I wanted to grow indica for an exclusively evening pastime in a chair, so the task was to find something autoflowering and without sativa.
And the choice was made in favor of genetics, which I loved from my first grow-Northern Lights, crossed with no less famous parents.
Also this time I will test a new lamp and a technique for using far red (720-740 nm).
In fact, as always, I start my diary by the end of the growing season...
In the second week, problems with calcium began, which I did not expect, because Gorilla Cookies in similar conditions did not show any dissatisfaction.
But I did not notice it immediately, so I did not increase the Ca immediately and the leaves were affected
From the third week, watering every day.
At that time, I didn't realize that the plant was deficient in Ca.
Started LST.
FR clearly stretches the plants, but I was aware of this effect
At this week, I brought the dimmer to 100% power.
Began to struggle with a lack of calcium.
This plant is clearly different from my previous auto.
First use of delta-9 on the sheet
The growth continues, the pre-flowering begins.
The appetite increases every 3-4 days
The roots broke through the pot - a fairly long vegetation and mycorrhiza did their job 💪
To eliminate calcium deficiency, I add CalMag every day
Finally, I caught up with the pages of the diary that I had missed due to work.
The first half of the week continued to give Sensi Grow, changing in the second half to Sensi Bloom.
Given the lack of horizontal space and problems with the passage of air in the box, I carried out a serious defoliation.
I removed most of the fan leaves, reduced the lamp power by 30%, turned off the fan, turned on the humidifier.
The next day, I returned the full power of the lamp.
According to the TDS-meter, everything is fine and this plant is really a real Rock Machine 👊
Rock Machine never ceases to amaze me. Quickly overgrown with foliage and raised the humidity to 60%, absorbing more food and water every day.
I raised the lamp higher, as the tops were already beginning to hint at discomfort.
Almost no smell, only if you touch or specially sniff. The smell is a classic with a bitterness
For a while, the lamp was too close to the plant and singed it 😓
Compared to my previous QB, the UHE light output is clearly more powerful.
Buds are starting to take on familiar shapes 😋
The week started with the second (and last) defoliation.
Everything is going well. Only the burnt tops spoil the visual satisfaction. Well, okay, now I know the critical height of the lamp above the plant in my own conditions and next time I will not make a mistake.
The Rock Machine, in turn, does not believe that it has any problems and continues to gain mass 💪
One of the branches tilted dangerously when the tent was open, and I tied it to the other.
In the city, it rains all week, the humidity is on average 65%, I hope it will be warmer and drier closer to harvest.
The heat came to the city - the humidity finally fell, but the temperature increased. Therefore, I have long found a convenient time for myself: The light day of the plant begins at 17: 00 and ends at 11: 00.
So when it's hot outside, the plant has a night and a comfortable temperature.👌
The structure is clearly different from my previous plant. Rock Machine clearly decided to follow the path of the mass of inflorescences, not their number.
This beauty will gain weight for another month, and the branches are already beginning to lean sideways from the size of the inflorescences.
This path must be passed without losing fighters, so garters and supports are used.

Heat, heat, heat. Which I can't do anything about. Alas, we all suffer together.
It's good that when it's day outside, it's night inside the growtent. Otherwise, the temperature inside the could have exceeded all reasonable limits. Now at the peak of 33 (on average 30-31), it is unpleasant, but tolerable.
The appetite of the Machine is already sagging, just since the middle of the week I started using Overdrive.
There are no photos for the last two days, I was on the road ( made a simple automatic watering-a 12 V pump (1.5 L / min) and a timer-socket set for 2 minutes of work. The solution for irrigation is in a separate tank for 10 Liters in which the aerator was thrown. I rarely use this invention, if I am at home, I prefer manual watering.
Every 2-3 days I continue to tie up all the new buds.
Damn it, I'm waiting for the end of this cycle not only for the sake of wanting to taste her taste, but now I'm just wondering how it will all end. Still, there are still 3 weeks of life, two of which are Overdrive, and one is Flawless Finish.

We continue our way to the finish line. There are two weeks left.
The smell is bitterness, hashish, a little sweetness and (if you touch the trichomes) - a clear smell of wood. Everything is as according to the passport of the strain.👍

This week, the Machine has already been switched to dietary nutrition. From the 90th day, the watering of Flawless Finish began.
I'm full of expectations, but I'm a little afraid of mold (although the fan for blowing is working 24/7, and the humidity has not gone beyond 55% in the last two weeks).
Most likely, the next update will be already during the harvest, and the final weight after drying will be in another week.
Well, this is the last week of the plant's life.
During this period, there was a flushing of Flawless Finish, which took 6 days.
The buds no longer swell, but simply ripen.
Ah, the expectation can be stronger only during the germination of a new plant from the substrate.
This is 100% indica and it behaves exactly as it should.
A strong, prolific plant with powerful buds and a huge appetite.
At the start, I missed the beginning of a calcium deficiency, although the previous plant did not show dissatisfaction in similar conditions.
For those who grow in coconut, I advise you to pay attention to this point and better monitor your wards. Then I singed the tops a little with a new lamp, but it didn't matter - it grew and grew.
Easily suffered LST and defoliation.
The structure of the buds fully corresponds to the description of the seedbank - very dense and heavy. When I removed the supporting structures, one of the branches almost reached the floor under the weight of the bud.
Smell. At the moment, the aroma of resin is most strongly felt. And this is clearly a pine tree. I have been to sawmills and this is exactly the noble smell. Notes of sweetness, bitterness and hashish were felt more during the growth of the plant. But the full range of flavors will be clear only after drying and using through a vaporizer.
Trip Report
First, I will start with a single smoke a day after the harvest.

The organoleptic properties (smell, taste) are now at a very low level, I will not describe them. I can say that it comes easily, but so far, because of the chlorophyll on the exhale, there is a cough.
It does not roll over immediately, gradually. After a smoke, in the first two seconds, the thought "Is it really not rushing?" arose, I sat down on a chair, climbed on the forum, opened one tab, another, began to smile, inspiration appeared, and after a couple of messages I realized that it was not the beginning, but already quite hooked.
The side vision is not that narrowed, but blurred, you have to turn your head a little more.
The feeling of a "helmet" quickly appeared and disappeared - a slight pressure in the occipital and frontal lobes.
If the Gorilla gave detachment from problems, Rock Machine gives indifference in principle. After using it, I simply drove all the problems to the back of my mind. When trying to bring the experience into my skull, the brain gave out only one "So what? Yes, I don't care somehow."
Also, after the first cap, the legs are filled with lead (but only after you sit down longer, while you walk, they simply turn into springs and you can go anywhere) after the second, the hands with the body already become closer to the wax. You can feel the influence of NL - it doesn't rub you, but just covers you with a warm blanket and you get high from the situation.
And the most important feeling that the Rock Machine gives is the desire to relax and contemplate.

In terms of consumption, nothing new-it enters easily, then a cough. Everyone was with a different toler, I have the strongest (daily), weaker К (once a week) and В (once a month).
We were fishing on a float.
At the beginning, I had a stress-the fishing rod lived for two fishing trips and the tip broke in half. Not that I was very upset, but it still became a little offensive (it is subject to repair, fortunately). At this point, I had to redo everything and then smoke a water bottle. We made one pass each.

As a result, the time passed very quickly. I had to catch up with the full volume once in 4 hours of the process, K-by about 0.5 Liters, B-flew away for all 4 hours.

And again, even in such moments of bodily relaxation, you completely retain the social element, and the first 30 minutes even euphoria and a craving for communication.
To summarize, at the moment I can say that I smoked grass and stronger, but here is the effect itself. For 4 hours, we rested as I sometimes do not rest for 8 hours of healthy sleep. Heals the body and soul. In choosing a staff for the evening, he clearly did not lose.
This time it turned out to be simple, genetics did not disappoint (thanks to Dr. Choice), and the rest depended only on me. And apparently this time my previous record will be broken. But I can't say this with certainty yet, since at least a week of drying is needed.
Therefore, some columns will be filled in after a week (weight, taste, sensations).
I don't weigh raw weight, so wait for a dry result already.

8 days of drying and finishing to the ideal with Integra Boost 62%. The final weight was 220 g or 2 g / W (55.3 g - bottom and middle, everything else - "rockets"). In the header of the diary, the lamp power is indicated incorrectly, because white and red diodes account for 110 watts, and 16 watts is the far red, which works only in the mornings and evenings.

Wow, amazing grow in such a small space. Is that 40x40? I grow in the same and would love to pack it out this much. I think next time I will try coco or coco/soil mix, seems to increase veg growth pretty dramatically from the diaries I have seen. Yours included. Following along for harvest, well done!

I'll continue with research and consider what you've said for next run. I see some people making mixes like 33% light soil, 33% coco 33% perlite which is something I'd try before pure coco/hydro. As a noobie, I like the forgiving nature of soil. The ability to give a big drink and leave it be for 2 - 3 days is nice. Pure coco seems significantly more involved. One day I'll give it a go!

Yes, it's 40x40. The height of this tent is higher than the usual 120, so the plants come out a little elongated, but there is enough space. Next time I'm going to grow something really extreme.
Coco coir is really good as a component of the substrate.
In its pure form, Coco coir is essentially hydroponics. It requires daily watering, so it strongly binds to the plant and is not suitable for everyone. But this is really hydroponics, less technically complex than DWC. To transfer from earth, it is enough to buy a coco coir and CalMag.
But this is by no means a guide to action. I think it's best to do what is convenient and pleasant to you yourself. As many growers, so many approaches. Peace 😇

Of the photoperiod ones, they were tested on clones of bad azz kush (Barney's Farm).
On average, the cycle really decreased by 2-3 weeks.
Only it is worth considering stretching. The plants have become taller by about 15% under the standard mode of use.

@JuanHaze_Arg, Gracias. La olla en sí está hecha de un material bastante fuerte (más fuerte que los convencionales growbag ). Otra cosa es que la olla en sí es 16 L, y yo uso 12 L coco y se dobla por la mitad, esto le da una buena resistencia. Además, en la parte superior tengo un alambre cosido para un LST más cómodo, mantiene la forma de la parte superior de la olla. Por lo general, si solo une las cuerdas al borde de la olla, se estira y pierde su forma.

I'm defoliating due to a lack of width and poor air exchange in the growbox.
This is not my first auto with defoliation, all the conditions are met 👌:
1. Dimming the light for a while;
2. Give sugar. To do this, use Bud Candy.
3. Increase the humidity. During the recovery period, it was in the range of 50-60%.
4. Don't do it too often. In the case of auto, I defoliate 2 times ( at the beginning of the first and end of the third week of flowering).
Today there will be an update of the diary, the machine has already managed to restore the necessary mass of greenery and according to the TDS meter, there was no drawdown in the appetite.
It may sound a little self-confident, but in the conditions of growing one plant, I try to squeeze the maximum out of genetics 💪. Naturally, taking into account the power of my equipment.
