I planted this girl at the same time as my others, it sprouted atleast 7 days later and has always seemed stunted in growth. My original theory was just a genetic difference from the other. I didn't give her a whole lot of attention untill last week when i really took a good look at her. To my suprise she looked like she had already been topped! She only sprouted one tap root and I havent topped or pruned in any way. Im guessing this is why it took her so long to get going.
Transplanted the twins into a 5 gal grow bag. The root ball was very small on her. Not sure why she is running so slow but Im hoping she will stretch out in the new room. Defoliated the bottom level to open up for more light. Started Lst this week. I think she will really benefit from it.
Week 8 looks more like a week 4. This girl is growing so slow! With the other grows moving close to flower i will have to move the twins outside to the garden. She looks healthy for the most part. I will just let her naturally flower outside no matter how big she is at the time.
The last couple weeks have been hot (98-100) with nightly thunderstorms bringing rain and high humidity. The twins seem to be growing better outdoors. She is in the garden now that the grow tent has switched to flower. She even has a small lizard freind eating the bugs around the area. She is sitting under shade cloth for the time. May move to full sun once the heat wave breaks
All of my gorilla cookie seeds have turned out to be males so far, unfortunately the twins were not an exception. I decided to pull them to keep from investing water and nutes into a male. Eventually i would like to get into breeding so these seeds may still see life.
