I decided to start with the Kalini Asia. I just couldn't resist the quick flowering time and the chance to grow a heavy kush. I listed germination as paper towel method, but I actually pop in lukewarm water for at least a few hours before hand.
This is the Kalini Asia at 5 days old above soil, not from starting germination. They are enjoying some natural spring sunshine as I take some pics for the diary. 🌞🌱
I have repotted into their final 15 Litre homes and provided some small amounts of nutrition. They showed no signs of stress and I have started some LST. Everything is looking great. Happy days 👌😊
This grow has been absolutely problem free so far. I don't think I'm going to top this time, just LST. They seem to be very happy and vigorous. I will flip in a week or two.
I have been doing some light LST and the strong kush smell is already present when working on the plant. As I said previously I won't be topping on this grow. The light schedule has been reduced to 15 hours and it will be down to 12/12 by next week.

They are starting to bush out but also remaining nice and small, with hardly any stretch which is great. No problems to report so far. 💚
Some great bud development over the last couple of weeks. I don't see any purple in the budlets yet but there is still plenty flowering time left. I'm really very impressed with this strain and Zamnesia seeds in general, I think I'm going to pop their Wedding Cake next which I noticed is the original Triangle Mints version and not the Cherry Pie cross. Can't be bothered setting up the autopot system so I'm just feeding by hand every 2/3 days. Anyway they are now at day 23 of flowering. Peace and happy grows guys and girls✌️

I decided to super crop one of the pair last week, as the main stem was reaching too close to the lights. It has recovered perfectly. Both still require a little defoliation every few days but no issues to report.

The girls are getting frostier and have almost completely stopped vertical growth. They have also become slightly more demanding in flowering with some slight deficiencies showing but I think I've also been over watering. I am very happy with the plants overall and the smell is becoming overpowering!
Flowering day 47
The girls are starting to yellow up but I'm not worried as harvest won't be far away. I am running low on Canna Coco A + B, so I'm going to finish them with Ionic Coco Bloom. The smell is very pungent now, especially when the buds are disturbed. I hope the buds fatten up and show some purple before the end. 💜🙏

I thought I would be ready to harvest by now, but I really feel like they haven't hit the last swell stage with the pistils fully retracting. I am still running low strength nutrients but I'm definitely flushing soon. Not much colouration which is disappointing considering it's parents are Black Domina and Purple Kush. I get low temperatures at night too but no matter. The smell and trichome production more than make up for it. It reeks like fresh lavender and candy. 🍬🌿🍭

I wanted to give these guys another week but they have a couple of spots that look like they are ready to mold up. The purple flowers did arrive at last! I will harvest tonight. 😊💜
I managed to get over 4oz of dry, top shelf bud. Very happy with this strain. It really delivers! The only issue I had was mold in late flower. The taste is very unique. Flowery, herbal, lavender, sweet. I could go on. Just beautiful smoke. 9/10. Thank you Zamnesia 😊
