What a great two months and a great first grow experience. I learned a lot and didn’t kill her - though I almost did a couple of times. I plan to chop her this weekend. Her trichomes are cloudy, but I still see a few clear but also a few amber. She really is smelly. I plan to turn the light off tomorrow to keep in the dark for 24 hours and chop her down on Friday. Happy harvest.
1st week down and so far so good. I’ve been playing with the light distance and she seems to like it at 18”. I’m watering when I see the soil dry out but I’m also scared to overwater so I do it sparsely. Mostly hand sprinkling tap water around her. Nothing special. I did manage to fix my tent by adjusting the filter so that I have more room which is cool. I also picked up the volcano hybrid. That whip attachment is absolutely bonkers.
Good call on the additional watch to germ faster... Germing in cold weather can be a biiii**ch and half!
Sending the best of vibes to you, your plant/s, and your mutual growth together! Good luck! 🌱
@JamMAKEcan, thank you I think so too. Although the trichomes are some are clear, some mostly cloudy, and few amber. I read for sativas, it is best to harvest when 30% amber 70% clear. So I will wait a few then I plan to put her in the dark for 24 hrs before the big day.
