We have flipped. May 24th marks day 2 flower. Sorry for the hiatus. From here on out. Diaries will only be flower series. If I'm hunting I may include veg series. The only Diaries I will make full Diaries are my own creations later on. I have many plans and have lost interest in grow Diaries. I will be active just not as much. Enjoy this flower series though! This grow has many sizes and variables in play. Will update throughout the week.
Gradually upping sugar cane clone 1 in the 10 gallon. Shes liking the nutes. We have defoliayed everything day 6 1 to 2 node strip. The rawtton I left more nodes as I know her buds get super fat. Should keep me from stripping again until around day 28. Forcing all the energy to the top noy to mention opening the plants up early helping their bud development. Going to raise lights on day 7 and get another fan inside the closet next week. So far. The strip looks like it will be extremely beneficial.
I have upped their nutes. Last week we did different stripping techniques to each plant. Generally day 5 to 7 in flower. 1 to 3 node striping and plucking of anything not needed. Let's see how it goes. Sugar cane is 4 ft tall now.
Wow. They are so dialed in at the moment. Sugar cane has really came back. Frost at day 14 and now she's really starting to spread it everywhere. Defoliated again for all the girls. They sure needed it.
I'm gradually upping their boosters of flower fuel to see how far I can push them. 10 gallon sugar cane still has plenty of green left but I may have to give her more overall food instead of 1 gallon of feed. Frosty is an understatement here. Starting to plump up!
Week 6.
Coco sugar cane will finish at 9 weeks. I've stopped the damage and she's still frosting and fattening up quite nicely. I need to act faster in the 3rd week. She gets ugly QUICKLY. Berry bomb in the middle is on track. Not dialed completely in but still nonetheless amazing. Everyone else is pretty dialed. Sugar cane soil is sooo fucking fat. Berry bomb in the back has 2 weeks at most. Rawtton has just started to fade slowly. Shes got 10 total weeks I'd say. Last but not least crescendo. I. Hoping she really fatten hard. Thanks for tuning in. This has been quite enjoyable.
Dehumidifier and another fan has been added to keep humidity down. Berry bomb in the 3 gallon has a couple more days until chop. Starting to flush her this week for at least a 7 day flush. Sugar cane coco still has life and I should bring her past day 60 for the chop the crescendo I'll let go for 63 to 70 along with the other sugar cane and rawtton. Thanks for following. Bud pics this week.
Last week for the girls. I have many more projects to complete. I could have done better on some and worse on others. Overall excited. Will update harvests in the coming days.
Overall I brought in a good 8 ounces of dense bud between the two sugar canes. I could have improved overall by catching the rapid eating of the leaves in week 3 for the coco grow. I would have most likely doubled my yield. Overall I was quite happy with the results. I always make sure she comes out sticky and fucking dense as shit. Smoking these hash like creatures will put an average smoker in their place. Have trouble sleeping or need to relax? Sugar Cane IS the fix. Terps have that weird funk to the from the platinum side of things. The negative on this pheno is no real terps when smoked or might I say this strain. This is just being honest. Any OTHER cross with sugar cane I have experienced WREAKKKK OF TERPS. The smell. The bag appeal. The high. The medicine. It's all there. Just not the taste. You'll experience a clean hash taste which can be a negative to some and a positive to others. Nonetheless this is a cultivar you don't want to miss.
Again don't get confused with what I said on no terps. This pheno in particular is the hash tasting pheno. I've heard of even blueberry terps. Would make a nice hunt for sure.
