Both are now showing sign of the light cycle change. Everything was working well for the most part. Temps have been higher than i would like, in part to the dehumidifier, which is needed because the house is cooled with evaporative cooling.
Checked in on them last night and they are wilting pretty bad, the soil is still moist within the first few inches. I usually do a good job of waiting for the soil to dry out and the plants to show sign of dehydration. So i didnt think that root rot from overwatering to be the problem. I have seen several gnats and Im thinking maybe the larvae is eating thr roots? I may try a hydrogen peroxide treatment.
The Durban Poison is showing some color change in its lower leaves. Im thinking this is a nutrient burn from to much nitrogen. Would that be everyone elses conclusion?
Plants are looking very sad. Wilting quite a bit not just the leaves but some stems as well. Thinking root rot. I do a pretty good job of waiting for the soil to dry and signs of dehydration. So i didnt think it would be from overwatering. Thinking fungus gnat larvae?
