Off to a fast start, watering about 50-60ml of RO water with about 400ppm of CALiMAGic once daily with an occasional spray over the top soil with plain RO water throughout the day if needed.
Increased ArmorSi to full strength, watering just a little bit more as temperatures seem to hold high recently during the days. Other than that we are still looking great no issues.
Topped and defoliated a good amount as B2 was getting some really large fan leaves covering up nearly all the other node sites underneath. B2 is perfect and has created a perfect canopy herself after getting topped. Planning on flipping into flower the next couple weeks as well as begin feeding.
Got the Blueberry's moved into a tent by themselves under the Mars Hydro FC-E3000 and flipped them into the 12/12 light cycle this week but still waiting for pistils to show. Also began feeding at about half my normal doses, lollipopped and defoliated some more as well, all is great.
All looking good, B2 has definitely shown its pistils as seen in the picture. B1 has what I believe are pistils forming that I took also took a picture of but either way here soon they will both be in flower for sure and then Ill kick up the feeding to full strength or near that.
These Blueberry plants are looking fantastic.. especially B2 with the perfect structure and already packing on some weight. B1 is finally showing pistils after a week delayed behind B2 but that's okay everything else is full steam ahead as usual. Bloom nutes will start this coming week.
Starting to notice spotting in the leaves late in the week.. my other tent has been experiencing these calcium issue for a couple weeks now. Not sure if its an excess or deficiency or something else causing a calcium issue. Either way bud sites are forming and trichomes are beginning to form as well. Looking good other than the spots..
Looking absolutely amazing with the trichomes already forming all the way up onto the fan leaves. Had the same thing happen last time I grew this Blueberry.. definitely consistent with the frost. But this run you can see the different types of nug structure in each plant. All looking great though switched over to the Lucas method as we get into intense flower. I also started to separate nutrient feedings and Calimagic due to issues my other tent starting to transfer over and I believe its some sort of Calcium issue but seemingly improving since the separation of the base nutrients.
Buds growing really fast at this stage just trying to keep up with their hunger. Loving the structure of B1's buds and how they continue to stack, my other Blueberry I grew before was very similar to how B2 is coming along. Hopefully harvest in the next month or so.
Buds are bulking up FAST.. B2 is rock hard dense with the top buds continuing to swell. B1 is about a week or so behind but starting to also noticeably add weight daily it seems. Smells exactly like Blueberry Pop Tarts on your fingers.
B2 is stacking on some serious weight and continues to grow.. it wild. B1 is forming buds similar to my last run which turned out nice. Excited to try these buds out already. About another month or so until harvest.
Added a touch more KoolBloom into the mix. All is looking great, I think B2 is nearing its time to flush although B1 is a week or two behind. Buds are continuing to swell up nicely and have an insane amount of frost all the way up some fan leaves. Hopefully these will be down by late December or early January.
Started flushing B2 a few days ago, her buds cant support themselves under the trellis so I had to tie a few to the net to keep them up. B1 is slightly behind, hoping she puts one some more weight before she is fully mature. Ill give B1 a week or two more before considering to flush again. Cut out the CalMag and KoolBloom in B2 to see if there is a difference in the curing or taste of the buds. All looking good, cant wait for harvest.
Both plants are currently being flushed, B2 will be ready for harvest the next few days and B1 will still flush for another week. The fade in B2 is incredible, truly my best plant I've grown so far.. best structure, best density, best everything. Looking forward to this harvest for sure. Probably will not post another update until my harvest results in a couple of weeks.
Didn't think Id like Blueberry as a strain but these definitely changed my mind. Got a free 3 pack with some other seeds and they surprised me the first time I grew them so this was my second attempt and still very quality buds. Old school type bud forsure. Could say its easy to grow but I'm fairly new so my scale is irrelevant but I had no issues growing them out. Would easily recommend these to a new grower to try out especially on a budget for the quality.
Pretty good second little grow, already want to start the next one which will happen soon. Blueberry was a great start but I want to now try to grow some of my favorite strains and see where it takes me. Maybe venture into rosin pressing. But its all just for fun and to take up a little time.
Hey! Happy growing my friend! I hope you do well and get some good results! I will come by sometime to see your progress! Keep on growing!
If you ever visit my page please say hello!
Peace & love L.S.T 🌟❤️🔥
@SimpleBape, hey nice to see you back, I'm looking for the new two tops to start forming after topping the 4th or 5th node and then Ill move them into another tent for flowering.
Damn that's looking good. Mine stalled when I flipped to flower and is nowhere near yours. But I have noticed that the leaves between our two plants look slightly different as well.
@SimpleBape, they're doing well.. having some sort of calcium issue though. Other than that buds are forming. Yours is still looking really good, of the 3 Blueberry seeds I've grown only 1 flipped into flower in less than a week (that's B2 in this diary). The other two took well over a week. Probably slightly past two weeks until pistils popped, if you're close to that.
Super frosty and colorful looking buds, and with an amazing yield. Congrats I hope for more happy healthy and strong grows. If you get a moment stop by and give your vote on my YOU DECIDE diary. Good luck stay safe happy growing cheers!!!!
@ElevenSixty6, We love purple buds and ILGM has some amazing genetics. We just started another GDP also. If you get a moment we would love to see your vote on the list in my diaries YOU DECIDE. Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out the grows. Good luck stay safe happy growing cheers!!!!
@HAPPY91, I just seen you have some GDP grows on here. I actually just ordered the Indica pack from ILGM a day ago for the next grow. Ill be checking out all your stuff, thanks!
@ElevenSixty6, I know right?! I've definitely used your plants as a reference source. I've identified a bunch of things I need to change for my next grow. Thanks growmie!
Blueberry is in my future! Im picking them next order from Seedsmans. I will be using the same nutes. Can I ask your soil recipe?
And those nuggets look frosty and dense, trimmed nice. Does it taste like blueberry, all the phenos?
Congrats on a healthy grow! 👌
@HerbSanta, I really dont feel like I did anything special lol, used a 50/50 blend of Fox Farm Ocean Forest and Happy Frog but I believe some of my issues have been caused by the FFOF so ill be running mostly Happy Frog next. And so far the phenos have been pretty consistent when it comes to flavor, very very sweet and yeah it does have a hint of some sort of Blueberry. But when you squeeze the nugs and smell it, ALL 3 of the Blueberry plants from Seedsman have smelled just like Blueberry Poptarts its amazing.. definitely recommend giving this stuff a run.
