WHOO! God Bless the Sense of Smell!
This has been so hard not being able to smell anything. I still can't smell much, but if its very strong and my nose gets very close, then it can pick up subtle scents. And wow I can't smell these plants as a whole, but if I touch them and get a bit of oil on my hand it is an incredibly Mango/fruity smell! Yum
The week has been about the same....
The indoor plant had gotten discolored leaves from varying ph's and probably could've used stronger feeding; but it has beautifully dense buds that are slowly maturing and getting colored pistils and trichomes. I've also been fortunate to not need to kick up my Mars Hydro light to full capacity, 45% has done a decent job at providing what a light should. I'll experiment with higher powers as I get more comfortable with it.
The outdoor plant...while generally more healthy looking due to the tremendous help of mother nature and having a ph that is higher but at least consistent. It's bud is much smaller, less dense, and of course has a small presence of outdoor crawlers, mainly a small spider with a couple small webs and a flying gnat like bug or two.
We're definitely getting down to the last several weeks so we'll see how things weigh out and smoke out in the end.
Mars Hydro SP6500, and a 4x2x6 tent.
@@Trumptight420, it's mephistogenetics.com if you go on now it shows what will be for sale today at 10 am mountain time.
If you're Canadian or European/ other countries you might get a different homepage from the USA.
Haha... 🙋♂️ same age, strain, and pheno plants with slightly different environments can turn out so differently. I shared a photo with you, and by chance I come here and read that 👆. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@Weed_be_thy_medicine, oh nice. I managed to score like 1 grape walker in one of the recent mephisto Mondays. Maybe I'll have to fire it up too. And I'm definitely not doing any transplant this time.
@Weed_be_thy_medicine, I've had good and bad luck with the transplants. I think the key is doing it early if so. Within the first 3 weeks and a smooth transplant is essential....no stress. Which is hard to accomplish.
Any chance that's just a small strain? Did you check with the seed guys? I thought I saw a "500g weight max" but that's usually wet weight anyway.
@spyder, thanks friend. I appreciate that. If you haven't grown any Mephisto lately you should! They're having "mephisto Mondays" every week in their store so seeds have been easier to get.
@420learning, I like mephisto, even if their plants end up small they're so coated in trichomes you almost don't have to trim them. Just a small, quick once over and they're good.
