they are really stretching after 12/12 flip.
i hung my lamp differently to buy a few more precious inches of vertical space.
humidity is still pretty high, but that's due to environment and AC issue (fixed!).

@Inganjawetrust, i'm not worried about going longer if needed. i brought these right to nute-tip-burn/dark-green and then backed off. the soil is rocking with plain water.
