they've evened out pretty nicely, I can't tell much difference between them anyway.
I see their lowest leaves are discoloring slightly, which is to be expected. Another week or so and I'll transplant them to some final containers.
As usual I'm kinda paranoid about ph devices. I feel like they go out way too often and ph can really cause a problem when its off. This pen happened to be off by basically a whole point...and unfortunately the difference between a ph of 6 and 7 is huge! Or 6 and 5. So remember to check you're stuff occasionally. Or find out a method that doesn't need as strict ph accuracy.
I read up on "the @Mephisto Method" and they don't ph at all! But they do grow in all organic soil, and they use that as the way to buffer ph. I'm planning to attempt my next run imitating their process as accurately as I can and see how it compares.
@@Trumptight420, it's mephistogenetics.com if you go on now it shows what will be for sale today at 10 am mountain time.
If you're Canadian or European/ other countries you might get a different homepage from the USA.
Haha... 🙋♂️ same age, strain, and pheno plants with slightly different environments can turn out so differently. I shared a photo with you, and by chance I come here and read that 👆. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@Weed_be_thy_medicine, oh nice. I managed to score like 1 grape walker in one of the recent mephisto Mondays. Maybe I'll have to fire it up too. And I'm definitely not doing any transplant this time.
@Weed_be_thy_medicine, I've had good and bad luck with the transplants. I think the key is doing it early if so. Within the first 3 weeks and a smooth transplant is essential....no stress. Which is hard to accomplish.
Any chance that's just a small strain? Did you check with the seed guys? I thought I saw a "500g weight max" but that's usually wet weight anyway.
@spyder, thanks friend. I appreciate that. If you haven't grown any Mephisto lately you should! They're having "mephisto Mondays" every week in their store so seeds have been easier to get.
@420learning, I like mephisto, even if their plants end up small they're so coated in trichomes you almost don't have to trim them. Just a small, quick once over and they're good.
