Plants have shown more growth this week. The lack of pH water and a correct humidity level are what have stunted the growth this far IMO.

In week 2 the Durban Poison seemed to aquire some discoloration and under curling in its leaves. I believe this to be caused in combination from either a lack of nutes, light burn and to high of temps during the day. Week 3 I transplanted the seedlings into a little bit bigger pot and used Fox Farms happy frog along with a very lite dose of Fox Farms Grow Big and RG Recharge. I raised the light higher from the plants and increased the light output from 10% to 20%.I installed a small air conditioner to control day time Temps. Later on in the week i got my humidifier in place. I lowered the pH of the water from 8.6 put of the tap to 6.7 with nutes. Run off was also tested at 6.8. Overall the plants have made a huge increase in growth and overall seem to be much happier. I plan on trying to tackle the air exchange rates in this next week.I also have a fan on the plants a majority of the time. Once they get bigger and closer to flower time I plan on increasing to a 24 hr fan schedule.

Week 4 ended this past tuesday the 25th. I noticed the plants both slow down drastically in growth this week. I believe it is time for a transplant. Both had started a bit of droop which I believe I may have over watered. Starting LST this week slowly, planning on tying down once they are transplanted into their final 5 gal grow bags. I have increased the light output 5% to 25 overall. This being a 400 watt light, and drawing around 100 watts. Im guessing that were around a 1000 watts of output?. I have debated getting a par meter as Im really not sure how much or when I should increase the output of this light. I am only using one of the sf4000 lights. Planning on running a full tent grow next with both of these lights. This grow is more of a test. I added Advanced nutrients carboload, as an experiment to see if it really benefits the microbes or not.

The end of week 5 will be tomorow. I transplanted into the 5 gal grow bag 48 hrs ago. The G.C seems to be adapting very well. The D.P on the other hand looks to be struggling from the nutes in the soil, however the droop seemed to leave for the most part after the transplant. I have only fed recharge and carbo load the last two feedings.

The Durban Poison is showing some color change in its lower leaves. Im thinking this is a nutrient burn from to much nitrogen. Would that be everyone elses conclusion?

Week six was strong. The gorilla cookies continues to grow no matter what is thrown at it. The durban poison is getting healthier still showing signs of cal deficiency. Have not been able to find calmag locally, may have to order. I have continued LST and that seems to be making good progress. I am still a little unsure of lamp distance combined with the light output. I am only using my light at 30% output so there is a lot more available. I dont know if the light green coloring in the new growth is light stress or another factor.

Week 8 brought a change of location for the grow tent. I wasnt sure if the plants would respond well. It is a much better room for the tent. The plants have seemed to respond well and held up to the LST and defoliation. Durban poison is showing what i would call sign of pre flowering? Maybe just maturing and showing sign of gender? I believe i will switch to flowering in one or two more weeks.

Both are now showing sign of the light cycle change. Everything was working well for the most part. Temps have been higher than i would like, in part to the dehumidifier, which is needed because the house is cooled with evaporative cooling. Checked in on them last night and they are wilting pretty bad, the soil is still moist within the first few inches. I usually do a good job of waiting for the soil to dry out and the plants to show sign of dehydration. So i didnt think that root rot from overwatering to be the problem. I have seen several gnats and Im thinking maybe the larvae is eating thr roots? I may try a hydrogen peroxide treatment.

Plants are looking very sad. Wilting quite a bit not just the leaves but some stems as well. Thinking root rot. I do a pretty good job of waiting for the soil to dry and signs of dehydration. So i didnt think it would be from overwatering. Thinking fungus gnat larvae?

This week has shown the buds starting to get bigger and fatter. I expect this next week to bring some big changes. She hasnt started smelling yet. Always assumed they were really dank. So far so good. She still has 4 or 5 weeks left in flower so I think she will gain some nice weight.

She has really started packin on some weight this week compared to the last 4 weeks of flower. The tricomes have started becoming more visible. I believe i will have at most another 4 to 6 weeks in flower before the harvest. Her smell is still pretty week but definitely gaining.

Almost four months into this grow. Buds are finally starting to fill in and grow together. Smell is still pretty weak, but it is gaining. Some oramge hairs are starting to fill in. Im thinking another two or three weeks. I will start checking trichome development next week when my jewlers glass comes in.

Getting a lot closer to harvest. Trichomes are mostly cloudy now with a couple amber and a couple clear. A little more progress and it will be time to harvest. Im guessing two weeks. Though my guesses have been off so far. Smell has come along a lot further. Still trying to place the fragrance it gives off but very sweet. Looking forward to cutting and drying. Another step closer to the next grow.

She gave me a great time growing and learing more. Never had any real problems that werent my fault so the strain is great, and coming from bag seed, likely from a parent that hermied the outcome was better than expected.
