Popped in a cup of water until the tap root was an inch long, then placed in paper cup with soil mix. PHd water only. One inch growth after a couple of days.
This little beauty is going to be my hash stash for the end of the year.
Continuing to LST to flatten out the canopy.
Lowered the light closer to the plant.
Checking every other day to look for LST opportunities to spread the canopy.
Going into very early flower with the first 'armpit hairs' for this lady.
A big week for early flowering.
Bud sites starting to flourish.
Continuing to tuck leaves and pull down the apical top with an orange pipe cleaner to spread and lower the canopy.
1) Keeping the canopy at 8 inches and continuing to LST. This might be the last week for spreading the canopy as I won't scrog this plant.
2) Started adding Mammoth Microbes this week based on the recommended feeding protocols: 0.6ml per gallon once a week. Made up a 4 gallon bucket and will watch to see how it keeps over time by checking the EC and ppm.
3) Top dressed with some worm castings as a couple of lower leaves were yellowing and I wanted to get more magnesium to them having stopped adding calmag to their water this week.
4) Lowered the light from 30" to 20" to reduce the internodal distance.
5) Added some sticky fly trap sheets close to the soil line to pick off any fruit flies.
On top of this grow like never before!
Nice bright orange pistels.
Moved plant closer to the light.
Top dressed some Dr. Earth organic flower girl and some worm castings.
Plant looking fairly healthy.
Mostly just lightly tucking or removing leaves at this point.
Great terpene development already.
Nice limonenes and myrcene coming through. Quite zesty and fruity already
Read that this tends to flower for a long period. So, looking forward to it building it's terps.
Great grow, so far.
Started 30 mins of UVA light to juice up the terpenes
Trichomes are developing nicely. Still have a clear glassiness to them with only a small percentage clouding up. So, still two to three weeks to go or more.
Top dressed some worm castings and bloom boosters, as a few lower leaves were yellowing.
Some of the leaves had some little brown spots, probably a cal-mag issue as I ran out.
Otherwise, the plant is looking fairly healthy.
Right on the cusp of Amber visiting the trichomes = time to harvest this frosty beauty.
It has been a great grow, faster than I expected.
Delightful aromas.
Speculating 3.5 dry oz.
Bring on the haze!
@XII_XII_MrGreen, thanks, Guy. It's early week four and the first signs of early flowering 'armpit hairs' are showing. Will continue to look for LST opportunities this week.
